Lots of trees, shaded areas with picnic tables and man made lake with ducks relaxing by. Park is within a developing area of modern apartments and restaurants and bars within immediate area. Nice park located in old Austin airport grounds. Visit!

This place is awesome! It has play areas for the kids, a pond that gets full of ducks & swans in the evenings with lights that are reflected off the water with jogging/ walking trails! And, my favorite; lots of pecan trees & foodtrucks and picnic areas! Oh, The Thinkery and a few more businesses surrounding that location!!! ️

Had a very nice evening with my sister and daughter. Even with social distancing people were out and about being friendly. Everyone kept their distance. I enjoyed seeing families out exercising, laughing & taking pictures. Really nice place for a lovely evening. Lots of fish and turtles.

If you have recently moved to Austin or staying in Downtown on a temporary visit then its a must see location in Austin. A well maintained park with Ducks and Pigeon in their natural environment looks beautiful.Theres an walk stroll along the lake with a shade to spend a good family time. Theres also a childrens park near the lake for kids.Parkings are always crowded in the weekend. Paid parking is available near the shores Mon-Sat. Neat Restroom is located in the parking area.#HappyVisiting

Im lucky to have this place so close by. Its a beautiful little park with a great running trail around the lake. Theres also plenty of open space for sports, activities, picnics etc, and a food-truck park too to grab something delicious to enjoy by the water!

Beautiful park with surrounding density, restaurants, and commerce. The only thing missing is covered areas to take refuge when youre caught in the rain. Great park otherwise, especially when the ducks have migrated south and you can find many different species just swimming about.

Great little park with a very nice view of a lake. The park has a nice trail but the best feature is a very nice stair steps to the lake.

One of my favorite areas of Austin. I have spent many years in Mueller watching it quickly rise. The lake brings great energy and an abundance of animals scattered through out.Great environment to bring your kids and dogs to play. You can spend a whole day here with countless activities to participate in. They stock the lake with rainbow trout once a year where fishing is permitted.As you can see I enjoy practicing yoga, as well as setting up photoshoots with my business here.If it’s a beautiful day outside I highly recommend checking out Mueller Lake Park.

Beautifully landscaped park near downtown and in Muellers activity area. A pleasant way to pass time for all ages. Includes trails, lake, scenic pergola, large dragon sculpture, large and modern playground, restrooms, reasonable parking options, and is next to restaurants, shops, cinema, and The Thinkery (something of a childrens museum).

Actually pleasantly surprised, this place is pretty, lots of people out enjoying it, felt fairly European actually, which seems like the intent of the builders.Ants are super aggressive though. Like, the quickest Ive ever seen ants swarm.

A serene lake in the city, quiet and beautiful place for an evening stroll.

Super fun park where you can easily spend half a day. The field is perfect for lounging or pickup games and picnics. The lake is great for strolling around, and there is lots of wildlife like turtles, ducks, and fish. The playground is very fun, well maintained, and safe. Public restrooms are available just next to it so youll never need to go far. In the spring the trees bloom making it the best time to visit, and in the weekend the best farmers market in the city is next door. Its an overall great park thats worth multiple visits.

First I wuna say that its a Blessing to just wake up for another day. I like to experience knew things and explore the outdoors of what God created.

One of the most awesome parks here in Austin.....it has things to do for everyone...the big walkways or the grass for picnic, and the cherry on the top is the steps on the waterfront. Every Sunday theres a farmers market which makes it even more charming. Great place to hang out. Parking becomes a problem sometimes but driving around the neighborhood can lead you to great spots.

This park is great. Lots of shade spots to lay a blanket or hang a hammock.

Incredible park to go to whether it’s for the kids for teens or adults there’s something for everyone to do from taking a walk admiring the ducks the lake having coffee out there for one of the restaurants it’s as fun as you want it to be or as romantic! Highly recommend!

Love this place! It is so peaceful, quiet and so close to downtown. They have a Farmers Market from 10 am until 2 pm on Sundays. It can be a bit hard to find parking during those times.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! AND they have free parking! I especially like all the shade they have on the trail, and Halcyon is right by the parking lot for a quick snack, drink or picnic lunch.

Lots of things to do with kids: big playground, lake with lots of birds and turtles, spacious field for sports, plenty of grass areas for relaxing under the sun, benches along the trail, where kids ride their bike. Oh and ice-cream place and kid-friendly restaurants nearby is a huge plus.

This is a great park. I believe it is the only park on this side of town that has a pond. Theres also the farmers market here every Sunday.

This park is one of my favorite places in Austin. Its a great place to walk a dog. There is plenty of wildlife, a park for children, and places to eat nearby.

The farmers market is great on Sundays and the path is a great spot to walk your dog. If you have kiddos, there is a neat park and one of the restaurants new by has a play ground thing in there. My dog and I enjoy seeing all of the geese/birds at the pond.

This park is so clean and pretty. My husband took me out here for a walk and i really liked it. It was so peaceful even though there were many people. The air was fresh and even on a hot summer afternoon, it was breezy. You can do a picnic here while enjoying the lake view. It is also pet friendly. Its also nice to come pit here for a run.

A gorgeous space. Lots of dogs and families walking around, open spaces, a pretty lake, and an excellent farmers market on weekends! A favorite of the local greyhound contingent.

Walking in the parking lot on the grass was a huge hole but it had grass grown in as deep as the hole. It didnt look like a hole at all and I stepped into it twisting my ankle. This needs to be addressed and fixed before someone else hurts themselves. We couldnt even stay because of that.

Great mile lap around the water with tree shaded paths and green space to spread out.

I took my niece and nephew here for the day and they had a blast. My nephew ran around the lakes my niece couldnt get off the playground. Its a great place to spend on a Sunday with kids with family or with friends. Dont be surprised if you see a couple of dogs running around; theyre usually friendly too. They have live music concerts, holiday events and almost anything else you can think of. The farmers market on Sunday is a must I highly recommend it to anyone in town even if youre just visiting

Brilliant urban park and greenbelt. You can even catch and release fish in the many ponds. Perfect for a jog/walk or picnic, and shopping, movies and food/drink are just a short walk away.
