Lived here almost 3 years. came from another sun community and chose this one for the nature like park. The community has had a lot of improvements, palm trees, a second small dog park road resurfaced remodel of grille and new golf carts. lots of wildlife around Leaving this wonderful place due to job relocation will miss all my good neighbors and friends

This community is one of the best available the park is maintained very well, the residents are very friendly and helpful always looking out for one another!You can take a bike ride when you want or your golf cart around visiting neighbors making friends.It’s so quiet and tranquil inside the park love it here!Have a blessed day

We love how friendly the residents are--- how clean the whole neighborhood is kept -- the huge variety of things offered to keep you busy , or you can just do nothing - and the amount of birds and wildlife we are able to see.My hubby LOVES the golf course on site. He plays 4-5 times a week !

Love living here, nice and quiet. Neighbors are great. If you want to be keep involved in the activities you can, otherwise you can be on your own. However, they need the keep the lot rent in check, or people will move out.Somewhat expensive for what you get.

This senior living mobile home park is a gem set in harmony with outdoor nature. Property is clean, well maintained and manicured. Theres plenty to do there such as swimming, golf, bike riding and other planned activities. Theres even a nice little restaurant there to add to the convenience. Its easy access to drive either to Auburndale/ Winter Haven or Lakeland. Its located in just West of the Polk Parkway which allows easy access towards Tampa or Orlando. The Auburndale flea market is less than a mile East of the Hamptons. Take a slow Sunday drive through there, even if its on a Monday. Obey the speed limit though, it 15 mph in there. Enjoy your curiosity.

The grounds are beautiful. Everyones property is immaculately maintained giving an excellent overall appearance of the park.The amenities are outstanding, including a (winter) heated pool, a well equipped exercise gym, a restaurant, bingo, dances, community events and trips and, of course, the big draw is the beautiful golf course!

One Of the prettiest communities In Polk county Florida. Lots of Little ponds and Sanctuaries. Good access to other Facilities

Beautiful grounds. Friendly residents. All around lovely community. I have visited many in Florida and none are as nice as The Hamptons. Even better now under Sun Communities. Big notable? The fact that everyone is nice, friendly and kind - people wave at each other and say hi even if they dont know one another - just regular, hard working folks living out their retirement dreams and I would say 98% keep their homes looking fabulous. I have owned for nearly 7 years commuting from Alaska as a snow bird and I absolutely love it! Always something to do. Come by and check it out for yourself.

People in the iffice are only there for a pay check. They dont care about anything. They had a community yard sale and placed an add in the local paper reading, yard sale. Lots of items. That was it. No name of the community, no address, no phone number to call for info and no hours or dates of the sale. No one came. What a joke! They cater to the golfers that dont even live here for the HUGE membership that they charge. You iwn the Home and rent the lit to the tune of over $809. Per month. Not a goid place to buy irbluve in unless you are made if money and dont care.

Visited family there. Great place to walk and relax. Grounds are kept up very nicely.

The grounds are always clean. Houses are kept good looking. The golf course has just undergone a huge renovation, but had draining problems when it rains.

RI live in the Hamptons and I also play golf and I also pay for playing...So would you please so kind to tell me as to the logic behind lot rent should be higher for golfers....

Gentlemens golf course and a restaurant. Friday night all you can eat fish dinners are really good.
