Very pretty, nice short hike and theres never anyone here, but Id only recommend this as a fall/winter trail. Ive never been anywhere that has chiggers as bad as here. Eaten alive every time Ive come here during the summer.
This was a nice little hike. Theres a waterfall that is probably not actually on the Preserve, but its accessable for exploring. Nice Cedar stands too.
Great hiking in a beautiful woods. Waterfall is so pretty, hiking is just a little strenuous at times but Im 60+ so for a younger person in decent shape its a stroll. Takes a bit to get there but worth the drive.
Its a little bit of a rough road to find the public parking, but absolutely worth the trip. Its a beautiful park with easy trails. Theres a beautiful waterfall and some very neat rock formations to discover. Be careful the rocks are slippery!
Nice trail. Parking for 4 vehicles max at the trail head. There are two loops to choose from. It looked like most of the cedars were dead, sadly. But the waterfall and old quarry were fun to be around. Was told not to go in summer, as it is full of copperheads.
Beautiful hike! A bit of a trek to get down there, but definitely worth it. Parking space is pretty limited, but thats standard for a lot of the Sycamore preserves.
A wonderful little preserve that should be on your agenda if you are at the nearby Cedar Bluffs! Not too strenuous in the topography department, some diversity in plant communities, and a lovely Creek with a waterfall.
Great place !
A little hard to find. It will get very muddy after a rain.
