I toured the location with the office manager Alex. He was extremely professional and had such a positive attitude. Great to hear he is fixing up the place and implementing strict rules to keep the community compliant and organized. Look forward to seeing how this place changes over the next few years!

Majority of the trailers are in poor shape. But lately Ive seen a massive Improvement in the overall maintenance of the park due to New Management. Theyre starting me to get it into shape and its starting to look amazing more like a place I could possibly think about raising kids at.

I know someone that lives in there and I feel sorry for him and his family. The place is run down and the trailer he is in has no power to one side which also controls the AC. The owner of the mobile home park is trying to move them instead having someone fix the problem. They told they want them to move to another trailer. I told him I would not move because of their poor maintenance. The owners need to fix the problem asap.

This place is transformed. Been nice to see it get change for the better the last year or so. Now theres a good safe community feel. Management does an excellent job responding to service calls.

Grateful with God because there’s still good people with a kind heart and treat everyone equally and our respect to great person Lisa. You can see and feel the professionalisms she has. We recently moved out of state and found these mobile homes She is super helpful, nice answered every question we have no matter when or what time. A pleasure to live in Tower Manor!! :)

Hate this place ...slumlord ...very judgmental person

I came in couple of weeks ago to inquire about a mobile home and the price is way to high when I lived there I had the biggest mobile home out there paid $800.00 a month it was a 3 bedroom now they asking $1300.00 a month yes it looks a lot better place but that is a high crime area plus single parent no way could they afford that much the lady seemed really nice lot better then John and his son Eric but you have to make over $3000.00 to live there and who makes that much in polk ugh

New owners have really put their heart and soul into this place and no doubt a lot of money as well. Very quiet and peaceful place.

I just moved in not even a week ago and I love my trailer. Matt was so helpful through the whole process. Ignore all these negative reviews. This place might not be the prettiest but its definitely worth it.

Under new management and it shows! This place has had its problems in the past but its really turning around. Great location, just minutes from the Polk Parkway!

Cockroaches, meth lab, terrible place to live.I was a resident there between 2012-2014.Review has been edited to reflect the time period I lived there.

Dont expect more than 4 walls, a roof (that will leak and not get fixed completely in a timely fashion) and a floor.Maintenance here sucks and is a pain for easy stuff to be fixed properly. Half assed work at best.The manager (not his son) doesnt like women who know what needs fixed and how to do it. The son is Great!They do accept all animals though.

The owner have no idea what the other one is doing. One hires and the other fires with no notice or reason. The park itself has really gone down hill in 8 years.

Its a fairly good place to live in, living in bout 13yrs, manager is strict which is a good thing but is a great person, because poor guy gotta deal with all these people who complain about it when there the ones who dont keep up with where they live they throw trash everywhere, keep there place dirty of course u will create rats and roaches!!!! then they wanna blame management, they dont pay rent get evicted, expect a deposit back, get mad then wanna talk trash about the place, its a good place its just how u wanna make it, I kept my place cleaned for years no roaches or rats!!!

This lil neighborhood is off in the cut. Its quiet and peaceful and full of families. Please drive like your children live here.

Thoroughly check before you rent. Insulation under floor missing. Buildings sinking. Plumbing leaking. Dont be fooled by a fresh coat of paint.

Being in and out of this place since 2010 (family and friends reside here), its a lot better than it use to be. The people are not as trashy or filled with drama. It use to be real bad with drugs, whereas now I believe there is none.The downside is the landscaping, outside of trailers, and honestly the overall condition of the park, which is what I rated on.Only reason I am rating is because I just left and my phone asked me to rate it.If I rated on the owners, Id be giving a 1 star. Buyers beware. Nothing worse than bad landlords. Cheap to live here, no lease.If you need temporary housing this is the place.I would never stay more than a year.

This is a horrible place to live! The absolute most stressful year of my life! The manager that used to run the place was ok. May have had no emotion, but at least he wasnt a spineless conceded a*****e. Eric., his son who got him fired btw, is horrible. Hes never in the office EVER. And hes rude af. DONT COME HERE!

Pleaseeeee! Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere. Rude,dirty,irresponsible and drug dealers. Cops here constantly! If you want peace and quiet this isnt the place. Take forever to do a repair and when done they dont repair fully!

This place is nothing more than a deposit scam. My wife and I put in an application for a 3 bedroom that the owner said wasnt quite ready but would be by the 28th of December 2017. The application fee was $10 which we thought was quite reasonable so we paid for it and were approved shortly after. They never contacted us after that so we went back to the office and were told it wasnt ready but might be by the 5th. Needless to say, we never heard another word about the place from them. An easy $10 for them and nothing for the consumer seems like a pretty good lil racket. Best ya save your $10.

Grass gets up to your waist before it gets mowed, water logged everywhere. Rats the size of dogs, roaches everywhere, black mold. People allowed to have 6 broken down cars in their yard.

Little dirty 3rd street is the most nasty street good people but som rude tiny streets

None refundable deposit that makes no since and they wont fix anything after you move it, thats from a friend that lived there. Road are too small one of you have to go off the road there is no two way traffic
