There need to be security in the hall ways at all times. The kids played in the hallway during our movie so, that was a bit disturbing. The parking lot is fare to dark and that makes it feel unsafe outside and there is no security.

This AMC is a nice theatre. Unfortunately Covid has hurt this type of business a lot. My wife and I try to go to this theatre as often as we can hoping that we can play a small part in helping them survive this terrible pandemic.

I havent been to a movie in a very long time. But the schedules of me, my sister, and two of my nieces were in sync. We all met at Camp Creek 14 and had a fantastic time. People were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Bathrooms were clean, theater smelled great, and we got free refills on popcorn. Ticket prices were very reasonable, there was plenty of parking available and a great time was had by all.

After a wonderful dinner, my family and I, all piled in the SUV and headed to to the movies to see, Widows, at our neighborhood AMC.I pre- ordered the tickets, online , so we were able to just walk right in and take our seat and enjoy a good.Enjoyable Evening.

The carpet had a very peculiar odor. There was popcorn literally everywhere. The seats were sticky. I know why. The attendants were mainly in the lobby huddled in various conversations. This could be easily remedied. Professionally clean the carpet often and the attendants should actually sweep periodically. Definitely wont return.

Cool theater, but I actually had to take the time out to write about an employee Alicia that took my order. No personality at all. Her vibe is all attitude and mean. Looking on the outside you would think she hates her job.... Really killed my vibe, smile more and learn how to treat customers

They charged so much may because i went before 4pm. We had to buy our tickets at the refreshment counter. Which was quite odd but the cashier was friendly and everything was clean, especially the restroom

Favorite AMC!! Go here about 3 times a month. Very clean establishment. Friendly staff. Bathrooms are always clean the selection of moves are usually limited only due to the environment but I seem to still enjoy. Movies before 12pm are usually a lot cheaper and the Tuesday is 5 dollar movie day. Become a stub member I receive coupons and discounts all the time. No reclining seats

I go to this movie theater because it’s close and less expensive than the other theater that is near me. This theater needs a thorough cleaning the carpet smells horrible in the hallways. With this theater being as busy as it is they definitely need a better intake process. I seen and overheard some things during my visit that makes me feel like their is a huge security issue. I just would like to be sure that when I bring my 5 year old to the movies we are safe. I gave it 2 stars because of pricing otherwise it would be 1 star.

Nice & Convenient for my location. Too many children. Always crowded. I prefer attending on Sunday nights. Police are always patrolling, which is a plus, but also a sign. Long lines, so I suggest you purchase your tickets in advance! Bring your own food.

Great cinema!!Location is convenient to the airport, highways, restaurants etc.Theaters were clean, audio was crisp and video clear and flicker free.Concession area was clean and fully stocked. Bathroom was clean too.

We went on a Saturday night. Save yourself some time and purchase your tickets online. There were several unsupervised youth. Children ran in and out of the theatre the entire time. Will not go back on a Saturday night. The staff however was great.

This was my first time here to see Bad Boys 3, great movie by the way, not really impressed, they do have different snack items than most theatres and it does cost a grip and a leg. Small game room with about 10 games upon main entry. Police were located on site, probably guessing because of the frequent kids. Be careful choosing tickets for top level third row down, the first two seats are located behind a wall and unless youre tall you will be watching the wall.

This is a solid theater. Service is consistent, food is good, and facilities are decent. It’s not fancy by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s an easy way to catch a movie at good prices. We like to go on Tuesdays for the reduced cost. It’s good for families with children because it’s relaxed. At other theaters, my kids press the buttons to call the attendants and adjust the recliners. Here I don’t have that concern, because there are no buttons to fidget with LOL.

I love that customer service was great in each department. No long wait in line to get tickets because of the time of day we went. Concession wait time was much too long. Need to hirer more people to clean. Hopefully a roach or rat won’t ever run across our feet. Since I ride the bus, it’s conveniently located. This would be the only real reason I ever return to this theater. Please clean better.

Ill start with a positive...The arcade area has some fun games, like Aliens. The theater food choices are good, and good prices. Now the worse part of the theater...The theater is dated. The movie viewing areas smell bad...The seats are old cloth style, viewing rooms seem small. I wouldnt come back until they announce a remodel.

Its nasty the seats are disgusting I ordered mac and chesse for my son they put a whole bunch of cheese on top of it put it in the microwave when I went to go feed it to my son it was cold not a good place for children

Its AMC $5 Tuesday. Always bring a coat because its gets cold. Beautiful lite up AMC at night. Conveniently located nwxt to the World of Beverage, so you can seek a sip in or pock up on your way out....Enjoy!

It was my first time in Atlanta. I found the atmosphere was friendly. I would go again whenever I landed in Atl. Husband and I saw bad boys 3. Great place

The wait wasnt long. The place can use some heavy duty cleaning of carpet. The lighting wasnt working to tell whats playing in each theater room. The clerk that was at the concession stand completed my order before asking what I said. I was asking her a question while I was looking at her. The popcorn I paid for wasnt as fresh as it should have been.

Because this theater used to be something else... it doesnt yet meet up to the AMC standards. The seats are assigned which Im finally glad they did this, but its not the reclining theater seats. They have the rocking type chairs. The sound and picture quality is good in the actual theater though. The numbers on the seats can be a little hard to see though.

Tuesdays are $5. This theatre has nice friendly staff. Its always clean and smells fresh. The seats are always comfortable.Yesterday I thought the sound was a little loud however my husband Tony thought it was just fine (normal).Overall we love this theater.

Pretty poor theater experience. The side curtains covered the edges of the projection (which wasnt straight to begin with), the audio was uncomfortably loud (Ive worked in sound for film), and they turned the house lights on the second the first credits came up. Theres still a score -- somebody wrote music for that. That means the movie is still playing. Dont turn the lights on until its over.They didnt even check my ticket -- maybe I shouldnt have bothered buying it.

My daughter and niece just got harassed by some random person while trying to watch jumanji. Then the manager didnt want to issue a refund until my niece said we paid with a credit card so you can refund us $25. So after all of this they are back home. Such a sad ending to a great week. They need more security and ushers to make sure peoplep are in their proper seats.

Too many high school kids hanging out. The area is pretty, and seems safe, but the kids make it hard to enjoy a date night for adults.

Ive never been to an AMC theatre this bad. I usually do not write reviews but this experience was horrible. There was no one checking tickets we couldve just walked in as some people were. We ordered Mac and cheese and wasnt informed until after we were charged that they did not have the ingredients needed to make our order. The trailers before the movie were late and the movie started late. There were a couple of people in rows behind us talking on there cell phones and being loud during the movie until they decided the movie was boring and left.

Unclean everywhere I went, even the bathroom. I was very disappointed. I have NEVER seen a movie theater this dirty. I normally dont do negative reviews but I couldnt resist.

The theatre was disgusting. Popcorn ALL over the floor from the time you open the door thru out the whole place. The theatre hallway smelled like urine. Bathroom gross. Very disappointed in cleanliness, I wouldnt dare order food there. Will not be recommending nor returning.

Fun place to take in a movie. 5 dollar Tuesday is a great deal. Can be crowded and a little rowdy on the weekend.

I went on a Saturday night after 9pm. There were teenagers EVERYWHERE!!! I had to change my seat because I was surrounded by them and they wouldnt shut up. The place was dirty. They have old seats that dont recline. I will NEVER go to this theater again.

Recently watched the new sonic movie wasnt crowded after the movie my son asked one of the staff cleaning in room 9 if he could have a sonic movie poster (we were watching the movie in room 9) they said their werent any more sonic posters but thats ok the poster is online.

This is my second time at this theater and it is absolutely horrible. It’s very crowded with rude unsupervised teenagers who talk, make noise, and disrupt through the entire movie. Seems as if there is no curfew or supervision rules enforced. The screening rooms have a foul Odor and the seats feel disgusting, the theater it’s self is filthy (popcorn, trash, and other food scattered all around the floor). Also very long lines for both purchasing tickets and food. Overall the theater is extremely outdated and properly ran.

Why do you never have any 3-330 showtimes. Some people work night shifts and would like to catch a movie before a 7pm start. Us day sleepers would like to enjoy some leisure time as well.

Seats if able to recline would have been nice...also little to no leg room.

This was the worst movie theater I have ever been to In My Life. They supplied no heat(it is winter). The prices at the concession stand where ridiculous. I can take my wife out to dinner for those prices. I was viewing Harriet( of which I was enjoying very much) when I had to get up and leave in the middle of the movie because I was so uncomfortable!

Theater is decent, clean. Popcorn delicious. They just dont have recliner seats like a lot of other theaters do nowadays. But of course thats not a must have. You may just miss it initially when you first get there when youre use to it.

Good movie theatre. They do have a curfew on Fridays and Saturdays, for teenagers, that starts at 7 P.m. you will have to an adult who is 21 and over to buy your ticket.

Just left from seeing IT chapter 2. The movie went out 5 times and still didnt get to finish the movie. Hopefully since AMC bought it they will continue to make better strides

The movie would have been enjoyed better if the teenagers didnt commentate through the whole thing. Also, I thought cleaning in between movies is a must, but I walk into trash in seats and floors with no one coming to clean, even when we asked management.

Staff great.clean theatre, just a little chilly, probably cause it was the 1st show of the day. But it did start to warm up.

This experience was very enjoyable. I say this because of how nice the staff was, the atmosphere was so lively and the movie experience was amazing. I didn’t have any loud obnoxious people in the theatre room. I subtracted 1 star because of the uncleanliness of the bathrooms.

They lied and said they had remodeled but u got the same ole ragady seats that I still had to choose the seating area. They just put stickers and and ABC rug down.. They are nothing like tinsletown where you really choose the seating and you are comfortable

Very disconnected experience. There was a very limited presence of staff upon entry. No one was there greeting or taking tickets. The theater needs a good cleaning. Site appeared to be understaffed.

First time going, took my 13 yr old niece to see Lion king 3-D) and the tickets was almost sold out for the 8pm movie, however, there were 2 seats available in the front row, close to the screen. Very close you can touch the screen, hell you really dont need 3-d glasses. Was pretty upset because it was 3-d and we sat right in front, almost under the screen, the room we was very small enough to seat 20+ppl. The admission was $15 for Adults and I paid $15 for kids which I asked the cashier for kids fee, and I was charged $30 for 2ppl? Theres no way to find out the admission prices on the website, I think you must become a member first?....they have 2 size in popcorn , Large $10/Regular.$9 overall the theater admission is very pricey, but the Lion King was a good movie.

This was my first time at this theater while visiting from out of town. I was surprised by the large variety of concessions and it made it easy to purchase the tickets online without having to print them out...just scan at the door. The only reason it received 4 stars instead of 5 is because the auditorium seats were really small and hard to maneuver through without stepping on other patrons feet....much smaller than most theaters Ive been to. And Im not sure if its just an Atlanta thing but a lot of patrons there were dressed like they were going to the club. And this was 3pm-ish. It really surprised me.

Need more staff. I waited in the concession line 30 minutes before being served. The kiosk had the wrong film listed so we went in and out several theaters before we found the right one

It was great!! We watched The Lion King. The picture was clear the sound and graphics were fantastic. Loved it and look forward to the next visit.

Sticky floors. Stale, mediocre popcorn. Store-bought popcorn tastes more like movie theatre popcorn than theirs. Nothing especially spectacular about seats or auditoriums.

So I took my baby to see Small foot which was such a cute movie. The crew on shift were so polite and helpful in making sure that out trip went smooth. The food was fresh and everything was correct. The theater was clean and there were no issues with the movie itself. Even when leaving we were thanked for coming and welcomed to return.

The chairs are so uncomfortable! But the curfew and security hanging around was cool..best way to keep from going under is to keep the kids under control

Took the grandbabies to see Jumanji. Took thme on Christmas Eve add had dinner at Camp Creek Marketplace before the show.. Movie with great environment was great and the experience was great..

Went to see a new horror film released very recently, and the parking lot was maxed out as youd expect. The kiosk to use your credit card was easy to use. We stood in line to get popcorn and drinks for a good 20+ minutes, as there were only 3 concessionaires working and their level of enthusiasm was at a 2. The seats were very comfortable, but the theater itself was uncomfortably hot. I mean I was in a serious sweat it was so hot in there. Other than that we enjoyed the movie. The crowd was raucous and annoying, but it was College Park so there is that.

This use to be the go to theater but it has become unbearable to enjoy a show with all the teens and their disrespect. Some are wild and yelling out during the movie and the theater is trashy. Hate taking my dollars elsewhere but I have to do it.

Great love to come here with the family. Everything is always clean and the staff very nice an polite.

Not happy that the young man told me there were no more fries and when someone comes sits down after I do she has fries in her container... this movie theater is fine however at times it is plagued with vandals in the parking lot so I was happy to see the police making rounds in the lot that day. If we could get these vandals to stop this would be something we could all enjoy and more.

Great theater in terms of quality of facility. The staff was polite, but definitely not very enthusiastic about thier jobs . I would definitely come back though.

May 12, 2019(10:15pm showing) my friend and I goes to see The Intruder... the Ticket taker was polite... we proceed to the hall where the movie is showing and its Trash up and down the hall and also falling out of the trashcans... we enter the room of Intruder and its 2guys cleaning from top working their way down but from the looks of the theater they wont be finish within 10mins before the movie start... so I goes to the front to ask for a manager so the guys can get help... I walk over to the manager and explain to her in a calming manner and she cuts me off with an attitude and say Well they didnt tell me they needed help I send someone to help I told her why you cut me off that was rude of u... she goes on to say I cut you off because you kept talking I didnt know when you would finish.... AMC what kind of customer service is that!!!! I just wanted the guys to receive extra help so we could watch our movie.... she didnt have to be rude and dismissive... but I guess.... next time Ill go to Regal... or to the AMC on Cobb Parkway

The service is decent. The chairs need to be replaced. What I like are the crowds. I really enjoy how we all get into the movie. Plus its convenient and the prices are decent.

It would have been better, if I didnt sit on the first roll my neck was hurting.. though is a suggestion, the first roll should be close or the seat numbers should be take off. Which mean you entitle to sit any were, the earlier you come the chance you get it a seat of your choice. It had a good time though.

The seats were great, parking was easy and the concession stand was quick.

This spot is definitely for teens & young adults as they swamp the theatre so there is no romantic nothing for older adults because they are running around and very very loud which Im not mad about because thats natural

Staff was decent, helpful and responsive. Downhill after that. Heavy, inconvenient, rude police presence who would drive slowly up the middle of entire parking sections, blocking traffic while people are trying to park. If someone goes remotely their direction, they come to a complete stop in the middle of the drive way, blocking traffic both directions, until the customer halts turns and goes another way. Just plain ignorant. And yes there was typically parking on the other side of the cop. Their customers... rude to each other and loud. Multiple people stealing seats (seats are assigned on the ticket) and refusing to move when informed. Many played dumb to the fact or tried to con the legit tocket holder that they were wrong. People pulling out phones and using them as if they are at home! Opening Friday, Avengers Endgame.

There are entirely too many out of control, unsupervised, ghetto adolescence at this location. Managers or whoever is in charge clearly only cares about revenue and not about the customers experience

Went to see the new Avengers. I went early in the day. No long lines, ppl were not everywhere, got my food fast and fresh. I just wish they had better seats.

My daughter and I took a break from sitting in side, it was a beautiful day today. We decided to take in a movie, great movie, wonderful food, great theater to go to for the end with your family! Love it!
