Loud parties on a weekly basis from annoying neighbors and cant sleep because of the music every morning from them! management dose nothing and its gotten to bad i have to wear ear plugs and use a white noise maker every night and there music is still so loud it keeps me up!Find somewhere else to live, management is useless here!

Management is useless here! The people are rude and the entire place is extremely poorly managed!

We have lived in an RV here for more than a year, and its a nice place. Things are usually pretty quiet, the neighbors are mostly friendly, the rent is reasonable, the management is good at responding to questions and requests, its next to major public transit, and its within easy walking distance of large grocery stores and food outlets. Worth checking out!

My husband and I have lived here for years. Our park is small and quiet. The rent is affordable and the neighbors friendly.Under new management and maintenance. We are very grateful for Laura and Channel. They are kind and always helpful. They work hard and always willing to assist in whatever comes up. We are very grateful for them.

Poorly managed, the owners and property managers are thieves! They made us paint our homes which we are all homeowners here in order to get pavement in the park and it’s been now a year and still no paving at all! This park has gone straight to the dogs! I’m all for improving but they need to do it in return they now are charging us a ridiculous amount in water and sewer. Never ever move here.

I like this place because several members of the Miller clan live there so I went to visit. Trailer park is small, old and run down but rents are still affordable for working folks and the park is pretty quiet and the neighbors all seem to be considerate and respectful towards one another. Im not going to move in but Ill be back to visit soon.

They need to pave where there is dirt road. I got stuck in the muddy road and had to be pushed out today.

Well since I live here Ill give it 4 stars..Lol..Small Mobile Home Park off Colfax Ave, Nothing Fancy Older Homes Probably 20 Mobile Homes, 4 5th wheels, 3 2 Bedroom Duplexes, 4 1Bedroom Duplexes..My husband and I occupy a small 2 Bedroom Cottage not much but its home..The Neighbors are FANTASTIC FRIENDLY everyday hard working Struggling ppl..The Rent here is probably the Cheapest around even after new owners purchase the property and raised the rent its still reasonable, Way to much remodeling and Matience needing to be done but like I said with rental prices in Aurora and the metro area I can deal with a yard with no grass or occasionally a clogged sink..

I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS PLACE. THE NEW MANAGER IS VERY SWEET.

This is the worst place Ive ever lived...they continue to raise rents but DO NOT DO NECESSARY REPAIRS....the deal with keeping up with surrounding properties is to make the property decent...make it so people want to stay. The only reason I gave 1 star was just so I could comment. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE...MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DO THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HOUSING...point blank final.
