A great place to visit! Fishing ponds, hiking trails, an air rifle range, archery, and an outdoor education center!We couldn’t find anyone to ask questions and the trails weren’t very obvious, but it was fun to explore!

This is an awesome secret in the BREC Park system. Love the fishing lakes that are stocked with plenty of fish. Great place to take kids. I go for the Air Rifle Range to target shoot. The free price is awesome. The place is clean and well managed.

Fun for catch and release. If you are looking for bluegill, save your time as bream in these lakes are very small.

Misleading website. Needs to be updated. Most trails for hiking are closed. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not worth the drive.

Love this place. Ive been coming out here for years. Between fishing at their ponds to shooting archery at their range. Such a nice hidden gem.

Very nice and clean park. Fishing is not good. Mostly little fry and brim. Kids can have a good time but not much else.

Great facility with 2 ponds to fish from and very clean restrooms. Camping grounds available as well.

My dad and I had a nice time. The two pond areas are very neat and clean with benches around them. Saw several people catching bass and catfish. I caught one little bass myself about 8 inches long right before we left.There is limited shade between 3-5pm. It would have been nice to know which pond held which type of fish at the sign in post. Bass are in the first one BTW and catfish in the other. They have public restrooms that are supplied and clean. And cane poles that can be borrowed. Overall really nice nice fishing spot we plan to check out again with some different bait!

It was so nice to have such a facility so close to town. Fishing, camping with scouts, it was just a nice place to enjoy the outdoors.

Wonderful facility that could be so much more if the states history was not one of rampant Longism i.e. out of control welfare spending. If you want to wet a line fishing, shoot a pellet gun, or practice your bow shooting skills on 3 d targets, as well many other activities, youll enjoy this facility. Did I say this is a wonderful facility? Nuff said.

Beautiful place with 2 ponds to fish. Took my Hunter Safety Course here. The staff was awesome and so helpful!

For being just outside of a large city, its a wonderful way to return to nature. Very well kept by the state.

The catfish pond doesnt look like theres any catfish. The bluegill pond is so over run with plants and stirred up dirt that you can no longer see the hordes of bluegill they used to have
