Had an awesome experience with my family. The staff was amazing. My 4 year old especially was catered to by staff from them chasing him with a bubble machine to high fives from the characters. The whole place was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable throughout the entire property. We will definitely be back.

Our trip was planned for my nieces birthday and our daughter starting school. When we arrived the check in process was quick and easy. They have carts that were cleaned and sanitized outside ready to go. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had gotten the bunk bed room and our kids were excited! We changed into our suits and headed downstairs to the water park. To our surprise we were told it was full and at capacity. How were we supposed to tell our children who have been so excited for this trip for the last 6 months. :(. We decided to try and grab something to eat. Food was delicious and we were able to meet the food and beverage manager Kahley. (Sorry for spelling) She stopped at our table and heard about us not getting into the water park and was also covering the area over there and was very compassionate seeing we had two younger kids in swimsuits who wanted to swim. She explained how busy they were with day passes and people who had checked in for the day. If it wasnt for Kahley and her compassion we would of left that night. Everyone we encountered for staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. Even though they were all wearing masks you could tell that they were smiling. We finally got into the water park at 7 and were able to swim for an hour which was a little disappointing for the amount of money we spent to stay at the park.Day 2. Again amazing people at breakfast and every time we passed an employee we were greeted with warmth and a hidden smile. :). We were down at the gates right at 10 am and had no problem getting into the water park. The kids area was phenomenal and no waiting for the slides. My brother in law and nephew had to leave for a few hours and when they returned to our dismay the water park was full again and we were unable to re join our group. This was very disappointing and frustrating considering the fact we were only able to swim for and hour the night before and now our family couldnt be together because it was full again. For the amount of money we paid we were EXTREMELY disappointed about them overselling the water park for paying guests of the hotel for two nights! If it wasnt for the staff especially Kahley (again sorry for the spelling) we would have given this place 1 stars but because of her compassion, we felt she really felt sorry for us and the problems we experienced.

It was better as Water Park Of America, the hotel is really nice, if course. But the water park has changed. They removed Dairy Queen for some place called Buckets? They replaced both hot tubs, one for a bar. You also have to get a hotel room to even gain access to the pool. Its all for the money if you ask me, my verdict. This is a great place to visit if you never knew what it was before the change.

We planned to stay for two nights during spring break. When we arrived they were SO behind on rooms we waited hours to get our room. When we did get it, it wasn’t even clean. When you are paying this crazy price for a hotel room you should get a perfectly clean room!!!! I was very disappointed. The floor wasn’t even vacuumed. We complained and got most of our money back and checked out a day early. Water park is lots of fun but the price is crazy when the room isn’t even clean. Ugh. Everything else there is super expensive. We probably wouldn’t go again. Hire better housekeepers.

I know GWL is trying its best to control & stay with in guidelines regarding covid while keeping things fun for customers. However heres a suggestion on people/# control for the waterpark entrance area. Please have at least 3-4 works at the door.1 - to check/count people into the waterpark and make a waiting list.2 - to help with enter waiting list names and numbers and to txt the waiting list people that theyre good to go.3 - to check/count people leaving the waterpark.4 - to check/let people back in; letting people back in after 10-15 mins with a stamp card - and/or - let in people who were on the waiting list and got a text.

We are currently at the Great Woof Lodge in MN. We looked at several hotel options before picking this one and Im so glad we did. It is everything I hoped for the two 12 year old girls with me. There is a lot for them to do, everything is so clean and I consistently see staff cleaning, friendly customer service, good location close to Mall of America. The waterpark is great for all ages. There are so many other things to do here along with food, bars, and.snack shops on site. Bed was comfortable, good size rooms, and temp was great too. Definitely will be back!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I understand COVID limits everything but to pay $600/night for a family of 6 and not be able to access the waterpark because it is at capacity is unacceptable in my opinion. Then to have to spend more money while waiting to access the water park is like a double blow. I know the staff is limited and it is out of their control, but be warned for anyone looking to stay on a weekend. We were ensured upon check in that it wasn’t an issue to access the water park and that was not the case. When we arrived we had to wait because the waterpark was at the 250 capacity, the next day we had to wait but the capacity was now 300. Wish room rates would have Reflected this lack of access a little bit given the circumstances. Staff was very pleasant and empathetic.

We had another great time at Great Wolf Lodge! My children are between the ages of 3 and 7 and they loved it! We got the room with the kid bedroom that has 2 sets of bunk beds. The rooms were cleaned and well maintained. The air temperature was a little cool on the west side of the pool area where the wave pool is located. Other than that we had an awesome time. The wrist band key card and charging to the room was very convenient. The other activities were too expensive for me to purchase.Eyes of an Engineer Review.

Absolutely everything was special about this place. From kids scheduled entertainment to cleanliness in pool to the maintenance of water slides. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only four stars as there is no hot water pool and the showers in the rooms are dead slow. It takes forever to take shower. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The location is absolutely amazing. Its right across Mall of America and the food choices available at the hotel are incredible. Cant go wrong with your stay.

We had so much fun. We checked in early and our room was ready. Wasnt overcrowded so able to enjoy all of the activities and slides. We bought the wolf passes which I highly suggest because you dont have to say no every where you look. We had pool side snacks with the souvenir cups (1000%worth it), we had the pizza and wings as well. There was a slight misunderstanding with the milk and cookies after I paid for it twice, so they comped the time they actually came! I loved the mobile app, I could request things to the room and place food orders. It was so much fun, the kids had so much fun and we cant wait to go back!

Overall, the stay was fine, until we checked out. We were about 3 hours into our drive home, when we realized my daughter had left her Ugg boots under the nightstand in the hotel room. I immediately called them, but was transferred to lost and found and received their voicemail. I left a message, as well as completed their online form, but never received a call back. I called them another 3 times, but did not receive a callback. Finally, I was able to talk to security today, as no one in lost and found answered once again, only to be told that there is no record that they ever found her Ugg boots in the room. So, my question is, where did they go? Shouldn’t everything left in the room go to lost and found, or is it an ‘I found it while cleaning so it’s mine now’ type of situation. This is a great lesson for my daughter to make sure that she has everything when leaving a hotel room, especially since she saved for the boots and now no longer has them. But why the lack of a response from this hotel? This is a family hotel, which means things are probably left behind often, but why was our expensive item never recovered?

This review is long overdue. To say 2019 was one hell of a year is an understatement. Between July 16 and December 1, we lost 9 family members. My mom and I decided it would be best for us to get away and not celebrate Christmas at home being sad with all the loss we had suffered in the recent months. On Tuesday, December 24, 2019, Christmas Eve, my family decided to rent 3 suites at the Great Wolf Lodge and celebrate Christmas. My children, mom, stepdad, brothers, sister in-law, cousin, and nieces and nephews were there. We let the kids open their gifts first and then sent them to the arcade to play while the adults opened their gifts. We were getting ready to sit down to open gifts when out of know where my stepdad fell over and started turning purple. My brother and cousin immediately started CPR as I called 911. The lifeguards performed CPR until the police and paramedics arrived and took over. They continued CPR for about 45 minutes until transferring him to Southdale Hospital.Obviously, we all wanted to go with, but we had 6 kids under the age of 14 that we couldn’t leave alone. The manager on duty (I can not remember her name) immediately offered to watch our children so we could all go to the hospital. She not only watched our kids but she fed them pizza and cookies too. She went above and beyond what I would ever expect from any manager at any hotel. Especially, on Christmas Eve.We arrived at the hospital shortly after the ambulance to be told that my stepdad had a heart attack and passed away. Not only did I just lose my dad but now my stepdad as well. He was only 64 years old.We all wanted to just go home and not deal with everything that was at the hotel. All we wanted to do was pick up our kids, tell them their grandpa passed away and go home. When we arrived there was a security guy outside our door to make sure our kids were safe. Again, going above and beyond anything we would have thought of. He said he will keep our doors locked and we can come back in a few days or whenever was convenient for us to gather our belongings. On New Years Eve, December 31, 2019, we had my stepdads funeral. The 10th funeral since 7/16. The past 9 months we have allowed ourselves to grieve and try to accept everything that happened in 2019. One thing that has never been forgotten is how incredibly thoughtful and caring the staff at Great Wolf Lodge was to us that horrific night. I have told the story many times and always made sure to emphasize how all of you really took care of us that night.Unfortunately, every time we drive by your hotel my kids point and say “that’s where grandpa died. I don’t ever want to go there again.” Breaks my heart for them that such a fun place has been ruined by one unforgettable evening. My daughter plays lacrosse and had a tournament in Wisconsin Dells this summer. We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in WI Dells. We had a lot of hotel choices in the Dells but due to your staff we stayed at Great Wolf Lodge in WI Dells to show that we support you.Thank you for supporting us on one of the most painful nights of our lives. You should be incredibly proud of your staff and management. No one stood around not knowing what to do. Each and every one of them acted immediately and we will forever be grateful.

While there is currently a shortage when it comes to housekeeping the hotel it self is comfortable and fun, the park has an excellent surfing machine that gives a fun experience along with the thrill of the water rushing past. The slides for the most part were fun there were some that were out of order due to Covid-19. The hotel also had many community events that you could attend such as kids dancing in the lobby to baby shark or shake it off or kids running around trying to complete an NFC supported quest. Overall the hotel was fun, staff friendly, and the park enjoyable.

I can definitely tell that the price of the room reflects the activities and water park more than the actual room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the room itself was smaller than the pictures on their site lead to believe. The arcade, Magi Quest and Water Park are enough to keep kids entertained for quite a while. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and I even had a virtual assistant that I could ask for help from at any time through text.

We just stayed at the lodge for the first time, the water park was an absolute blast! This year was quarantine so I understand some restrictions were in play that might not normally be. Sunday was nice and quiet not to many people...This was a great family get away close to home! We were able to play, relax and go out to eat! One thing to think about, I’m a coffee fanatic so mama wanted a giant coffee.... knowing dunkin was in the lobby... well it closes at 12.... typical check in is at 3 so we missed out! They serve no other coffee in the entire hotel so BYOC! Other than that, kids got icecream and dinner was great, ribs, quesadillas and Bavarian pretzel, which we had no complaints about!

Got busier at 4pm when people with half day pass started pouring in, was glad we got the full day pass and had a couple hours before that werent crowded and had less lines. They are doing a descent job dealing with COVID in the water park (Although I did notice one person at front registration desk pull back her face mask to sneeze and was super relieved that I was helped by some one else)I think prices for concessions are high, bottle of water: $3.99, price for locker rental: $20You cant pay with cash right now at concessions, only credit card or apply to room charges. They had a hard time getting the credit card machine to work and had to call a manager, service wasnt very fast.

Our family has been to this water park at Least half a dozen times, and have enjoyed it Everytime. Yes there has been a couple times where we came across some guests who were acting less than appropriate for a family oriented business, however, we mind our own business, and never had a personal issue with them. My daughter is ASD and the staff were excellent at accommodating her special needs. She is sensory sensitive so wearing a mask is out of the question for her, they have special wrist bands (which we have to put around her ankle so she doesnt rip them off) which lets staff and other quests know about her special situation. We try to make reservations for during the week when its not so crowded, and have had great luck, no long lines for the water slides and my daughter Loves the large raft slide with the lights and music! Spends most of her time at the kids fort going down the many slides that are perfect for her age. The food is pricy so I suggest ordering elsewhere, but if you have coupons its reasonable. All in all this is a wonderful place to spend time with the ones you love.

We arrived at Bloomington Great Wolf Lodge at 8PM. Upon arrival we pulled up to the front door to unload our belongings and we were greeted by loud inappropriate music blaring from a second story balcony with profanities being shouted. At least 10 individuals were crammed onto the balcony and the scent of marijuana filled the air. Vehicles came screaming through the street by the front entry, speed warnings or slow down should be installed. Our first impression left us feeling this wasnt a very family friendly establishment. As we walked in the front door there was chicken wings scattered across the entry way - we had to dodge around them to avoid. We entered the lobby and immediately asked to talk to a manager to address our concerns. The manager told us theres nothing we can do about that- in reference to the loud music, weed smoking, and yelling outside. Although displeased with the lack of action from management we headed up to our room as our child was exhausted from travel. The first (of three) rooms the room was at a toasty 78 degrees, the mini fridge didnt work and the sheets were stained. We were moved to another room immediately and the same issues were encountered. The last room we finally were moved to was the same temperature and absolutely stunk like very strong smelling Indian food. It was 11PM at night and we had had it, so we left and drove home. The front desk were mocking us, laughing, and happily waved us goodbye. The next morning we contacted the General Manager, Angela, and she was very compassionate, upset of the staffs dismissal of our concerns, and promised us a paid vacation to a Great Wolf Lodge of our choice. As we were looking to get away prior to school starting we booked our vacation for the following week to the Wisconsin Dells location. We sent the booking to Angela and she approved without hesitation. The following day we received a phone call from the VP of Operations, Brad Wiseman, who was so unbelievably rude and said they would not be honoring the promise that Angela had made and that we are not allowed on the property. We were absolutely appalled at his tone, the way he represented the Company and his decision to not allow us back. We had done absolutely nothing wrong in this situation and have never had something like this happen to us before. We were told charges would be reversed and nothing would be incurred. A week later there are no credits to our bank account and when we call there isnt anyone who is able to assist as they special locked our account and no associate is able to reverse the charges. We will never recommend or visit another Great Wolf Lodge so long as they are around. All staff, excluding Angela, were a nightmare to deal with. Customers and families are not put first when expressing concerns.

Solid stay, great/helpful/courteous employees!! Some dings that you should take note of. Dusting and cleanliness above the floor. The screen in front of the main Fireplace is caked with dust, like it hadnt been touched in a year...other areas with ledges were the same, as were the ledges in water park that are packed with garbage, hair ties, hair in general, beer cans...you can see those as you wait in line, on the stairs for the water slides. The other issue is how slow the elevators are. There are not enough elevators to handle the hotel population, so its painful to get where you need to. We used the stairs the entire time as it is an easier rout and faster by a lot...outside of getting to the first floor, as you cant...the first floor exits outside. So take it to the second floor which gives access to the harness/tight rope course and just take stairs to first level.

Great Wolf decided to clean that day and cancelled our reservation. They gave us another date, we accepted, and they cancelled on us again. Now we were on a third date. Then we had one family member exposed to COVID so we had to cancel as we didn’t want to take a chance exposing other guests at GW. Trying to reschedule was a nightmare and staff was arrogant and not accommodating. It was unreal! Well, good luck because when the Mall of America is back to full swing after the pandemic, they will build their planned water park and GW will wish they kept their customers happy.

The room was nice and everything seemed great until we went to the water park. The man that was in charge of the knee board wave ride was terribly rude to all the kids in line including myself and my friend. He was wearing a mask and a face shield and I could not hear anything he was saying. He told us to sign a waiver while we were in line. The waiver was very long and since i was currently in line, I skimmed through it and did not take my time to read all of it. The young girl before us did not know how to ride the board and where to ride it. He never showed anyone how to ride and expected us to know by watching others. He yelled at this gal so much and was disciplining her because she wasnt sure what to do. She was a kid, he could have been much nicer to her. There werent any signs telling you what to do and that a waiver needed to be signed. When it was my friends turn he didnt know that he could go twice so the ride attendant was yelling at him and no one could hear or understand him. So when it was my turn I told him that I only wanted to go once because i didnt want to get yelled at. I was extremely anxious at this point due to how rude this guy was to everyone. I talked to a mother who was telling her child to pay attention to the man because she didnt want him to yell at her son. Once it was my turn he told me I needed to take my jewelry off. I told him that I wont be able to go just yet and it would have been great if I knew that before hand. Then he told me well you read the waiver didnt you? And I just waved at him and told him to forget it. The waiver was ridiculously long and he should have told me to take my stuff off ahead of time. There should have been signs. We should have signed a waiver for the entire park at check in. I ended up crying because of it and went into a panic attack. I talked to a worker and a manager and they were very nice. They said they would call me the next day to follow up with me.... but no one ever called me. I never went back to the water park for the rest of my stay. Literally ruined my vacation. The staff working in the water park act and look like they seriously hate their jobs. I wont be going back.

The room was clean and functional. The kids bunk beds squeaked a fair amount whenever they moved around which didnt help them sleep in any. The water park was in good shape, but whatever capacity changes they may have made to adjust for covid-19 concerns didnt do much to enable/promote social distancing. Im not even sure how youd enforce that in a water park, so, more an FYI for those who may be concerned than an actual complaint. Masks were required everywhere else and everything was getting regular, thorough cleaning from what I could tell.

After checking in the kids are given wolf ears to wear on their head. Every aspect of our stay was engaging for our daughters, but I don’t know that it was worth the high price tag. We spent most of our stay in Minneapolis on the kids rides at mall of America. We could have stayed at a slightly less expensive hotel and had almost as good of a time.

The pizza definitely tasted like it was from a hotel. Aside from that the property appeared to be in good condition and relatively clean.

This is a great place for families. The indoor water park is a lot of fun and keeps you out of the cold. Its also close to the Mall of America. The rooms are set up for families to stay together with bunks and a fold-out couch to go with the queen/king bed.

We drove a long distance to stay at this hotel, and we were overall pleased with our visit.Pros:- Check-in was really easy. We arrived around 9:30 pm with a 3 year old, much later than we had planned and I think it showed when I checked in.- Pup Pass was awesome. The employee who checked us in was so nice - she gave us a free Pup Pass, and that really made our stay so much more enjoyable. I recommend splurging for that if you stay more than one night and have young kids.- Suite Upgrade was worth it. We have food allergies, so we didnt eat any of the food provided and brought our own. We chose to upgrade to a suite and that was an excellent choice for us. We got a Master Bunk Bed Suite with Balcony (or something). It had a table to eat at, a mini-fridge, sink, and a microwave. Perfect for our needs.- Bunk Beds were great. They say they arent for kids younger than 6 on the top bunk, but my 3 year old climbed up no problem. We had him sleep on the bottom and he was happy with that. We used a blanket to make a fort-like situation and block out more of the light.Cons:- Covid Signs are a little confusing. I called ahead to make sure we could get ice for our cooler, and they said they would provide it at the front desk because the ice machines were out of order due to Covid. When I called the Front Desk to ask how that works, they seemed confused and told me to use the ice machine on my floor, even though there was a sign on the ice machine asking not to use it.- Room Service isnt coming into the rooms. Not a problem, but good to know ahead of time. I dont like room service coming into my room anyway, I dont see the need unless we are there for a long time. They could have given a little card explaining the expectations. If you need fresh towels or anything else delivered to your room, you call housekeeping or the front desk and they will leave it outside your door. If you want old towels taken away, leave them outside your door and they will take care of them. It isnt difficult, just different and it isnt written anywhere to read later.- $30 per day hidden Resort Fee. I dont have a problem with the fee, but when I booked the room it wasnt on the estimate that was emailed to me when I paid the deposit. I really like being able to budget, so I hate hidden fees. This resulted in one less star from me.We stayed for 3 nights and our kiddo had a blast. Especially with so many things in the area being closed for Covid, that Pup Pass was a life-saver. Thank you Great Wolf Lodge!

Waterpark-An absolute blast! The lifeguards are extremely attentive and professional, which was great to see in the younger generation. The waterslides are fantastic and the splash zone for toddlers is great. The wave pool was fun and the lazy river was great. The whole place is very clean and we all felt very safe.Hotel & Restaurant-The room was clean & comfortable and the staff was great! The breakfast buffet was awesome and had a great variety. Our waiter was top-notch and had my usually shy kids laughing and smiling.Just a fantastic experience overall. My kids will be talking about for years! Kudos to the management- you can tell the employees are treated well and take pride in working there.

Great place but messed up on our reservations even though I called 2 times before we left and they said all was confirmed. Arrived and not so. Plus stayed 6 nights and was told no room service because of the covid. Even though we offered to step out for several hours. So exchanged towels and took out our own garbage and borrowed vaccum from a cart because we had 2 young ones. Plus there restaurants raised there prices quite a bit. So ordered out a lot which we did not do for 3 years prior. Even though they adjusted the first night price and took off some from one other day for no room service I really believe that they have compensation for more for the lack of room service. Otherwise the staff through the business was friendly and awesome. We would still go back again but with different circumstances to our reservations.

Our family really enjoyed this hotel and water park. The room was nice and big for our family of 6. The water park was fun. The only thing I wasnt completely happy with was there is no hot tub anymore was replaced with a bar. Our younger kids loved story time and the wolf ears. Be prepared to say no a lot or have a lot of money everything is expensive and right at kids eye level. I personally enjoyed parking the van and using the free shuttle to go to the mall or airport. Great place to stay and play.

Great place to vacation with the kids. Its really built to let them go wild and do their kid thing. Food was very good and they were great with weird kid requests. Kids activities were amazing, I had a very happy kid the entire stay. The staff was personable, attentive, polite, and overall fantastic. The room was OK - the heater was obnoxiously loud and actually made it hard to sleep, but it was clean and comfortable. Parking was a nightmare - definitely spring for valet if you can. And if you are at all bothered by noise this is not the place for you. Literally NOWHERE is quiet. Its a party town for sure!

Loved my time here, Had a wonderful time with my family, and friends. Such a great place. The rooms are great and the staff are friendly and courteous. So if your looking for a great family getaway this the place to go.The best part is obviously the water park, especially for children. The life guards seem to look like they know what they are doing. They are always watching, they seem to see everything, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The water slides are fun, the lines are never long. The water is not deep which is great for kids, but deep enough for adults to also have fun. There is a nice relaxing lazy river, basketball hoops, a little obstacle course, a splash park, and a flowrider. There is a bar right smack in the middle of the water park. A perfect area to see all parts of the water park, and a perfect place to be able keep a good eye on your children. If you get hungry There is also a little restaurant in the water park. There is other activities such as gold mining, rock climbing, arcade, and others. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is everything is a little expensive. It is more worth getting a hotel room, because the water park is included with the stay. You are able to use the water park Open to close from the day you check in to the day you check out. Buying The water park wristbands alone can be more expensive than getting a hotel room.So to save a little money make sure to get a room when wanting to use the water park.

We took our family here for the weekend for our sons birthday and had a great time. The pool was great and had a lot of things to do without having to leave the hotel. The only complaint I have is when we left, we were suddenly charged $142 for unreturned towels. But when we tried to turn them in, they just told us to put them in the bin next to the front door. So that part I’m definitely upset with because it was taken out of my account without my knowledge. When I called to complain, they said they would reverse the charge but it hasn’t happened and now I’m out an extra $142 after already spending $700 for two days at their hotel. You can say that ruined the whole experience.

There are so many good things to say about this lodge. The water park was so much fun for all ages of our family. We joined our son and daughter-in-law and their three kids, ages 8, 6, and 2 for a birthday celebration and we were impressed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, all the way from the security gentlemen that helped by granddaughter find her lost grandparents, to the lifeguards that were always vigilant but helpful while on duty, the bartender in the pool area who actually knew how to make a perfect Tequila Sunrise, to the young man that really understands and helps kids learn the challenges of the Howlers Peak Rope Course. We paid extra for the breakfast which was wonderful and the waitress that served us was fun. I would like to give a special shout out to VON who went way, way above and beyond by helping me find a birthday card for my granddaughter and took customer service one huge step further by giving her a birthday gift card to the arcade. He was so genuinely kind and thoughtful and I will never forget that effort or the smile that extra kindness put on my granddaughters face. He is a great asset to the Great Wolf Lodge, as were all the staff. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

The attractions are good. The hotel is clean. But the lodging is some of the worst I have ever seen. The blanket on the queen size bed doesnt even come up to my chest when Im laying down. The sheets on the bunk beds are shorter than the bed. I didnt mean blankets I mean the sheets. The top bunk was sheets on the head half and bare matress at the foot end. The bottom bunk was the same but thankfully it had a mattress pad on it (photo attached). We had to call down to the front desk to have them send up sheets that actually fit and due to COVID we had make the beds ourselves.Speaking of COVID they do attempt to have the guests maintain social distancing and wear masks. But there is only so much they can do. At least they are trying.Edit: They had signs showing the different sizes of life vests; However, they didnt have any infant size life vests available.

I had the experience of being stranded in Minneapolis due to a cancelled flight (snow storm). I arrived to the hotel via a taxi after a mixup with the shuttle. There were quite a few stranded travelers taking up lodging here. The check in line moved pretty quickly. The room seemed pretty bare, cold, and not comfortable. But, when you recall that this is a hotel and water park for families, you realize that it’s designed to withstand the water and heavy use from children. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities of the property were also surprising: Ben & Jerrys on the property.

Booked a grizzly family suite. Mind you its expensive so I expected the rooms to be nice. The bathroom looks old. The door was cracked and moldy. For the amount of money they charge you would think the condition of the room should reflect that. Im never coming back . FYI its cheaper to get a suite at the holiday inn right next to here and get a day pass to use the water park.

This place use to be The Water Park of America. It use to be where you can just by a day pass and use the park. Not here. You have to be a resort guest. Makes sense. My first time here was busy but smooth. The check in was not long and was provided with text assistance. Lots of things to do for kids and family. They loved it. This was an awesome mini vacation for our 5, 3,and 1 year old. They loved floating down the river and playing in the kids area at the water park. They said their favorite part was StoryTime! They also enjoyed the dance party! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the last couple hours of our last night and the first few hours the next day they had to unexpectedly close a couple of the big water slides, the wave pool, and the river. It was really just the pool and kids area that were open. But other than that it was great experience for all of us!
