Management does not have the residents best interest. When he cant think of anything else to say, he says If you dont like it here, sell your place and move. Too much drama in this park!!!You never hear from the owners unless its to inform you your lot rent is going up. Cant wait to leave.

Its a quiet little retirement park that has a swimming pool and a shuffleboard area with a lot of of well maintained yards and I cant say that I have met one hateful person there everyone smiles and says hello

Like residents and the way it kept up. Has a lot of activity you can get involved it.

Tacky , grass uncut in several yards, not maintain

My home away from home. Friendly people, fun game nights, and a quiet atmosphere. If the pool were heated it would be heaven.

The rate hike each year is way too much. Too many older mobiles and the swimming pool not heated.
