The park is in a good location, but there are serious issues, from electrical boxes under water, dead tree limbs that are a danger, deteriorated facilities that arent maintained and black mold on the cottages. The park management continues to raise the monthly rent, but refuses to take responsibility for these violations.

This place needs to be minus stars! Since the new owners took over, not only has its one time, long ago beauty NOT been kept up or maintained but no improvements have been made. Theres been no written rules and now my civil liberties been violated. And theres nothing I can do.

This used to be a top notch park but has gone downhill for several years now. If management would enforce the park rules, clean things up and make needed repairs it might be a nice park again.

Decent MHP on the inland of Florida with access to a large enough lake to go fishing. The park has docks you can tie your fishing boat off to. Older homes but could definitely use some love and upkeep.

Changed ownership to avoid tenets complaints of ignored maintenance requests and discrimination claims!

This is the view from my bed it has been like this for almost a year! We have been asking the landlord to fix it and he continually refuses. After sometime we decided to start withholding rent. We were waiting for a court date, but the judge somehow decided our claim wasn’t legitimate. So now I have an eviction on my record and we are scrambling to find a place to live. All he had to do was fix our floors and we would have started paying rent!!!! Do not rent from here!

Love, love, love the management, the beautiful lake location, the neighbors! We feel so at home and the managers are very dependable, friendly and helpful. The neighbors are nice but not nosy or bossy, and the spot is off the beaten path and lake access is not only handy, but the lake is so pretty and serene.

They have the Sweetness People here & you can go Fishing anytime you want & you can walk everywhere in the park & you can meet a lot of nice people here & I So Love The So I Pray That No One Will Take The Down it is a Cool Breeze from the & it Save On Your Electric Bill & that is why we Love It Here

Wonderful time at Moms in fish haven

If you work for your company keep track of your money my fiance worked here for a few months and he was screwed over on money and only got 200 before he was let get a full weeks pay is 315 and he worked a full week his first week he also worked 3 days before he was let go 7 hours a day with a 30 minute lunch no one has contacted him or is willing to descuss why he got paid what he got Im not saying its a bad park just poor ppl
