New management ... So nice to have human beings in the office!!! Having people that actually listen, care, and are understanding and can work with you during this pandemic is awesome!! Prior management at the beginning of this were terrible...

Its a clean establishment and good neighbors. The managment is a little unreasonable with the residents. They seem to harp on the time on guest that visit here. They are a little irrational with there demands.

This place is the absolute worst. They dont care about their residents or the safety of children or pets. Dont even waste your time with this place. You cant have fences and cars are being towed left and right. Youre not even allowed to have furniture on your own patio. Ill be taking my business elsewhere

Connie and I want to thank the owners for bringing Toni back as the manager of the park. She has worked very hard to make this a good place to live, inspite of constant criticism from some of the residents.Whenever we want to improve our space, we first check our lease to see what we can or cannot do.We then ask Toni for her input and acceptance. We have had no problems with management. We, especially, are pleased with their efforts with the parking situation and keeping the number of cars at a minimum, we dont need 5 or 6 cars at each lot. They are trying very hard to improve the looks of the entire park; continue to fight the battle. Again,great choice on your management team.

After visiting friendly village I can see why it was given the name. The staff was overall my favorite thing about this place. They were kind and helpful. The area is also very clean.

I moved here 3 years ago. This past year they got a new owner and everything has gone to shits. Rent goes up every month. We literally got two letters for the same month saying our rent was going up from 30 to $50. We decided that we would rather rent a house. Considering all we were paying. Also the neighbors are not helpful in the slightest. You cant leave anything outside.its not a good place to live. If anything is going bad in your life aim for a motel room or something else. Its not worth it.

Bruh u cant even have a trampoline or a dog house your car can and will get towed out of your drive way for no reason there are raccoons in the bottom of the house oh and if u dont have a clean back yard they will stock u and find out they will take pictures and send u them with a warning notice and the electricity goes out pretty often in the whole village. There are good people and good homes I meant be honest I dont know about all the homes but mine was really ugly from inside put up until we fixed the floors kitchen cabnets and the bathrooms completely also the back yard had no grass we had to grow what we have now and our little plants were also put in along with the rocks and all the stairs where fixed from horrible condition so this is my honest opinion this place is not the best to live in so just dont move here-ps this came from a 13 year olds point of view and experience so take a hint

I have been living here for 6 years yes rules have changed , but for the better this place was a mess, now the community looks different , no more junk cars filling the visitor parking spaces and with the tow truck coming around it prevents the homes from looking like trash because people would use their lawn as a driveway very happy with the management.

Very imprrssed, this property is very well maintained.

Youre kidding right? The place is a joke. Tow truck is ALWAYS driving by checking for those that are unfortunate. Not only that but you have many suspicious people just watching you. Not a who are you watch but a What do you got that I want sort of look and vibe. Place reeks with filth. Does not look like a good place to live

I love the park and staff. All the hard work and improvements they have done and are doing is great. I see alot of people with their complaints but honeslty if you follow the rules you shouldnt have any issue it just makes this a better place and the management does good by towing I mean how many vehicles do you need in your driveway. This is a great community and we can make it better if we all do our part and not expect the managment and maintenance team to do it for us. Thank you for making this community great.

My father and step mother lived here. Expensive lot rent that they dont do anything to justify having. No parking, high crime, heavy drugs and alcohol.

Its a very peaceful place

I have lived here for 16 years.It just gets worse and worse. I am paying more for the lot then I do for my home now and the rent keeps going up. New management came in and did away with all the extra parking making it VISITOR parking but visitors have to have a permit a guest was here for 6 hours and they towed so no matter where you park other than in your driveway they tow at $ 297.80 a pop If you are able to get it that day . I understand no street parking because of Emergency equipment access but they took away every thing else. I parked on mulched area in yard and they towed I parked in a parking spot and they towed. not even allowed to have visitors. I dont make enough to stay here and cant afford to move either dont know what I am going to do .When we moved in it wasnt bad.. they did force landscaping by their doing it and charging an extra months rent but I have enjoyed the Butterfly bushes they put in which have bloomed every year since.They used to bring dumpsters in spring and fall for clean up but just announced that they are not going to do that anymore either so one more expense. There was a day that Mobile home was a reasonable way to go but it isnt any more I pay more then some friends who rent houses.. Rethink if you are considering this and think a third time if considering this park.

Horrible place to live staff especially are rude you have to pay for parking and they make a problem out of everything. And to my perspective they only target against Hispanic residents racist people don’t live here

I hate that they dont let you park in front fo the houses. The parking is where the park is and from there you have to walk to your destination. Is a hassle. The tow truck is always roaming around looking for cars to tow.
