Seen Blake Shelton here. Not a bad seat in the house. Very easy parking, getting into the arena and exiting. Concession staff and ushers were all friendly and helpful. Prices are ridiculous but thats common everywhere nowadays. Will definitely return in the future. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Not to bad for lines.

Nice facilities. Clean and had a great time watching Peter and the Wolf. If it comes up again I highly recommend it. The staff there were friendly even with all the people there.

Was here for a wrestling event! Ushers were very helpful, air conditioning worked great. Recommend taking a sweater or something to keep you warm. Television monitors and audio work really well. Lighting is awesome.

Went to the Jehovahs Witness 2018 Regional convention entitled Be Courageous. Had an amazing time. Everything was so well organized and parking was so organized everything from was so smooth and all the public discourses were truly amazing and I highly advise going this year if you have never been to one it was truly truly enlightening

We love going here for the hockey games. The building is kept clean, service attendants are helpful & friendly, and the whole atmosphere is fun! I look forward to seeing some musical performers in the future.

Festival of The Trees is an annual event held here. This year was my first time in attendance & I won a beautiful WOW tree!

Wonderful small arena in Bakersfield. Good parking.

Requested accessible/handicapped seating. Had to walk halfway around to get to an elevator, then back the same amount of steps to a catwalk ramp and walked again way around arena to our seats which had been given to someone else. I was very weak by the time we got to our seats and had to wait for the guard to move people in a totally different area. The arena is NOT handicap friendly. I hope the ADA enforcement calls them on that.

High security for CIF State Wrestling event. Only allowed one unopened water bottle per person and no snacks or other outside food or drinks. Nice arena otherwise

This is a great place to go for a game, concert, or anything that people like or find interesting. Its a very comfortable arena with great seats.

Went to see Sammy Hagar. First Hagar concert for me. Had a blast. Much needed time out to relax and rock out kid free. Venue has always been clean and cozy. Never had a bad experience in this venue. Good times Good memories!

Staff was helpful and friendly. They had alot of fun besides the game !! We won free dinner from raising kanes chicken and tickets to Harlem globe trotters which was awesome beings that it was my sons birthday!! We had a great family night!! Thank you! Richardson family.

The setup for the Godsmack was very good. Not a bad seat in the house. Its a smaller venue so it was more intimate and you could feel a part of the show. One of the better concerts I have been to and I have been to quite a few. I would go to any concert at this venue

Always a great time attending a Condors Game. Still small enough a venue to where every seat is good for concerts too. Only downside is the traffic trying to get to the parking.

Very nice place I have been coming to the Rabobank arena for the last decade volunteer my time for cleaning for special events one down side is train tracks next to arena sometime cause delays in foot/ car traffic

Love the Civic Center. The parking is horrendous as youre not allowed to use the parking garage. Only the arena is, which means you have to walk aways. Downtown Business Assocation, City of Bakersfield need to address parking problem because challenging for those with ambulatory issues. And the arena is in the place where parking used to be for the Civic center.

Seating is good, varied events - hometown hockey in the winter, varied mix of other shows, music, etc. Easy free parking in Downtown Bakersfield. Impressive lighting effects.

Great venue for seeing KISS. Upper seats are a bit tight though.

I really loved this show of Disney on ice better than two years ago.

Every seat is a great seat. Easy to park, and the facilities are well kept. We always enjoy the events whenever we come here.

I went to the Carrie Underwood concert. Granted I had nosebleed seats but we had no view of Carrie. I felt like I was watching her on tv. Cause we only seen her on the screens. I would rather look at her teeny tiny than the screens this is the third time I’ve seen her. The other two times the screens were behind the stage. Even though I can’t afford front row tickets I believe we should see as much of her as possibles it’s still a lot of money to watch her on screens. Also the people in the row in front of us standing and dancing through the whole thing. The first 3 songs we tried to ask them to sit they said they were not sitting down. We advised them to stand at the bottom so we could see. They did after argument pursued. But management told them to go to their seats they told them we asked them to stand there. Management came to us and told us they had the right to stand and dance through the whole thing If they want. What about our right to see at least the screens. Management finally after my son missed the first songs explained his wife could barely walk due to a back injury much less try to stand agreed to let the girls stay where they were. It ruined our night to have young girls who have no respect arguing and not caring about people around them

Excellent acoustics for orchestra and choir performances. Seating is not bad either. Wish it had a more of a cozy or traditional flair but always a good venue nonetheless.

Once youre watching a hockey game in that place you know its a good day.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. Food and beer are reasonably priced for a venue of that size. Food isnt amazing, but it isnt terrible either. One of few venues that actually has a smoking section left, which is convenient.

Saw Jackson Browne in the smaller theater and it was a great show! Very personable, good view and acoustics.

Great place for a live concert seating close to stage

Large venue that caters to concerts and hockey and other various events. Has box seat viewing. Parking is located behind the venue or on the west side of the venue. Unless you are going to park on a public street. Either way you have to walk a few blocks. It is a nice venue and will definitely go back again

I typically enjoy events hosted here. No matter where your seats are, youll enjoy the show. Sound is always great, air conditioner is fantastic, food and drink are average, no funky smells. My only complaint ever, is lack of parking.

I took the train my destination and Marriotts sent a van to take me to the hotel and when I was ready to leave they also took me back to the train station. A Big Thank U to Marriotts,do plan on staying with them again. Service was great.

We had alot of fun and the place was lovely. Ive been there before and for Bakersfield CA, you would consider this place luxurious. Good a/c, a decent stage and floor space. Its the only big venue here. Parking sucks. Food is also not so great. Both expensive and sub standard. Still, its awesome for this little town.
