There was no one there when we went. It made me sad. They are doing everything right with all the additional cleaning and mandatory mask. They dont sell every seat. I hope people will start going to support the movie industry and the theaters. This AMC is super nice with amazing reclining seats!

Our most comfortable nearby AMC option.With the recliner seats, extra aisle space and bar drinks, this theatre is more comfortable and appealing than other nearby options. That said, the lack of tray tables at each seat and the funky food delivery in a bag shows that AMC hasnt quite figured out the movie cafe concept. Our food was average, but not nearly the quality or variety of options as offered at a true movie cafe. We appreciate this for what it is -- an upgrade over other nearby AMC theatres, but not a high-quality, food-and-beverage focused theatre like weve enjoyed elsewhere.

The mask policy is way out of hand.I brought in a mask that didnt meet their strict standards.Even after explaining I had health reasons for not wearing their preferred mask, I was told (after buying concessions, mind you) that I would have to put their complimentary mask on (youre out of your mind if you think Ill purchase a mask for a dollar or any amount of money) or be forced to leave.Pro tip, if you buy popcorn, or a drink, you dont have to wear a mask during the movie since you obviously are allowed to buy a large popcorn and drink for 15-20 bucks.Also they dont have water right now. But youre totally free to purchase a large coke.Basically AMC are just enforcing BS rules that make them more money. I will never visit this theatre again.

Love seeing movies here. Went with the family to see Godzilla: King of the monsters. We were late but no worries. We bought our tickets online with reserved seating and got a combo deal with a large popcorn,2 drinks and 2 candies brought to our seats upon arrival!! This location is s little pricey but worth it. Two words..reclining seats... They are red and lovely!! Didnt get adult beverages this time. But they do have a bar at this location if you are interested.

Love the AMC membership options. Theyre also doing a great job with the limited capacity reopening.

Great theater! The seats are nice and comfy and they keep movies for a long time. The staff are all super nice too! The only thing is theres always a long line so I order the tickets online and sometimes doors are locked even though they have different entrances. I would suggest going inside first and then up rather than using the outside stairs

Checked out a free movie premiere, Long Shot. Loved this movie, hilarious and a super cute love story. I totally enjoyed the theater, especially the seating. The seats recline in so many ways and they are comfy. Glad I randomly decided to check out this movie today.

Theres a reason it is very difficult to find a parking spot at this theater...because it is amazing!! Whether its the bar area for those 21+, the reclining seats or the immaculately kept facilities, you will love your experience at this flagship AMC location. Its worth my 35 minute drive past another AMC to know that my movie-going experience is going to be fantastic!!

Ive taken my daughter here her entire life. Weve enjoyed awesome family moments here. Now shes a teenager and its safe enough that I actually drop her and her friends off here. And she gives me the movie reviews later. Long standing and welcomed in the community.

Its the best. Reserved recliner seating. Always clean. If you have not tried Dolby Cinema you are missing out! You can feel everything going on in the movie through your chair.

I’ve contacted AMC customer service about this & was told I’m sorry this happened & thank you for the feedback.We were celebrating a birthday & went to See a movie.There were teens on our row that talked for 2 hours. I had went and spoke to the team members 4 times. All the did was bring someone in on our side To listen instead of address the issue. I missed a good portion of the movie doing this or I couldn’t hear cause of the talking teens.Finally sent my s/o down because they were obviously not listening to me & more than just us were bothered by their talking, cell phone use, flashes from cell phones etcFinally someone asked them to step out then repositioned them elsewhere in the movie.2 hours of this. They didn’t take the woman (me) seriously but as soon as my s/o went down they came in immediately. This is poor customer service & we will not be returning. For sure to this location and maybe to AMC in general. Thanks AMC for making a birthday really messed up with your customer service.Shouldn’t take 5 times to get an issue handled

Great location, pretty clean, good food. The delivery service to your seat is not worth it, they forget and never deliver it (has happened multiple times). Most bartenders are nice.

Nice theater. Fresh popcorn. The staff is nice. Patrons were quiet. I left my phone in my seat. I wasnt hassled about going back in to look for it.

The theater experience was great. Big comfortable and cozy seats. However, my taste for the usual popcorn combo was squashed at the sight of the melee going on at the snack bar. The floors and counters were littered with debris. Their health score was a zero that day Im sure. :(

This movie theater is amazing it is right above main event. This movie theater does have a small bar so you can order drinks and they do have a concession stand which wasnt really all that cleaned because of popcorn being everywhere but I guess when youre selling a lot of items from the concession stand thats kind of standard I guess but the seats do recline the surround sound of the movie was really great and amazing quality of the screen was amazing you can pre-order your tickets in advance and pick your seats which I think is great and you can pick your tickets up at a kiosk and not have to wait in line

Good overall experience. The app really enhances the experience allowing the user to purchase tickets and concessions in advance. The fact that they delivered the concessions to our seats was appreciated.

Book through the AMC app or when you get there... probably 25% cheaper than Fandango.Selecting assigned seats is nice but for popular new releases you cant wait until the last minute our youll be stuck in the front row.Seats recline in most of the theatres but not as far as other theatres... Probably enough for most people though to be happy.Bathrooms have seemed pretty clean every time Ive been in.Theres a small bar at the front if you want a cocktail with your movie though Ive never visited it so not sure how the drinks are...

One of my fave theaters! Usually extra clean, the grub is usually great, the bathrooms are usually stocked and clean, the staff is usually very friendly, but every once in a while something goes wrong . . .NOT TODAY! THIS WAS A FIVE STAR MOVIE DATE NIGHT!!

The staff was very cordial and professional. The seats in the movie theatre were comfortable and adjustable. By the way, the movie Cats with Jennifer Hudson was excellent . It was very intense, emotional, and very comical.

Honestly I feel every movie in that theater should be shown in Dolby Cinema I know, I like their Premier line when they have two registers open instead of one. This is the closest movie theater to me and I like the overall experience and my AMC Stubs A-list membership as well. But I will say this I still absolutely love the AMC Southlake location a little better.

I enjoy going to the movies and this one is close to home. However every time I go the lines are extremely long and for premier members to have to as long as the the customers that dont pay for the exclusive priority is a major issue for me. They seriously need more help here. I was very disappointed the past couple of times at this location.

Parking is always packed but we love to go here because of the big red seats! I fell asleep one time after a drink just because it’s so comfy.

The movie was great. The theater was clean. The only issue i had was that i was told the bar was closed. Yet i watched the bartender make drinks for three more people after i walked away. And no these people were not previously there. They came up a few minutes after me. I just don’t understand why? Like what was the point of turning me away just to make drinks for other people?

Movie lovers unite, come out sit in large reclining lounge chairs and watch your favorite movie. Enjoy the great reserved seating ( that’s right reserve your seat before you get to the theater). Buy your favorite snack and sit back to enjoy a movie. They have a party room Incase you have an event. This is a great theater for late showings too, they have a great efficient staff to welcome you in. Do enjoy your time at that AMC.

Stadium style seating with huge recliners...Well worth the experience. They also have unlimited drinks/free refills or their freestyle soda machine.I have enjoyed this theater more than others in the surrounding areas

There isnt much to say. Ive never been to the bowling alley portion, but the theatre is okay. Its usually clean and the wait for food and drink is reasonable. Could spend more time cleaning the drink area.

One of my favorite theaters only complaint they to upgrade ventilation. Other then that seats are very comfortable and good drinks.

My daughter and I had a great experience. They tried to deliver our food at the time I had reserved when purchasing the tickets, but we were late to our seats. I was able to go to the concession stand and pick it up easily. Their bar sells alcohol and you are able to bring it to your seat. WINNING! The reclining seats were so plush and comfortable!

Definitely my favorite theater hands down. I love the reclining seats , I wish they were heated however. The staff is good& customer service oriented. & A LIST is definitely the best thing they could have EVER offered.

They ticketer needs to tell people that they cant enter the building/refreshment area if they are buy for the movie. Made me wait outside for 2 hours. If I had known I wouldnt have bought for that time! Its the movies! Isnt the whole point of them to look at the posters and buy candy while you wait for the movie? The movie and the guy behind the counter made my day better or this would have been a 1 star.

Nice theater but your technology is horrific. Ive been trying to buy tickets on the app and website since last night and this morning on multiple devices. Cant log in consistently and when I do the purchases do go through. VERY frustrating. Going to another movie theater.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the movies here. I loved the facilities and the location by main event was awesome. I liked the location and the service was also very good. The stadium seating was great and the reclining chairs were the best. We loved every minute.

Im not from Atlanta, so I was looking for a good theater to kill some time. I am VERY particular about my movie theater choices so I went to Parkway Pointe 15 based on the reviews. I have to say that this is one of THE best experiences Ive ever had. This place is NICE. Just fantastic. The best part about the experience was the seats in our theater. I have never been so comfortable in a movie theater. Never.

Okay so this was my first time at this location... Over all it was a get experience... The seating is somewhat weird but I understand... So they assign seats when you purchase your ticket... So thats like you are told where to seat and thats no fun.. The prices on the food is over the top so save a buck and pack your own... The thing I did like was the comfort of the seats... My son was happy and that made me okay with things

Love the seats as they are massive and recline. Also love that you can choose your seat prior to show. I have learned it pays to order tickets online several hours in advance to avoid sitting in the first few rows. Just joined AMCs A list hopefully to avoid lines @ the concession stand - as they can be long! They also have a full bar. Management is responsive and helpful. Overall really good experiences for each time we have visited..

Went to see the movie Frozen 2 which is very popular. But the crowd was not that big in this location. I liked it a lot.

Really like this Movie Theater and the location. A single person especially a female like myself shouldnt feel uncomfortable going alone bcuz of the foot traffic. There are also a few other shops and restaurants near by and the parking isnt bad at all.

Crowded, arrive early! Like a Chick-fil-A of restaurants, they get you in and to your seat fast. Seats were uncomfortable, but I think it was just me and my long week of being on the road. Screen and audio quality were great. Facilities were clean.

A very busy AMC. This theatre is large enough to handle large crowds. If you ordering snacks, it can be little wait time if it is busy. The restrooms are small and that means standing in line. Today the popcorn was a little tough and over pop. Most AMC theatres are very inviting, this one could stand a little tender loving care. All in all we enjoyed the Lion King. Brenda

The food was served hot & fresh and tasted amazing! I ordered the 4 cheese pizza and it was the absolute best thing ever!

Love this movie theater with its great seats; however, we were supposed to have our food delivered and it wasnt. When I asked about it the guy had an attitude. The theater wasnt that crowded for a Saturday as we went to a 4:20 showing. I just think for the amount of money customers pay there should never be a time when the service isnt top notch. Other than that I still recommend this theater.

The seats are comfortable leather recliners. Didnt get refreshments because the lines were too long...did I mention the theater was on the second floor? Helpful when walking into the bowling alley, pizzeria, a gameroom swarming with puberty. I went into sensory overload! Shame on you Alexa! Get your tickets before you come. There is a kiosk( not sure it was working) where you could buy tickets. FYI: All seats are assigned and reserved for your tush! Did I mention not only did the seats recline but elevated your legs! A pillow and blanket were all I needed.

Nice new seats and banging spund in all the cinema layouts. Can occasionally feel bass from adjacent studios but well worth the money and time.

Purchased our tickets with the plan to see our 22:00pm movie- we were going to grab a drink at the bar because we arrived at 21:15, the person scanned our ticket.. “uhhh, nah I am not letting y’all in until 30 minutes before the movie starts... it’s starts at 10:00, so nah”What in the Millennial customer service etiquette is this?! Very comfortable seats that can be reserved ahead of time! This is the only theater I can genuinely enjoy sitting for a full movie at. Yes, its above a game room, but of all the times I have been (a lot), Ive never once heard the noise from the floor below, even when in the quieter lobby area.

Didnt honor AMC $5 movie promotion online. Would not answer the phone and I called multiple times. Although I am a premier stubs member they could not do anything via customer service, after I waited on hold for over an hour total. Not to mention the hour plus time it took to talk to 2 customer service agents before getting the call escalated to a supervisor who also said she had no authority to honor the promotion. What is the point of having a promotion if its not valid for all AMC Theaters?

There are a lot of things to like about this place. Its easy to get to, has ample parking, offers a wide-variety of theater experiences, is clean, has assigned seating, and serves alcohol as well as regular concession items. I go out of my way to go to this place when I want to see a movie.

I really enjoyed my experience at this AMC theater. The location is perfect. It is located above Main Event which is a definite plus. There are plenty of appetizing restaurants in the surrounding area that you can choose from. Parking is free. The theater is clean, however, the ladys restroom did need more attention. It was not filthy, but it did have a strong urine scent on the left wing of stalls. The theater was large and I liked having the option of choosing and reserving my seat ahead of time. Check in was fast and efficient. The recliner seats were comfortable and well spaced from the front and back. I will definitely return to this theater again.

We absolutely love this place! The theater is great,comfortable seats that you can adjust your back & either lower or raise your legs! Plus theres a bowling alley and an arcade on the premises. Id definitely recommend this place for you and your family. Have fun.

Prefer this location. They have great popcorn , recyling chairs. And for a day of family fun are right next to Main Event. They also have inside restaurants bollards and drinks for adults

Dont buy the Groupon... Its a lie. It says $5 which Ive done with studio grill Groupons in the past but this theater doesnt show you the price till check out so you dont know which movies are actually $5. And the fine print doesnt say anything about select movies. You select your movie in Groupon and pay for it there... Absurd.

The lobby is always clean and the employees at the snack counter seem personable. I love that they employ special needs employees during the slower daytime hours. Inclusivity is awesome. The seats are super comfy, plenty roomy, recline and have a footrest that can be raised and lowered to your liking. I also love that there is a ledge in front on each row that your empty containers can be put on so you dont forget to discard them after the movie is over. Best part...its not freezing!!! My only complaint is that it is REALLY loud. I was nervous for my 2 yr old nephews ears when we went to see Aladdin in the Dolby theatre, but he did not seem bothered.

Everything was clean and nice. The seats were nice large and reclining but still a little uncomfortable at times on my neck. Im a little short and seemed maybe geared toward taller guests. Definitely nice theater though

Too many things went wrong at this theater I really didnt enjoy myself at all the best thing happened to me was when we purchased our tickets and one we ordered our food but it was not a very clean place. People was seen in our seats we had to ask them to move etc smh

I love this theater because of the reclining seats. I love watching a movie while laying back and relaxing with a drink, candy, and a hot dog at hand.

The AMC is on the second floor above the Main Events, nice combo right there. The theater has nice seats, my room had red leather seats with built in reclining features, spaced out nicely. Concessions are quick and organized, very friendly staff. They have updated soda dispenser and the provide a good variety of condiments and the kitchen staff will give cups with lids to carry into the theater room.

Prices are sky high and system for ordering $5 Tuesday tickets online doesnt work. Window tickets are often rude and unwilling to problem solve. As far as esthetics, its a lovely theater, roomy, lots of bathroom stalls. Popcorn is always fresh and a large tub comes with refills. Seats recline, leg rest extends out electronically. We love these seats.

Came in Escalator broke, one big sign out side but no others to let you know where it is exactly, once you find it up the broken escalator, youll find a bar to your left of course is double the price but none the less theres is drinks served, seats are huge and reclining for a homely experience, friendly staff of teenagers.

Went here twice and out of the second time my vehicle and three others were broken into on the same evening . I was told this happens often . No cameras are installed on property and there is no security to cover patrons vehicles . So as if it’s a free for all hudlums to destroy and loot others property. Don’t go here find another location. Nice seats clean they’re but people are horrible here to break in vehicles while you are inside having a good time .

Always a good time at this AMC. I had the Bavarian Legend pretzel today. Didnt pay attention to the price when I ordered it so the $14.99 price shocked me but when it came out and I saw the size of it that shocked me even more. It was the biggest pretzel ever and worth the price pretty much. Its big enough for 4 people to eat on. Try it....thank me later. Staff was courteous and friendly. Theater was clean. Oh and I adore theaters with a bar inside. Forget coke and popcorn, can I get a good draft please!!!

My fiance and I always come to this movie theater. The assigned seating is great. The seats also recline and have a foot rest. The bathrooms could be better but the service is always good and pretty fast. We will continue to come here to get our middle back seat!

The chairs are comfortable, bathrooms clean. The bartender was a little slow but all in all it was a good experience.

Fancy theater with reclining loveseats (or single seats), concession delivery, and obstruction free stadium seating. I spent about $75 for three people to watch a movie, have a beverage and share popcorn. Its quite a luxury but worth it for the occasional movie experience! The staff are very friendly and online ticketing, seat selection, and concession ordering make getting the perfect seat easy.

One of the nicer movie theaters in the city. Very comfy seats and they also recline. Tickets and food/drinks are pricey but it’s worth it. They also serve adult beverages which is a plus.

Very nice theater but pricey....not unlike going to Six Flags or to Stone Mtn. activities for the day & evening as far as costs go. Two regular fountain drinks, one regular bottled water, one regular popcorn and two candies were $37. Two Childrens and one Senior ticket were $33. Didnt know it had an entertainment complex.

Our favorite theater and chain, this place does a really good job on most everything you want from your movie experience. They do a good job keeping up the place, theres a bar, the latest in movie tech and convenience... but, staffing at the concession area during peak time is lacking and frustrating. A bit more focus here and it would be a 5-star experience.

Nice theatre, i decided to go out to a different theatre and visited here. Very big theatre and nice employees. Main Event located downstairs from it, went during afternoon time, no kids were there, even has a bar to the left upon entrance, did not try the food so really cant comment.

This is one of my favorite venues for seeing a movie. Order tickets online and skip the line. Big, comfy, recliner seats, popcorn, and all the regular treats. Lower deck parking keeps the car cooler. Whats not to like?

The best thing about Parkway Point is knowing that I can go there and not have to worry about crime because they have officers on site making sure we can enjoy movies, dining and entertainment with out having to worry about our cars being broken into. Way to go, Parkway Point!

I am an amc stubs member and I was left standing in the priority line waiting for the ticket booth holder to call me up to their booth for longer than 15 minutes as other non-member people kept getting helped instead. Because of this I did not feel my membership to amc was valued and now has me wondering why Im paying for this membership.

Great movie and tome hanging out with.mt friends. Clean theatre and friendly staff--its our go to movie theater for sure. Really enjoy Cumberland Mall area!

Excellent movie theater! This theater has some of the most comfortable recliners I’ve ever sat in at a movie theater. Plenty of spacing between rows means you don’t have to worry about kicking the head of the person in front of you. Great picture and sound quality. Smart single queue system for concessions means you aren’t stuck in the wrong line behind the person ordering $60 worth of junk food.

The big, comfy, reclining leather chairs that can be reserved when you purchase tickets make this theater my favorite. It can be clearly identified from the street and has ample parking. The only drawback of this place is that the lines for everything are long (tickets, concession, restrooms, etc), but overall worth coming to.

Love this theater. Comfy, reclining seats, good food and the bar is pretty good too. I gave it 4 stars because a few times I went here on a Tuesday they didn’t have the kitchen open. Other than that my husband and I are big fans of the chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. We are stubs members and it pays for itself in a like a month. Our last movie was free and the birthday treats are always amazing.
