I enjoyed my night because it was a date for my husband and I without children. So when we arrived I was excited. When we walked in the front door it appeared to be very clean. When we walked into the theater to find the upholstery on chairs were peeling. It really looked bad. The service was okay but nothing exceptional. I expect better considering the price. They ran out of the main course I originally ordered. They brought my appetizer and desert out. My main course arrived last. During the movie, on of the servers fell, dropping drinks all over the guests next to us and the guest in front of them. The server got up, retrieved all the cups and left. The server never returned to bring towels to clean up the mess. After the movie we had to walk through the liquids which was more than we thought. I have been here before and I remember it being a much better experience.

I love this theater. Big, thick, sliding and VERY comfortable seats with WIDE armrests that you dont have to fight over. You get to choose your seat before you go in so you know where youre going and no surprises await. Overall the .....

Super fun! This was way more upscale than I ever knew a movie could be. The prices are high compared to normal movie tickets, but the experience is above and beyond the usual, too. The food was very tasty, service was swift, employees were polite and prompt - and patient, since we had never been before! I took picture after picture because this place really was an experience, not just going to the movies like normal. The whole place was clean, including the bathrooms, and the chairs were really comfortable as well. Even though almost everyone orders food (thats kind of the point), I didnt see any on the floors or anything before we got there, so they keep it cleaned up well. The only reason for the missing star in my rating is because of the way they handle gluten-free orders. My husband has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, so he ordered something that was supposed to be gluten-free, but he still had a gluten reaction and got sick after we left. If you have Celiac, beware! Otherwise, its a great place, if a little pricey.

A great concept, but this was one of their older ones so I didnt get to enjoy everything theyve added to the newer ones. They say renovations are coming soon! Anyway, it was still great service, good food, and of course a great movie viewing experience!

INCREDIBLE! I never thought a movie theater would have some of the best food Ive ever eaten in my life... Firstly, the ambience is so nice and fancy. Everything is immaculate and really well designed. Secondly, the customer service is outstanding..the team comes up to each individual person and goes over the menu and explains everything. They are all so friendly, kind, helpful, and attentive too. Lastly, the food is just.... amazing. I had the shrimp and grits and wow..they dont cheap out on the shrimp. I had a lot of shrimp and a lot of sausage in mine. I had so much food that I almost couldnt finish my meal and the flavors were unreal. It was honestly the best shrimp and grits Ive ever had in my entire life. My sister had the cauliflower wings, and Im not vegetarian, but they were fantastic! Really delicious and perfectly spiced. There are a lot of alcoholic beverage options on the menu too, and theres even coffee!The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is that the chairs do not recline :/ Its a bummer because during a 2 hour movie, you want to relax and put your feet up, but you cant. Its really unfortunate. If this place could do some renovations and make the seats recline, it would be the best theater in all of Georgia.

This place is fancy upscale movie theater. Its expensive, but has a personal touch. The waiters are standing by to take your order, their polite, and patient. The waiter my family and I had explained the process of ordering and reordering.The service delivery persons and ticket sellers were also friendly. The food was definitely a better quality than other theaters. The chairs were very large and comfortable. Two issues, the chairs didnt recline and the tray tables were short...... And unlike other dinner and movies this one requires payment when you order your meal....

Best theater with excellent food. Pricey but worth the experience overall. Get there early to order in the theater ... or youll have to leave your movie and go pick up your food yourself. Brookhaven is the best location.

We used to love this place. Not anymore. 1. It is seriously in need of refurbishment. 2. The food is cheaper and not as good. Tater tots are not fries. 3. The service was awful. We didnt get our drinks until we were done eating and the movie almost started. (It turned out that they were out of the beer we ordered, but they could have at least brought us our waters and the glass of wine we ordered and told us why there was a delay.) My meal was wrong and then arrived in pieces--the Romaine first, the salmon 10 minutes later. My friends sweet potato tater tots (which were not good) arrived way before her hamburger. The seats are still comfortable, and the movie was great, but the overall experience was not pleasant.

Very clean and comfortable theatre. The servers and staff are friendly and informative. The theaters are scented. Like there are plugins somewhere and that was messing with my nose. Restrooms are clean and very private. I had the veggie burger and it was a little mushy but still okay. I’d definitely go back. Seems like there are some good perks.

Customer service was very good from the ticket box, the bar and the servers they all were extremely nice!!! They all went out their way to make sure my time there was a very good one. CineBistro keep up the good work and dont change anything.

When you are seeing a movie on a night they arent crowded, this is a great must visit theater. Dont come here on a box office new release night and expect to have a hot dinner with a great dining experience....they will be understaffed. So, do yourself a favor, come during an off night, and have a great time!

I just so happened to be in the kitchen and and competrian ask for something on her meal. The cook decided to lie and say they couldnt change her order and they were out of the item she chose. She lied! People in the kitchen need to be more discrete. You never know whose listening!

Really enjoyed my time here. Everything costs more but its pretty much worth it. The servers had great customer service and the drinks were delicious!

Back in July, my family & I came to see Lion King. Unfortunately that experience wasn’t the best, however I contacted the GM & he toldUs to come back & he would compensate us. Well he delivered, I came on 12/7 to see Queen & Slim & my experience was Amazing! The Food was outstanding, it was hot & fresh. The presentation was beautiful. I saw a sign about future renovations & having recliner seats; I can’t wait to return to experience the new renovations. I’m glad I decided to give them another try. I was beyond pleased.

It was very nice! I cant comment on the food because I didnt order anything, but the service seemed very good. The seats were pretty comfortable and there was way more space for your legs than in any other theatre.

Great place to catch a movie and have some gourmet food. I had wings and wifey had Mac n cheese which had big shrimp in it. Stadium seating not a bad seat in the house.

This is my place for a movie experience. However, when going recently I was very surprised and disqppointed by the state of the theaters seating. It looked like something a customer would see at a theater in a bad neighborhood or a run down theater. This theater is in one of the best and expensive side of town in Atlanta. Part of being good, great status is being, looking and executing in greatness and this place fails in looking great start to finish!

Great place for movies , great drinks and food selection. Staff is very helpful. Don’t forget to get their membership rewards card, we get some perks every time we visit!

I did not like this place but it definitely depends on the person. Too bougie for me. Very clean, nice place and I recommend anyone try it once but it wasnt for me. The menu sucks. I much rather Fork and Screen or Studio Movie Grille.

Have you ever arrived at a movie theater on any given weekend only to discover that its been taken over by teenagers? Good News! For a slightly higher price point CineBistro is largely for adults only. More than just popcorn and soda, the movie going experience includes a full bar, a 4 star restaurant quality menu, wait staff and comforfable seating. Whether youre flying solo, out for date night or even Sunday brunch theres something for everyone.

A nice place to have a meal and watch a movie. I like that you can place your order and get your food before the movie begins. The movies are not too expensive and we went on a Tuesday. They have a 3 course meal for $22 on Tuesdays. The food is ok, had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was a little tough and could use some more flavor and syrup. The cream brulee was good, even though it did not have the crunchy sugar topping. The cheesecake however did have too much crunchy texture. The bottles of wine are reasonable, just make sure they bring you a clean glass.

Not very luxurious, seats were peeling, food takes a while to arrive and menu was disappointing, they didn’t have much as they are undergoing kitchen renovations. Service was good, staff very friendly. Expected more for the price paid.

Great environment for date night. It’s not very child friendly, I would not recommend bringing kids. The prices are not high but they are reasonable for the experience you get. I would like to see more variety in their menu items. I love the crab dip and order it every chance I get. I haven’t been in a while so I’m not sure if they have updated the menu.

Id definitely recommend ordering tickets in advance to get a good seat towards the back. They try buttering up the front seats by giving you a footrest so that people will still order them... But yeah, my neck is still hurting from looking up Otherwise, great experience. Great food, great wine, amazing movie. Cant ask for more!

This theater is in our neighborhood and is obviously convenient. The opportunity to eat there while watching a movie is also potentially nice. We have frequented CineBistro often because of this convenience.. However, the theater itself is in disrepair. I actually took pictures last week of the ripped seats on both bottoms and backs. Our tray upon which we ate is also in shambles. See attached pictures. The food itself is at best mediocre. I have never had an outstanding meal. My question is how can a venue ethically charge such exorbitant prices when it is falling apart and food is not good? Why are people going here?? We will not return until they respond to the shambles that make up this theater. Cinebistro, you lost some very good customers .

The theater was nice, but the food was so so. I think Studio Movie Grille has a better menu. Dont get a kale salad with chicken.

Staff was extremely friendly! They made the visit worthwhile. Many seats were torn and none of them recline. Some rock back but I expected for an upscale theater for them to recline. Food was pricey and pretty average. Overall a cool experience, but there are better theaters!

Its a little overpriced for what I experienced. Went to a 8:30 showing. The menu was really small because that part of the kitchen was closed. The theater seats had holes and cuts in them. Gratuity auto 18% before your food come. Other than that it was just ok. Upgrades are coming soon so... Might be better.

I like the setting and the ambiance. The staff and service is good also. The bar is well stocked with a variety of option. They also have nice sized theaters. My biggest gripe is the lack of adjustable or reclining chairs. A lot of theaters of a similar type have already made this change. Outside of that it is a nice place for drinks or a date.

Wow i must say, this is my new favorite CineBistro! I went for the first time last week and everything looked immaculate. Food was great and drinks were so good.

Great ambiance and awesome seating. A lot of leg and shoulder room. Full menu with things like steak and seafood. downside is the price and the food isnt as good as it presents itself to be. looks fancy but flavors dont match.

Allen was our server and he was fantastic! There was recently a fire so their menu is limited and theyll be renovating soon. Great experience overall though.

This is the only place that I go now to watch movies. Comfy chairs, decent service. Minus a star because they didnt give me a ticket and made me jump through hoops to go see my movie.

Sent my kids in who are 15 years old and then left. They weren’t allowed to see the movie because they did not have a guardian with them. We had already bought the tickets and they still could not see the movie I spent a fortune on. We never got refunded so basically all that money spent went to waste just because they didn’t have a guardian!!! completely crazy! every other theatre does not follow this rule. my kids are well behaved and would be perfectly fine in the movie. I’m not happy. never going back.

Wow! What a great experience we had! Me and my friend were given tickets to see Avengers: Endgame here.Upon arriving, we found the theater to be in a really nice area. It is surrounded by multiple stores and places to eat located in the middle of an apartment/condo complex. I was surprised to see how different the vibe was from a typical movie theater such as AMC. I felt like I had walked into the lobby of the Ritz Carlton hotel. There was complimentary mints and even water with orange. The staff were even dress in classic movie theater vest.When we got to the counter, we were asked if this was our first time at Cinebistro. We were then explained a few Cinebistro guidelines. Nobody under 21was allowed to enter after 6:00p. This really gave the facility an adult aura. You must arrive 30 minutes before your showtime. This is for the servers to take your order and not disturb you during the actual movie. If you need to order anything after, you may do so from the concession window (not stand). We were also offered to join their membership which gave us a free popcorn and a candy. We were asked to wait in the lobby before our theater was ready for seating. The tickets were an actual ticket rather then just a stub. I also have to mention the level of trust upon entering. We were handed tickets but they were not chcked or torn by a greeter. The greeter simply welcomed us and told us to enjoy.Our server was very friendly and helpful. She also asked if it was our first time around Cinebistro and made many recomdations. The menu he is very affordable, especially for the portion provided. Ive been to many restaurant theaters such as Movie Grill and AMC Dine in, but I thought the prices were more than fair in comparison to them. I feel that the menu selection is also bigger in comparison.Overall great experience. Give Cinebistro a shot!

We have made our last trip to Cinebistro after another unpleasant experience. We arrived at 7:30pm placed our order for dinner (kale salad for me and wings for her) and two waters. It took an hour for them to bring the food out and they never brought the waters so we had to leave in the middle of the movies and go get waters. An hour to make a salad and some wings is just unacceptable. The food was mediocre at best even though we were starving.The seats are falling apart and this place is badly in need of renovation. At $20/ticket I definitely expect a better experience and I recommend to save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

In the past food was good. Now no fries.I ordered the lobster roll it arrived and the lobster was still frozen with Luke warm butter on it. Movie started no follow up and could not send back. Do not order it. I have had many lobster rolls they have fallen off the wagon here. Very poor service and expensive for lobster roll $24 and only tater tots. I’ll get popcorn if I return.

Cine Bistro is a wonderful place to treat yourself and others!Movie and a Gourmet meal, whats not to like about that?!!! I mean you could even get gourmet popcorn and a glass of wine- Ive done that and its awesome! But recently I had the ribs and tots! A wonderful comfort meal of deeeeelicious short ribs on top of tater tots!!!! OMG!!!Its a great experience to relax, watch a movie and feel completely pampered!

I absolutely love this theatre. From now on, anytime we go to the movies it will be to this spot. Very clean, upscale, nicely designed and furnished; theatre seats are large and comfortable. Personal table tops that fold in and out are a plus. Customer service from front desk and in-theatre wait staff were excellent. Delicious, restaurant quality, made to order food. I recommend black bean burger and shrimp mac and cheese. (That is all weve tried so far) Great overall experience. Perfect for date night.

This place has excellent service and a great ambiance. You can do date night, girls night, family night or even rolling by yourself night. Comfortable seating too.

The food is amazing! You order before the movie so they limit interruptions during the movie which is nice. A little pricey but worth it. They currently do not have reclining seats but are getting them in a few months!

It was my first visit today. It is a nice concept and could be enjoyable but they are short staffed. The Manager is unprofessional and the customer service is awful. It is costly considering the poor service you get. I wont be back. Studio Movie Grill is a better option.

Definitely the best movie theater ever and the food isnt bad either. I just wish they refilled my drinks like they said then would even during the movie or had someway you could request an refill. The popcorn chicken, shrimp and calamari and sweet and doivhy wings are delicious!!

This is how you should watch a movie. Dinner and drinks served before and while you watch. A little pricey but if you add of what a date for 2 costs then its the same. You got it all right here. Love It!

I do enjoy Cinébistro. After 7pm its 21+ and they do remive disruptive people which is great for a good night out.The sound system is still great but the seats are showing a little age and they arent recliners which I really dont mind myself.The food is actually really good and isnt outrageously priced. I tend to just do apps but have splurged on burgers or mains and wasnt disappointed.

What is going on with the changes to the menu? No more of the wings and no fries, just tater tots? Are you guys doing any market research at all? This is ATL! Bring back the wings and French fries. Also the prices for tickets have increased significantly and are outpacing other theaters. Seats are torn up, menu isn’t as good, and it’s more expensive. Looks like someone is becoming complacent. Only things saving this place is the service and that they don’t allow kids past a certain hour. Although on my last visit food took forever to come out and many of the waiters were wondering around for where to deliver the food. Unusual given the seats are numbered and assigned.

The chairs were literally falling apart. If you are going to be seating people in those chairs, the tickets should be discounted. I read that someone said they are going to renovate the chairs to be a reclining style chair, but in the meantime, don’t charge full price for chairs that are peeling.

Cinebistro is unmatched in the movie and dining experience. It’s not even close. The adult atmosphere is very much appreciated. I love their 18 and older policy. Also, their chicken and waffles are the best thing on the menu.

Very nice experience. Not your ordinary theater. Must be 21+ to get in because they serve alcohol. They are a little pricey but the experience is worth it. Food portions could be a little bigger for the price too, but thats all.

I love the theater seating & the bar absolutely. Over the years, thir public is testing up the states & when crowded, the food isnt as good as it used to be. Pls dont lose another star by staying in the downhill slide. Get the kitchen back to chef status & repair the seats soon. Your my favorite theater

This place has really fallen off a cliff. The leather chairs have worn out, and uncomfortable. Prices are higher than ever. The drinks arent that good, but expensive. The food isnt that good, but expensive. We ordered calamari as an app and it came smothered in popcorn for some reason. Two tickets, two burgers, two beers, and one app cost $100.

This rating is for food quality. I would not expect great food in theater but the bread was stale on the ribeye sandwich and the sandwich looked like a mess. The theater positions itself as high end but does not come close to meeting expectations.

Sunday was my first time visiting this theater. 12 friends and I went to go see #GIRLTRIP (hilarious).Today, we went to see #TheUpside with #KevinHart (hilariously heartwarming)The theater was really nice.This is definitely an pricey theater but worth it.Nice bar, lounging area, assigned seats (plus), clean restrooms (no soap at 2 sinks or napkins at all), and mints when you leave. I definitely would attend this theater again and again. The staff was very courteous as well!Food?Decent food for a theater I guess. I had Salmon and it was $28 (tax/gratuity added)The collard greens with The salmon were soooooo good. I actually got up to go order more of just the greens. There is also free refills on popcorn but I dont eat popcorn so I dont know if its tasty.How would the theater be better?1. Reclining seats. (like NCG)2. More time to order food once seating starts. They basically give you like 20min.3. Drink refills brought to you. You have to go get your refills on drinks and popcorn during your movie.

The staff here was super nice and welcoming. They really rolled out the carpets. Unfortunately, the food was not so good. I had the chicken and waffles and my fiance had the burger and fries. Chicken was really weird tasting with some odd flavors and the waffles had some hot sauce on it. The waffles also tasted like cardboard. It was gross and I didnt finish it. Fiances fried were soggy and I didnt taste the burger....how can you mess up a burger? Sad.....wont be going back. For 18 bucks a ticket ya gotta do better. Three stars only because of service of the staff.

Most amazing theater Ive ever been to. Great atmosphere and no kids allowed in the evenings. The food and drink was good enough to go without seeing a movie but the comfy theaters are awesome, too.

The theater is nice, but the seats arent the most comfortable and they dont recline. Also if you plan on eating and drinking make sure you arrive at least 30 min before movie. Once movie starts they no longer take food or drink orders you have to go to the concession stand. They also dont clear your food or drink dishes. The food was okay but came out like warm and the fries were cold.

I’ve been to this Cinebistro no less than 20+ times over the last 3 years- the theater has hit rock bottom, and I won’t be returning. Ignoring the obvious inflated ticket prices, the theater is in dire needs of renovation, where the faux leather on the chairs is peeling, the floors and seats are sticky, and the overall service is below standard. The food options have gotten worse and worse over time, where portion sizes are much smaller, and the overall food quality is basic at best. They’ve removed fries from the menu, swapping to the cheaper tater tot, of which taste no different than what you get from the frozen food section of your local grocer, but quadruple the price. The food rarely comes out hot, and much tastes as if it’s microwaved in the kitchen. The food prices don’t match the quality of food received, nor does the service match the automatic 18.5% gratuity added to your bill before you even get food/drinks. Overall, if you want a higher end movie experience, I’d suggest another dinner and movie option within the city.

Slow slow slow slow the servers move on extremely slow.. I literally watched a server spend 15 mins with one customer. Did not even make it to any other customers can of defeat the purpose of coming. I suggest each seat have a portable order system, and let people order themselves because the current process is ridiculous!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.. I would advise if choosing cinebistro to please ask for an “itemized receipt” I ordered two burgers and two soft drinks, the price came out to $75. I asked the waitress for an itemized receipt and turns out they added $36 for “gratuity”. Not only was my bill incorrect, but the food/drinks took over 50 minutes to arrive. Once received, the burger was cold and the buns were stale, stale to the point where it was inedible. If you’re looking for a movie/dinner night where you’ll spend north of $100 and wait 45 minutes to an hour for stale and re-warmed frozen food this is your place! Not sure if there’s been a management shift, but this place has really declined in all aspects. Unfortunately google does not allow you to leave Negative stars.

My husband and I love going to this theater, BUT the quality of food has declined, like everyone else said it needs some upgrading, & I JUST got off the phone with an unhappy concierge AFTER I just paid for 10 admissions. Give people a reason to spend their money at your establishment.

Service subpar. Arrived at 8:20 for a 8:30 show, and no server came over to take our order. They were just focused on getting the earlier orders out. I ultimately had to walk out to order food myself.For this to be considered a high end theater management should invest in reupholstering their seating, or getting new seating. Nearly all of the faux leather seats are peeling in the seat cushion, and they look very cheap and dirty.If you want to charge a premium, please have the staff and the amenities to match. This place has gone down drastically over the years. I hope better management comes in to maintain the level of service that they once had.

Super friendly staff, clean theater and excellent service.Make sure to arrive 30 minutes ahead of movie if you want to order from inside the theater, otherwise you will have to order from the bar, however they have a pager they can give you so you can get back to movie while your food is prepared, and let you know when to come pick it up. I really, really like this movie theater. Super comfortable, high back reclining leather seats with a tray table and cupholders. What more can you ask for?

Terrible! Policy not clear about age limitations. An adult must present for a teenager to see an animated movie during the day?!! Should be in bold and have a pop up window when booking online. Fandango should not allow them to be part of their service. Apparently this happens often. Staff was not helpful, indifferent and rude. Stay away!!!!

I frequent this theater quite often, more so for a matinee when my kids are in daycare. I’ve only had one minor situation that was quickly resolved. I hope they continue to provide great service, food and upkeep of each theater. I really like this place!

Took over an hour to get food after sitting down. And that was after 3 trips outside the movie to follow up. And even then the order was wrong. In addition, we booked our seats over a week ahead. Yet they cancelled our show day of. What a miserable experience.

Busted seats and busted experience. I love the concept of CineBistro and have been to this location on many date nights, but management needs to make serious changes if they want to stay in business. Arrived to the movie 30 mins before/as soon as they allow you to be seated bc we wanted to have plenty of time to order food. We were in fact the first in the theatre and first to place our order. Patiently waited and watched everyone else receive their drinks and then food.With a mandatory 18% gratuity upfront.... Well no wonder the server never came back to bring our drinks and the food didn’t even make an appearance until the movie started....they have no incentive to do their job!Busted seats that don’t recline and staff that could careless. Mediocre food. I’m highly disappointed and not returning!

A wonderful movie experience and the food is great. One suggestion, please replace the seats--too many tips and tears.

Customer service was great. We had issues with our food but the manager handled that very quickly. Our bartender was very pleasant and very informative.

Nice, small theater. Staff was incredible. Expensive but definitely maintains the standards you would expect for the price.
