Its a dump, upkeep is awful, streets have deep potholes.

This is mostly a review from an RV perspective as this MH Park has RV sites. It is nothing fancy but a great location to park an RV for a few months. This place is mostly Mobile Homes - but they have a few RV sites set up and they will consider renting vacant Mobile Home sites to RVs if one is available at the time. The community is quiet, family oriented, mobile homes are generally well cared for and most streets are wide. Access to the Metra is about a 20 min walk away - as well as Downtow Aurora and the Fox River Trail. Dont expect normal RV Park type accommodations - but this makes an awesome home base for an RV in the Western Suburbs. A big plus is they are open year round. A final note - this is only suited for a long term stay. If looking for a short stay in the area - check out Camp Bullfrog Lake. They are open year round.
