This was a lot of fun for our family. It brought us back to the simple things and we were able to enjoy some time as a family. We even met Geoffrey! And he was larger than life and really silly. Tickets are now $20 which was a nice surprise. Going to a movie can cost almost the same and this was something different to explore. Easily one of the best staffs in town too. Everyone was fun and nice. They really included the kids in everything and clearly cared about us having a good time.

A Bit of a Flop. Nothing like Candytopia though desperately wants to be. Appeals to kids in the 3-5 range. Stuffed animals. Kiddie slides. Weak Paw Patrol exhibit. There were a total of three kids and three adults at our assigned time. Staff kept cutting through rooms in droves making you wonder why and where they were going.

Not recommended/not going backThis place has potential but it just leaves you wanting. The staff is super nice and probably makes this place better. The entrance is very nicely set up, thats it. There are 6 rooms after the main entrance. In the first room one of the areas for kids to play was out of order, that left 1 slide that was usable. There were 2 rooms we really enjoyed the rest were not really engaging. The idea is good but not well executed. There is no good reason for an adult to pay $28, not one. Its main customer is a 4 to 9 yr on average. There is nothing engaging for a 10 yr or older kid. A smaller infant will be stimulated but can really only enjoy a small part of the overall place.Dont get me me wrong its entertainment because its a novelty, but it is already looking dated.

The assistant manager Tiffany was very helpful and kind. She made getting our tickets so easy. We had a blast and the rest of the staff was very helpful as well. My 3 year old had a blast and loved going from room to room. The disco dungeon was our fav. Definitely recommend. Keep your eye out for candy , it’s always up for grabs and my daughter had handfuls before i could get her away from it

I never leave reviews but read the other reviews and felt like I should contribute after visiting this pop up.Atlanta hasnt had a lot of pop ups. I think we should be happy that we are finally being looked at as a city that will appreciate these experiences. I am not sure what everyone else was expecting (?).Someone said Geoffrey was nowhere to be seen; I saw him. I wonder how long someone can run around in that suit realistically? I wonder how many people they have on staff to be Geoffrey? I think people need to take that into account. I am not sure how Geoffrey could be out and about the entire time. Maybe ask where he is if you want to see him.Aside from that, I thought this was really cute and upbeat. The staff was full of smiles and was just so nice to all of the kids. Someone said it wasnt interactive at all. From a tech standpoint, no it wasnt. But from an actual interactive (like get involved and do things) there was plenty for kids to explore and to do. I say go check it out.

I brought my kids to this establishment on a whim and boy am I happy I did! The staff was truly amazing. They were full of character, eager to assist when I needed help and definitely put a smile on my children’s face. My son is still ranting and raving about the paw patrol room I would definitely suggest this place for a day of family fun!

Great time for the kids. The staff was really courteous, attentive, and helpful. Each station was great. This is definitely a good indoor place to take the kiddos when its cold or raining. Very easy to find and theres a convenient Publix parking deck right behind the building. Five stars for sure!

My four-year-old absolutely loved this - he was asking to go back as soon as we were done. I thought all the “helpers” in the room were really attentive and focused on making sure he had a good time. I would love to see this come back next year with different rooms/brands so I can pass down the excitement Toys R Us stores brought me as a kid.

The staff they employ is super upbeat and friendly but the “adventure” is lacking. There are seven themed rooms you walk through that have very little to interact with or do. There’s no nostalgia factor or toys from the youth. For example. There is a jungle themed room that literally has one kiddie bridge to walk across and that’s it. They tell you to spend all the time you like in each room but honestly after about two minutes everyone is so bored they just want to get to the next room hoping (praying?) it gets better. It doesn’t. Just an overall ghetto experience and a cash grab.

Toys R Us Adventure was such a great experience for me & my family. My daughter lost her bracelet and the staff/ Stephanie Nelson was very helpful. They found her bracelet and mailed it to me. Everyone there is so professional! However, they didn’t have the ball pit like the Toys R Us in Chicago, hopefully they get one to make the experience even greater.

We went today! Even though I saw all the negative reviews I still wanted to give it a go. I have 4 kiddos: 9, 5, 4 yr old boys and 3 yr old girl. My kids had a BLAST!!! It was a cool experience for my husband and I. It is in the pricey side but it is definitely geared toward children and their faces were priceless! We spent a good 2 hrs. We do alot of different things with our kids for memories. This event is definitely a must try!

We really enjoyed it! We were visiting from out of town and thought it would be a fun adventure. I definitely understand why some people felt like it might be lacking in the overall tie-it-together concept department but the energy throughout was wonderful. Everyone on staff was so friendly and really seemed to enjoy being there.Having grown up in New England I appreciated the snowy end to the experience, although the music in that room was a little dark. But the idea was really creative. Each room was completely different; it felt like it was geared more toward the littles (maybe ages 2-11ish?) but a young-at-heart adult should enjoy it as well. Just go and have fun! From what I have heard, this is the first Toys R Us pop up so far. I think if they do others they will get better over time. Either way we are GLAD to see Toys R Us making a come back and we thought this was a fun way to remind people about the brand.

I don’t write many reviews but wanted to share my honest opinion of the Toys R Us experience because, after reading the reviews once I had purchased my tickets, I was afraid I had wasted my money. Instead, I thought it was a really fun time but it’s what you want to make of it.Some of my extended family went, including four adults, a three year old, a five year old, and a 14 year old. We had an absolute blast and I’d do it again if they came back. But here’s why I’m writing the review: If you go and you’re expecting Toys R Us to “make” the experience for you, you’re missing the point of Toys R Us. They’re creating the opportunity for you to run and jump and play, but you might have to encourage your kids along the way. I ran into a woman and her young daughter right after we left the building and she commented that it wasn’t very fun and it was a bit of a letdown. So, to help others out, here are my suggestions: First, go with a group of kids that will encourage one another. And if you’re the adult going, remember that it’s ok to act like a kid too! If that doesn’t sounds like you, that’s ok. But you might want to skip out on this event. Next, lower your expectations that they will provide the fun for you — it’s there for the taking but you have to chase after it. (For example, there’s a room that’s almost set up like a video game, or at least that’s how we used it, and it ended up being a lot of fun. We set up a course for ourselves, ran and jumped and threw foam balls at one another until we were sweating and laughing. But I saw someone else walk into the room, take one lap, and leave.) And last, go in with a plan to not take yourself too seriously.Overall, our whole group really enjoyed it. The younger kids had the most fun, the adults loved watching, and we all played like a Toys R Us kid :) I will admit, I’m a big kid at heart and so are a few others in our group. I think that was key to making it a memorable experience. So if that sounds like you, do it and you won’t regret it!

We took our 2 year old and he had a blast! The energetic staff made all the difference and were very interactive with all of the guest. The entire exhibit took us roughly 1hr 30mins to explore which was just right as our toddler started to get tired towards the end. The best part of the exhibit was the Paw Patrol Playroom, which I believe all of the kids were most interested in. Overall great place for a weekend outting with the kids.

Our boys ages 8 & 18 months had a blast! Fake snow fight, cannon balls and forts, Mini zip line in a Paw Patrol area, dance party dungeon and a nod to the old Toys R Us. If youre expecting an entire amusement park, this isnt that experience, but if youre looking to make memories and take photos this was great!-It is costly for a kids event, but no different than paying for candy themed styled experiences... Maybe if the offer groupon or coupon code would help price to get closer to the experience? Our family had an awesome time.

I recently visited this establishment with my 15yr. and 2yr. old daughter. The place is beautiful I must admit but price says $20per adult yet my receipt says $50. There was maybe 6/7 rooms and out of them only 2 actually had something fun for my 2yr. Old to do. The rest were just great picture opportunities and the last room is a toy n candy gift shop. I feel like it was a skeem. We pay all this money and at the end u bribe the kids with candy! Smh! I rather had given that money to a trampoline park or some place my kids can actually have fun at. This was a waist of time SERIOUSLY!

The only reason I gave a two is because the staff was friendly. However, they were boring and the exhibit was a total waste of 32.00! My son was not entertained and neither was I. We drove 6 hours from Orlando, just to do the TOYS R US experience! First, let me say everyone, from the greeters at the front entrance to the cashier at the store were AMAZING! So, wow! The experiences definitely exceeded our expectations! Full disclosure, we are (47 y/o TOYS R US KIDS with a toddler...) We brought our 3 year old son, who until the store closing , was also being modeled into one too! All of the rooms were beautifully laid out and so fun to play in! We spent 2 hours total, never felt rushed or the need to move on until we were ready. Ayanna was so great, she made sure our barcode registration was completed before starting the adventure, she took out family pic and her overall enthusiasm was just so infectious! So great to see people enjoying what they do!!Glennise, was also very attentive and delightful. She was so sweet when she heard we had driven from Orlando, she went out of her way to make our son, Christophers experience even more special by presenting him w a Paw Patrol pup!!! She even found us later in the store and gave us a heads up not to leave cause Jeffrey was on his way. These mommies were very grateful!Thank you to all the employees who worked so hard in each room!! We know this is a temporary experience, but as parents who are Toys R Us kids, the only thing we would have liked more of was a larger selection of more company branded items. So just more TOYS R US souvenirs. We will be visiting the Toys R Us store in Paramus NJ in April! Cant wait!!We are and always will be TOYS R US KIDS!

A dissapointment. I grew up as a toys r us kid and was excited to take my kids to experience this. I was expecting rooms to be set up with a ton of toys to play with (like the childrens museum where they have a grocery store and diner and sand play tables) but this felt more like an exhibit for instagram photos. Hardly any toys to play with, a couple of slides but rooms done up to take pictures. I wish I knew this was what it was about before wasting my money. We sat in two rooms longer than most (winter wonderland and the big bad wolf are the ones we enjoyed the most) just to try and get our moneys worth.
