Hearing for the deaf. Migraine for the hearing. Took the enjoyment out of the movie. The vibration made me queasy. My dad had to take out his hearing aids. And it was still to loud. I suggest complementary migraine medications. And a warning sign.

Good comfortabe lounge chairs to enjoy watching your movie. Plenty of things to choose from at the snack bar. Price specials during the week for seniors, educators, students plus cheap tickets Tuesdays all day. Rewards card is a good thing to apply for if you go to the movies often as it doesnt take long to get them.

Chairs are comfortable. The food is great. Its fantastic that they sell beers. The atmosphere is a little to crazy. Wish security was a bit more proactive. I only saw one officer. By the time he checked one theater kids were getting loud on the eating tables and the lounge. Cleanliness could also be more important as there were full garbages and plenty of flies. This placer has the ability to be amazing if the right management is out in place !!

One of my favorite movie theaters Ive even been to, and Im glad its close to where I now live. Seats are super comfy, prices are reasonable, and it is a very clean establishment. Ill be sad to leave it if I ever move away.

A great movie theater in Normal! They have much more than just popcorn and candy. Of course it is the usual pricey food and snack, but it does not disappoint. I come here often.

The employees were very friendly. The theater was clean and popcorn was delicious. I noticed the reclining chairs in the theater are a little smaller than other theaters with similar seats. However, this was the first time Ive visited a theater with heated seats. That was a nice feature!

Best seating Ive seen within hour distance with heated reclining seats. Picture and sound was great just like the service at the concessions. Ill be back again soon.

Although out on the west side tucked away from everything else its still one of the better movie venues in the community. Plenty of parking space and multiple screens with an enjoyable viewing experience. The power reclining seats and wide aisles are a nice touch. If its a new release l recommended getting your tickets in as advance because of the assigned seating. I also recommend bringing something to wipe down your arm wrest and cup holder as its not always possible for the staff to clean everything in between movies. Until they eliminate the middle man and begin streaming new releases into peoples homes this is still the best option. The west end can seem a little sketchy in the late evening so its nice to see a police presence from time to time. Generally safety is not an issue and no major incidents have occurred. Just be aware of your surroundings and use common sense.

I used to hate going to the theater to see a movie and instead I would wait until it came out on DVD so I could watch it at home where I had a comfortable seat. Now I love going to the theater for the Dreamlounger or heated Dreamlounger! Theyre so comfortable and some of them even fold up the center console so you can cuddle up with your sweetie! They serve alcohol if you like and have lots of snack choices. They keep the lobby and restrooms clean. Fantastic!

Lacking in number of concession deals, root beer, free butter salt and a comfortable sitting area for before movies. But, still my favorite theater. Seats and popcorn are great. Nice little arcade area too.

Easy to get tickets and get in and get a movie! We saw playing with fire and it was hilarious! Our popcorn was great! Seats were ok we got there after a few others and were very close. So for me not as enjoyable. I love the comfort of the seats. You almost can fall asleep watching a movie there! Overall o would come back! Just make sure you beat others in for open seating!

Great seats, leather couches. Popcorn was very good and fresh. Prices were reasonable. Sound in the theater was awesome truly increasing the entertainment value of the movie.

Ticket prices are reasonable, wish the concessions were. Railings block view of lower screen for shorter guests. While they need to be there for safety when walking the aisle, it would help to raise the seats a few inches.

Great, current & some old, movies! Great prices for discount days/times & regular prices, considering all aspects--clean, seating, audio-visual quality. New seating is awesome! Nice employees, especially Pam. Concessions are too high-priced, but are consistent with the other local theaters.

Lounge chairs were nice and comfortable. Service was good. Popcorn not good. Usual overpriced theatre food. This is an experience that has priced itself out of most peoples budgets. Definitely will be hitting up bargain time if I ever go again. Couldnt afford this trip for 4 very often.

I liked this place for watching good movies, I live about 45mins to an hour from here so I only come to watch the cool movies. I like the reclining chairs, just make sure you sit in the seat you buy.

This is my favorite theatre in Bloomington/Normal, but until they find out a better way to deal with disruptive movie goers, I will not return. The last three movies Ive been to in the last two months have been plagued by loud individuals who talk through out and are on their phones towards the front. There have been verbal arguments between movie goers to get these disruptive people to be quiet during the middle of the movie!. The theatre manager came in several times to try and catch them, but they promptly fell silent then returned to being obnoxious as soon as they left. We received movie passes and apologies, which is fine, but whats the point of a free movie if its going to be ruined as well?

Amazingly comfortable seats! The screens are also incredible and the sound is as good as anything Ive heard.

There’s no problems but it’s not anything great. To be clear: 3 stars means perfectly average.The popcorn is good but the butter ruins the flavor.This theater now has “fancy” reclining and roomy seats, but I feel these days almost every theater has that.

This is one of our favorite places to go and hide for hours on end especially on Tuesdays its $6 to get in we love to watch 3 to 4 movies in one day

They have reserved seating and recliners in the theaters, but the one I was supposed to use would not sit up. I was able to move to the next seat, but if the movie had higher occupancy I may have been stuck in a broken seat. The popcorn was normal theater quality, but the size was a bit smaller than other theaters I frequent.

Was not impressed on how dirty the floors and fountain drinks were. Food everywhere and soda spilled all over the counter. I’d be pressed to go back until they can improve their cleanliness. And why do we need police at the movies. Is this an unsafe area now? I thought it was a great growth area and now I see police at the theater. That’s a little concerning.

This complex has several different style theaters with different sizes, screens and different seats. The tickets are for specific seats so you dont have to negotiate with other theater goers to find room for your group to sit together. Watching End Game in 3D with my teenage sons was incredible. The smaller theaters are also quite nice and, unlike iMax, the seats recline. Its possible to raise an arm between seats and cozy up with someone special.There is food available, high calorie belly bomber stuff that looks good, even though I havent tried it. There is a small seating area in the lobby where you can eat. The theaters dont seem like they would accommodate burgers and such very well. Adult beverages are available.Youll want to join their loyalty program and download their app to take advantage of various perks and to reduce the fees for online ticket sales.Overall, a nice place to go to see a new release or pass some time.

This theater is by far my favorite theater. I would highly recommend this theater to anyone that enjoys movie watching as if you were home watching!!!

The place felt comfortable and safe going into it. It was clean and well-lit outside. Inside was clean. I watched a good movie and enjoyed the food. A very comfortable experience.

Clean, fast service, polite staff. They dont keep as good of a movie selection as AMC so you need to see movies within a week or so of them coming out or they wont be here.

I miss the Wherenburg intro - the owner of Marcus has the worst intro videos. The staff is hit or miss on friendliness and professionalism but the theatres are clean and comfortable.

Fancy seats arent worth the extra cost of admissions. Concessions were slow even though there were 3 attendants and it wasnt busy. Lobby looked like it hasnt been swept or mopped at all that day.

So much better than AMC. Its clean (for a movie theater ;) and well staffed. I must say that reclining seats are much needed in the IMAX theater. Weve become spoiled by the other ones.

Loved 5$ Tuesday, an the relaxing environment. Reminded me of the 50 cent matinees we would go to as kids without the spit balls to the back of the head.

They have nice seats that recline, but some kids were throwing candy and change, when we told somebody up front, they said they would send someone and they never did, the guy didnt seem to concerned about it either. He asked what theater and when I was explaining a little on where they were, he kept trying to walk away, so the kids got away with throwing stuff, making inappropriate noises, and yelling during the movie.

My first time viewing a movie here and found the experience everything it should be at a modern movie theater. They provide the costumer great couches that have electronic controlled foot rests and how much tilt you desire. The popcorn and drinks were no more than expected and popcorn was fresh and large was truly large! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience

I liked it better when it was Wehrenberg, but the seats are nice and prices are extremely reasonable

Big assortment of concessions, can purchase tickets a variety of ways to avoid lines, recliners in all of the rows! Absolutely the most comfortable movie viewing experience Ive had next to being on my own couch! Favorite theater in Bloomington!

We like going here but we ordered actual food not just popcorn and the lady cooking it didnt have a hair net or hat on. She had her hair down not tied back at all. The price for the food quality is a bit high. But just cant get over how she wasnt wearing something and she was cooking a lot of food. Doubt I will order anything other than popcorn from now on.

What a dump!! We went to a showing at 11 in the morning, and the place was still dirty from the night before. Even the toilets were disgusting. Only one of the ice makers was working, and several of the soda flavors were not working. The theater itself wasnt great either. So many chairs with torn cushions. We had 4 seats, and only two of them still reclined. As expensive as it is to go to the movies, the place should be pristine, and you should feel like you are in luxury. Not the case here. Save yourself the agony and go to one of the other theatres in town.

I was just here, and some black gunk fell out of of the soda dispenser nozzles into my drink. I used a napkin to check some other nozzles, and they were all filthy. I made sure a manager was aware that the soda machines hadnt been cleaned, and they told me theyd take care of it right away. After the movie, 2.5 hours later, I checked some other nozzles on the same machine, and they hadnt been touched. Youd think your drink would at least be clean if you paid an arm and a leg for it.

I dont understand the so called convenience fee when we still had to stand in the same long line at the ticket counter and then there was NO ONE to take your tickets inside. The concession stand had an equally long wait. Good thing we loved the movie.

The recliner seats was all that. Popcorn was fresh. The movie was great. No complaints. The cashiers at the concession stand was very nice also.

They seem to have a problem with their projectionists. I purchased a ticket a month early for an advanced showing of Downton Abbey, the 7pm showing. It didnt start until 7:20! No explanation or apology. There were also showings at 7:05, 7:10, and 7:15. So, the other 3 theaters were watching this long anticipated show before me. (BTW, the movie was awesome!!)

Dreamloungers are nice and they make the setting more enjoyable!

First time visiting the Marcus theater. Absolutely loved it. They were planning Howls Moving Castle subtitled so we drove a hour to see it. We will definitely be back.

The movie and seats were wonderful. The volume was so high it was uncomfortable and the drinks were insanely high priced. $7-8 for a Pepsi??? They could charge less than half of what they want for popcorn and drinks and still make a big profit.

Its nice having a relaxing experience, but the railing (although likely required by code) interfer with your view from the BACK row. So...if there is a way to avoid that, your view will be better. Not much way to avoid it tho. And Im a 5-4 person.

Its nice when the popcorn is cleaned up after the last show. Good video games and place is clean.

We saw the 10:10 showing of Aladdin tonight on opening night. I’m pretty sure the previous crowd left the theater and no one bothered to clean it. The row we sat in had a reclined seat with the foot rest up, along with a popcorn bucket on that seat and an empty cup. Other garbage was laying around in other seats throughout the room. It was pretty obvious no one cleaned. I really like this theater but come on! I have never seen it so dirty. It was gross.

The IMAX experience was fabulous for Ford vs Ferrari.

Great place to relax and watch a movie, the facility was up to date and clean. I highly recommend this theater to anyone looking for a high quality movie watching experience!!

The theater is is such disrepair and my wife sat down in one of the dream loungers and the arm fell off. We moved to another set of chairs and the seats wouldnt recline. We finally settled in to another set but the chairs were all full of holes....

I love this theater. They do a $5 Tuesday and you can get a $4 bucket of popcorn. You can enjoy a comfy recliner as well!:)

Really need to clean between shows if you are serving beer. Recliners were sticky, I would have preferred not smelling old beer.

They have sweet staff members who are there to help if you can’t find something! The onion rings are my fave and you can’t beat the cool seats.

Price is high for the food but, it is good though. Awesome place to have a recliner and a huge screen with bottom warmers. The IMAX does not have the big recliners, still nice seats though. Get the dream lounger for the big chairs.

I dont do movies as much as I used to but I do like this theater. Comfortable seats and I think they block cell signal in the building. I will be back here just because of that. I would rather walk outside for a min to make a call than spend ticket popcorn and coke for the family and the whole thing ruined by people that just dont get it.
