I love living here fantastic family park dog friendly very quiet with great neighbors the owners are working very hard with a great team to continue to improve the park the maintenance workers are extremely knowledgeable and get things done quickly after renting I’m purchasing my own unit I plan on staying here for a very long time close to everything

The park community seems very quiet, welcoming and all around clean and well maintained. Me and my fiance thought it was a great place to move too.

Stayed here never could get a hold of management NEVER did return my calls . Kept deposit lied said she mailed it to us never got it, called to find out about deposit but didn’t return call. Bad place to stay do not recommend!!!

Moved in Sunday. Nice quiet little trailer park. Close to work and shopping.

I just moved from this place. I paid 1st , last and security deposit. I moved in November 6th and moved July 28th due to termite issues and water damage in walls and roof. The landlord DOES NOT communicate by phone, text only. To rent there everything is done by phone. If you have an emergency good luck! Homeless people come in off the streets and loiter around the run down unit across from where we were living. We got sick of being ignored by the landlords negligence that we broke our lease and moved to a nicer home where the landlord actually cares. BOTTOM LINE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I WOULD NEVER RENT THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Quiet, humble little park.

Upon arriving during business hours, no one was present in the office. After leaving my name and number on the voicemail to find out the terms of a possible new rental space, my phone call was returned at the crack of dawn where I was not greeted, but interrogated without a breath for response and then bawled out only to be followed by being hung up on, I barely spoke four words.

Decent units reasonably priced. Questionable surroundings. Very nice staff.

The owner has a poor way of communication with tenants. Text only! And you have to go to bank every month to deposit rent/ lot money in to his account. Takes forever to get a response

I went there to get a lot for my RV and the guy told me to text him a pic of my ID and a pic of my RV about ten minutes later he sent me the link for the application and then while im filling out the application i get another text saying that they would not be able to accommodate me and i asked him if there was a reason why and never got a response...in my opinion thats not very professional

These people are happy they have activities

The manager lady its rude and does not have any peoples skills whats so ever. If your really serious about renting their deal w/ her husband instead his nice and courteous.

Clean park but in a bad area

This place sucks. The new owner told me there was nothing to worry about when they took over the park, I beg to differ. I am on a fixed income and can barely afford this place to begin with and in May they raised my rent by 50 bucks, they want us to pay for pressure washing twice a year fot trailer that I dont own, the price for lawn care is ridiculous. The improvements they are making are to the RV area and it seems like Im paying for it.Any time I have contacted the owners they are condescending and rude. Believe me, this place sucks.

I love it here.The lady that owned this park has sold it and the person who has it now is a wonderful guy.Come check it out for yourself.

The parking lot is set up wrong or weird. And its small for the business they do

Its pretty much pedophile central, check it yourself! But yet your judged & turned away from renting for an eviction or somethin less serious! Only in polk county!

The place is a mess trying to get out of there also you never see the owners got one street you can not go down cuz it is torn up the pavement I havent prepared it in the past 3 weeks dont recommend this place to anyone... they have abandoned trailers in this property that people could just get in and do that thing and get out a neighbor got his place broken into ,no security in here not recommended

Owners are very rude and if you survive on disability and need to relocate do not even waste your time contacting them. The woman wants your income to be at least $1500 a month to even be considered for a trailer there and service dogs are not allowed by her either.

They are really fixing the place up very nice.

The owner is very very rude & nasty! They have a stocked pond and wont even let you anywhere near it. And the owner also has an issue when her renters have company over, & apparently is always trying to raise the lot rent on renters!
