Super cute neighborhood park. Small and nice. I love coming here for some much needed nature relaxation when I can’t get to bigger parks and trails. It does have a massive concrete wall and is next to a busy street which isn’t the best.

A nice secluded park, very pretty but can sometimes be sketchy after dark. If you want a good park to go to at night then I would recommend Franklin.

My old neighborhood park. This little park, tucked in the crevice between Lakeway Drive and the southbound offramp leading up to Lakeway is easy to miss, but its a gem for the locals. It has a playground, a basketball court with one hoop and a fairly large grassy area for giving your pets or yourself some exercise. There is also a small wooded area and a large rock, for which the park is named, which offers up some nice views east of the freeway for those who make the east climb to the top.Unfortunately on my last visit I had to be a little more discerning with my picture taking so as to not include the 3 campers who had spent the night in the park. Since it is tucked away and not a well known location, it makes for a tempting place for homeless folks to stay without much hassle from the authority. While I certainly feel for these unfortunate souls, it would make me a bit more hesitant to let younger children run off to the park unsupervised. As always, please be cautious and implore your kids to do so as well!

This is one very small Park. There is a hill and a rock. With a view of the freeway. If you miss it you wont miss much.

It would have been nice if we hadnt been accosted by homeless people asking us for cigarettes and money. When we told them we didnt smoke and didnt have any money they became quite angry and they even threw bottles at us as well as some rocks. Now I ask you were are the police? Why havent they done anything about this problem?
