So PLEASE suspend your expectation OF A NORMAL movie experience. For a movie dining experience, I was expecting plush reclining seats with a foot rest & a tray like you normally get in the movies?! Not here! I suspect that this place is a CALL CENTRE️ by day & moonlights as an office with someones borrowed big screen at night . While watching one movie you can hear another one blaringnextdoor. Their version of 2 for the price of 1. The chairs are regular uncomfortable office chairs with the kind of tables that usually have ashtrays on them in a hotel lobby. Its the bloody twilight zone . Probably why we were the ONLY ONES watching. We were charged $62 for cold wings,flat bread & french fries. YOUVE BEEN WARNED️️.Oh and they didnt bother to clean the tables until our movie started. The movie is played from a DJ booth .

I love this place, My family and I have been coming here for years and had maybe 2 issues with servers only. But overall its a great place to come to...

Great experience on the front end. Poorly executed overall. Have had multiple issues with never being serviced until the movie is almost over, food always takes forever to come out, and the servers are not very attentive. Has a lot of potential for improvement. On my most recent visit staff was very friendly but did not coordinate well with each other on what was available and not available to the customers.

Cool little spot. The bar served a good drink. The food wasnt the best at all for the price. However, its a 3 in one stop. I would return and recommend you to go. I know for a party of two we both had 2 drinks, a plate of food, and a shared appetizer, spent $107 between the both of us.

OFFICE CHAIRS. We were literally sitting in office chairs with wheels. So uncomfortable. The whole theater was set up like a conference room and it wasnt leveled like a normal theater. So if someone was sitting in the row infront of you, you wouldnt be able to see.

Theater is literally a bunch of uncomfortable office chairs and bar tables. Smells bad (probably because it is dine-in and they chose to use carpet). Small screens and they don’t even have waiters where you can order from your seat. You now have to order from the bar. Place is expensive and really subpar. Won’t be ever coming here again.

My favorite movie theater. Trust and believe. The food in there is better than some restaurants. They have the best wings and variety salads in town.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. When I was first introduced to the place, it was wayyy more upscale and professional then it is now. Waiters are slow, I’ve been sitting in my sit for about 20 minutes and no one has come to take my order. But, when I turn around all the waiters are gathered in the back of the theater laughing amongst themselves. I decided to walk all the way from the theater to the bar for better service. I will not spend my money here again!

THE FOOD TOOK FOREVER! I was expecting an experience similar to studio movie grill and was SADLY mistaken... The chairs were horrible! I have more comfortable chairs at work. They had no lumbar support and didn’t even recline. It took about 30 mins for food to come out. Plus my order was wrong. I had a horrible experience. I took my daughter here for her birthday... luckily she enjoyed the movie enough to not mind the other issues. Will never return.

This place is ghetto. Staff is unprofessional. Bar is dirty. No one greets you. People eating and drinking on the job behind the registers. “Ran out of cups. So cocktails can’t be made” Obviously no one is doing their jobs. And it smells like an old, dirty wet rag. Ridiculous.

The price for tickets are cheaper here than other location. The seats are dated and it is older but that makes up for the prices. If your not bothered but seating then I think it is totally worth coming to this location. You also pick your seats now when you buy your tickets. I always come here just wish they had the 4.99 refill popcorn buckets this year. If you have a bucket from 2019 you bought at another location you can still use it here I been told.

Best place in Atlanta to catch a movie and grab a delicious meal. The place is way more intimate than all of the other theaters in the city. The staff is polite and attentive. I love this place!

If you pay with credit card and leave a cash tip, the servers will print new tickets and fill out their own tip. ON TOP OF KEEPING THE CASH. You call and complain to management about it and they say theres nothing they can do... Hello?? Thats credit card fraud. Well see what the police do about it then.

This place used to be extremely nice and upscale. It is trashy dirty and ghetto now even the management. The last time I was there the temperature outside was in the 30s the temperature in the movie theater matched the temperature outside it was absolutely ridiculous I could not enjoy the movie I had to ask a number of times to see if the Eric could be adjusted which resulted in me for second time speaking with management and just asking for a refund management was unprofessional and he actually did not show any interest until I asked for corporate number. The atmosphere was nice with the restaurant built into the over all feel of the movies. We were able to have drinks with the option of also ordering food with the touch of a button sitting on the table at our seats in the theater.

I can understand a fire alarm going off twice, but the way the staff and manager handled the situation was terrible. The manager had all guest evacuate to 30 degree weather, while the staff and manager stood inside talking (we all could see them) while waiting for the fire department for 20 minutes. They didnt come outside to let us know what was going on. Due to the fire alarm going off twice they had to cancel all movies and give us a free movie voucher for another day. Before the fire alarm we wanted to order the big sampler, but they said they didnt have it, so we ordered the nachos and a soda. We got our nachos and ate our nachos, but never received our soda. The only reason this location gets two stars because it was at least clean.

Absolutely turned off by this AMC location. The bathroom was disgusting, there was a nasty, used, drenched pad on top of the toilet paper dispenser. The seating in the theater is like restaurant seating, um, hello, we are there to watch a movie. The drinks SUCK! The only saving grace was the food but thats because food from MacGuffins is always good. Will definitely not return to this AMC location, ever.

Worst movie-going experience I’ve ever had. Don’t go if you actually care to watch the movie.- Seats are office chairs. This isn’t comfortable for a restaurant or a theater.- Setting is too casual, meaning half the audience is talking through the movie.- Waiters make no effort to not be disturbing, as they walk in front of you during the film and joke with other guests while taking their orders, all during the film.- I was disturbed three times by wait staff who kept trying to bring food to me, when it was intended to be delivered to other guests.- For some reason AMC created a special dessert for Star Wars that included two lightsaber glow sticks. So what they accomplished was giving small children bright, distracting toys that they play with during the film.- Don’t serve drinks in plastic cups if noise is an issue for your setting. Halfway through the movie drinks were empty and people began to loudly shuffle the ice in their cups to then eat the ice. Use paper cups, it’ll at least be more quiet.

My Hubby has been bringing me here on date nights for 3 years now & its still one of my favorite places to go. The bar & food are so yummy. The chair selections are nice & comfortable. Bring the family if it is in your budget though.

Good experience. Helpful staff, will bring you anything with the press of a button. Sound quality in the theatre could be better, but Id suggest sitting somewhere in the middle for a better viewing experience. Seats are better in the AMC at Phipps plaza.Limited food menu, but Dec options. They also validate your parking, if you park in the lot above.

Eric and me went to Black Panther here. Ordered the chicken and steak nacho bowls. A lot of food on them platters. Had a great day out with my son.

The idea is nice. I like the idea of dinner while you watch a film but its just not the same level of movie enjoyment. The seats are like office chairs and you sit erect the whole time. There were only a fee people in the theater so we froze half to death. The walls are thin and the movie in the adjacent theater blasted over ours. The lobby was bustling and we heard all the chatter. Otherwise nice. The food was okay. Not a bad price point.

Where do I start?!Okay so I went here on January 4, 2020, to celebrate my birthday. Despite the negative reviews, I still had hope. What a mistake that was. We went to see Jumanji at 7:00 pm. First off, if you want to eat during the movie, youd better order as soon as you walk through the door because it will take 45 mins to get a burger and fries! I ordered my kids food and then I ordered wings and a salad. The salad was absolute garbage and not worth the money. The wings I ordered came out as chicken strips. When I told the manager that I ordered buffalo wings, she said they call chicken fingers wings as well. I proceeded to tell her I specifically said bone in. Took them another 30 minutes to bring this out (by now the movie is almost over). Let me not forget to tell you that the sound on this movie went out 4 times...yes 4 times! The people in the theater started to narrate it was so bad. Then all of a sudden the power goes out! We sat there for about 7 minutes while they attempted to fix the problem. The theater did not even have the decency to offer anything to anyone there for the inconvenience. This experience was GHETTO! I understand that technology has issues, but the manager could have at least come in and offer her apologies. I mean she came to talk to me and tell me that the overcooked chicken strips were called wings...she couldve apologized to everyone in there for the inconvenience throughout the movie. I would not recommend this location.

“Whew chile, the... (you know the rest)”. The staff is unprofessional and the office chairs you sit in during the movie after extremely uncomfortable. You would think they would have the recliner chairs like Phipps..... but they don’t. The wings are good though

We showed up to the movie that was suppose to start at 11:30pm. We were not seated until 11:50 and missed majority of the previews and was seated 2 mins before the movie actually started and there was no time to order food. That kinda sucks at a done in theater. There was no communication to us about the delay and no leadership controlling the disfunction.

Apparently if you want money stolen from your bank account after you leave a CASH tip this is the place for you. And nothing being done to correct this issue. Horrible. I’d give you a negative star if I could just for the poor standards of common decency. Who steals from people. Apparently your servers do.

My boyfriend and I were very excited to see Once Upon A Time In Hollywood today. We purchased tickets for the 4:15pm showing at the AMC Dine-In Buckhead. We were greeted by a disgusting stench as soon as we entered, it smelled like a wet rag that has been forgotten for weeks, the whole entrance area looked very run-down and worn out. When we went into the theater, not only did the stench follow us in there, when I saw the the theater I thought I was in a bad movie. Ive been to many AMC Dine-In theaters, and always had a great experience - large reclining seats, big theater, nice large screen, great movie streaming quality. Now this one, I couldnt believe my eyes, it looked like a cheap diner from the 1970ies. The seats were red, worn out, rolling office chairs I would find at my office desk - not something I want to sit in for 3 hours to enjoy a movie, the screen was ridiculously small, and the projection was grainy. We looked at the theater, looked at each other, and immediately turned around and left the premises. No way I could have stayed at this theater to watch a movie. I am shocked that this theater is in operation. I am appalled. This was the worst experience I had, I thought AMC stands for quality.

This place is horrible. My fiance and I went to a late showing. The manager decided to stop serving food. We could ONLY purchase popcorn & beverages. This was our 1st time attending this theater. I will not be returning. And the restrooms floor was nasty.

Isnt showing 1917, the #1 movie in the country, but three woke agenda movies instead. Tells you something about the clientele. Screens, sound, chairs, carpet all very dated. Cinebistro in Brookhaven is much, much better.

First and last time here. Theater has a weird smell do it. Service was very slow. Watched two groups of people complain about buying the same seats and girl behind counter just laughed. Seats were like office chairs. I had even called before I booked to make sure chairs were recliners. Food was horrible and cold. Sent my western burger back due to being old. Took forever for appetizers of nachos to come out. Poor service, horrible chairs

We were completely let down by having to sit in uncomfortable rolling office chairs, when we were expecting the normal AMC recliners. Sound was mediocre and lighting was off. The food was decent, but as usual overpriced.There should be a huge disclaimer before you book, about what kind of seating you should expect from your $20+ movie ticket.I will never go again.

This USED TO be a great theater with delicious food. Now theyve decreased the portion sizes of the meals but are charging the same high prices! Paying $18 and only receiving a kids size meal is not my idea of a good dine in movie experience. This place is overpriced and overrated. Never again!

This is the worst movie theater Ive ever been to . the managers are trash and so are the servers. they stole money from me and wont do anything about it . threw away my cc receipt and wrote themselves a new one with a tip after I left it in cash , manager told me that it would take 2 months for my refund to process so that I should just take a voucher , these people are running a scam , go somewhere else the food isnt even good smh .

First time going here and it was a great experience. The loved the fact that parking is validated and we purchased the tickets online which made it a smooth transaction. The seats a reclining ones and it made the experience a whole lot better.

No! No! No! I only went to this theatre because my friend wanted to see the new Hustlers movie. The food was TERRIBLE!! I ordered the chicken nachos and the chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. I only ate the cheese and chips. My friend whom I treated to the shrimp nachos barely touched her food due to the same reason. After these two entrees and two glasses of wine my total bill was $62.00. A TOTAL waste of my hard earned money. The theatre smelled pungent. The service was subpar at best. I couldn’t eat terrible food and leave a tip and pay $15.00 to park. Total ripoff! This theatre needs a renovation from top to bottom. I hardly ever write a review but I couldn’t let this go unheard. Management, do better! I feel cheated! I even wrote on the receipt how terrible the food was! NEVER AGAIN! I wish I could leave zero stars.

I did 2 stars just due to the discomfort watching the movie. The staff is cool. Regular. Not overly friendly or nothing. But, maybe its just me being used to theaters with comfy seating. Nah. I think either way, Id feel the same. Unless youre just hungry and want to eat, then it makes sense to be here. Otherwise, I want to lounge like Im at home in my theater room!

Awful experience. Arrived early to enjoy some food and drinks before settling in for the movie. First warning, the front rows (all that was available) are office chairs on wheels.. Anyway, got to the seat, only 2 or 3 other couple in and pressed the service button. Nothing for 15 minutes, until I went to the back and pointed to the person back there that the 1 red light on the screen was our service call wed been waiting on for 15 minutes..Anyway eventually ordered our food and drinks. After waiting half an hour and the movie had started, was informed our order had been taken to another table but would be out in another 20 minutes or so... this was for french fries, quinoa and a bagel.. Over an hour after ordering food turns up and it was half portions at best at double pricing... Understand these places are pricier than normal, but service, quality, everything is lacking at this venue.. would rather wait a week to get seats somewhere else than try this place again!!

Service was not what I expected AT ALL! My salad came half way through the movie with hardly any lettuce! The drink was not good! The light in the back was bright and annoying..Now for the movie.. The Lion King was awesome but I wish I went to a better theater! The surround sound effect that you go to the movie for was almost not there! Yea I wont be back!

Basically sitting in an office chair next to a small table or at a bar counter. Not at all what we expected for such a nice area. Very small theater. Service was good but wouldnt reccomend going there.

AWFUL!! Ive NEVER left a review on anything before, and if I could give 0 stars I would. I went to see avengers here and had been looking forward to it for a while. The whole experience was RUINED and I left angry. First off, the workers were extremely loud in the hallway and disrupted the movie. Second, they made no effort to be out of the way or be quiet when they came to people at their seats (and they brought out all the bills during a pivotal end scene?? Theres gotta be a better way to do this) Third, instead of the nice reclining seats that most dine in theaters have (or even just plain theater seats) they had uncomfortable ROLLING chairs that made my butt hurt after being there for 3 hours. And fourth, the theater was HOT. I said something to a worker after our whole row complained about it and he said he would do something, yet it remained warm to the point that I saw other people sweating.Really wish I never went and could re see the movie somewhere else. Or at least get my money back. Ive already told people I know not to come here (and I just saw it today). I wont be coming back.

The amc dine ins are such a fantastic experience. Its a resteraunt which features a movie theater, rather then the opposite which is the assumption.

As soon as you walk in, there is a desk, which is really a table. The lady behind the table was on the phone when we walked in. The call lasted for many minutes and no one else came to help us or the other people in line while the lady handled the phone call. The lady ended her call and proceeded to help the other people in line although we were in the priority line. After she checked us in, we walked in our theater and what a massive disappointment!!! The seats are tiny, rolling computer chairs and each row has a long counter that you sit behind in the tiny rolling chair. Needless to say, I did not see the movie. At least they do validate parking.

When I came to this place I watched Split. I was lucky to be the only one there. I ordered something from the menu and it was very tasty coming from a movie theater (not offense). Very nice and peculiar to eat while watching a movie on a big screen.

Went to see Avengers Endgame, asked if the screen was IMAX and was told yes. It was not even close. It was a standard small screen. The food was terrible and cost more than it actually worth. The idea of movie with a meal is good. However, the actual experience did not do justice to the hype of the flashy website and advertisements online. I was so disappointed with the meal. No flavor. The host in the theater was friendly and helpful. AMC, if you’re reading this; you have a really good idea. Put some work and effort into your menu, actually clean up the place, and hold your staff to good customer service. Maybe even upgrading your technology.

I got there 45 minutes before the movie started so I could order food and eat before the movie started and I didn’t get my food until after the movie had started and everyone else was getting their food. Then when I asked for a refill it took almost an hour and I even had to push my button to remind host about the refill. Food was good but the service will keep me from not going back to this one.

This place shouldn’t even be a movie theater. Got here after buying tickets on fandango and thought, what the hell is this.... Either way.... Funky smell cause it’s carpet everywhere. There are desk chairs to see the movie. Like seriously, desk chairs. Lastly, no mozzarella sticks on the menu.

Been visiting this Theater for almost the last 2 decades, ever since it was once called AMC•Buckhead Backlot. Quality & sound of the screen and film has been great but however customer service and the food needs improvement.

The smell that hits you when you come through the door will set the atmosphere for the rest of the night! Straight horrible! My heaf instantly started hurting but had to tough it out...date night! Nothing has been done to place in years. Doesnt fit the surrounding area all. THE LAST TIME ever coming to this place! Dont waste a good date night coming here!

I haven’t been here in over a decade. I was so excited because they made so many changes... Unfortunately I was disappointed the best part about the movies was the movie!!!! Our drinks tasted like Kool-aid, my friends had salads, which lacked lettuce & was drenched in the dressing. I had the Asian Bowl, it wasn’t bad but it was also drenched! As far as service, it was average but hey I guess that’s the movies Over priced for the food presented!Not sure when I’ll be back.

Chairs are very uncomfortable and worn out. We sat in the back and were constantly interrupted by the servers ringing up everyone’s orders in the back of the theater! Seriously? Food is not great and overpriced as in most dine in theaters. Would not go back.

Office chairs in a dinner theater setting. The whole movie I felt like I was in a lecture hall back in college. The seats are all rolling office chairs with high backs, that do not recline. The row seats are all lined up along one long bench top per row, except for the table seats. The screen was too small from row G, and you see the heads of the people in front of you while the movie is playing. Would not recommend this location at all until they at least renovate the theaters.

The seats are not the best. There are a few other AMC theaters in the area that are better.

Terrible service. Had to wait 45+ min after reminding our server in a half filled theater for 2 drinks and a popcorn. After the movie I asked for parking validation and was told I didn’t need it. Ended up paying $15 for parking

Place was wonderful. First time going and it was worth every cent. Someone was sitting in our seats, had to ask them to move (prebought tickets), and when I asked wait staff could she clean table because someone else was just sitting there, she rolled her eyes, and picked up beer bottle, took our order and never came back to clean. We used napkins to clean up ourselves. For Shame.....Otherwise, it was good. Will go back again.

I have been going to this movie theater for about 3 years and it used to be my favorite in all of Atlanta. However, the service has continuously gone down over the years. This last time was the final straw for me. I went to see a movie on 3/27 and ordered food. The waiter seemed like he didnt know where we sat and kept asking other people if our food was theirs. In addition, the food I ordered was horrible. I always get the ultimate nachos but they sent me the worst nachos. It looked like regular movie theater nachos with one spoonful of black beans and 5 jalapenos, which I ordered extra of, and splash of what looked liked taco sauce. I told them to send it back. I dont believe I am going back there anymore.

This is not a proper movie-going experience. The lighting is wrong, the audio is terrible, the seating is not conducive for watching a 2 hour movie. Its a novelty at best, its a waste of $100 at its worst. The food is better than at a regular AMC but the setup is not good for enjoying the show. We saw it with 6 patrons, I cant imagine what it would be like to have a full house. Constant interruptions of ordering and delivering of items throughout the film. Just not for me.

Imagine watching a first run movie in an abandoned office building--old chairs, broken equipment, and a too loud and lousy sound system. Shut this place down.

No Stars! I completely horrible experience EVER!!!! We tried it for a 3rd time because there were no available seats at Phipps and Parkway 15. Next time we will just wait. Poor service, horrible food and the staff is poorly trained. As an Organizational Psychologist and a filmmaker, I highly recommend that the AMC corporate office either train the management team in proper business practices or hire a new team altogether. A complete waste of our time and money. The only reason we ate the food is because we came directly from work. Please go elsewhere

This was my first dine-in movie experience and I truly enjoyed it! The food, movie, and customer service was good!! The only recommendation that I have is to make sure someone is at the door to retrieve the tickets to ensure proper seating!

Horrible experience at this location. Order was taken promptly but food took halfway through movie to come out. Fish was not cooked all the way through. Drinks were never refilled and a server was not to be found once we got our food. Bills were still not delivered by when the movie was over. Had to wait for someone to show up to give us a bill and then had to talk to the manager to get the fish dinner removed even though I had sent it back. The theater did not have surround sound so we could barely hear the movie as we were near the back. Our total, even after they took off the 1 dinner was almost $150 for 3 people. Save your money, only have them a 1 because I couldnt give them any lower.

Last night my sweetheart and I was there to see The Photograph we were going to order food, we put the order light on and no one never came to take our order..Were A-list members, this was very disappointing!!We will not be back...

The popcorn we waited over an hour for was stale5. This is the first time Im saying this in a review but the customer service was trash!6. Only giving a 3 star because I enjoyed the movie and drink. I will definitely stick to going to AMC 24. I was expecting reclining chairs, an a tray across my lap. After seeing the other reviews I will continue to eat before I come here. Drinks were awesome tho. Not a place to lay back and relax. My hubby picked the theater not me, wanted to try something new. He wasn’t happy at all. Service took about 10-15 of the light being on before we were helped.

The concept of dinner at the movie theater is nice but the execution is not the best here. The screen image is not the best quality nor is the sound comparable to the latest and greatest systems. The climate in Theater 6 was too warm. And the seats are not very comfortable. The food was good; especially for a movie theater. But I wouldnt recommend for a movie for which you really want the best viewing experience.

Seats were very uncomfortable like office chairs. The menus and table was sticky like they haven’t been wiped down in a week. Food was lukewarm and over priced! Left before the movie ended. Wouldn’t recommend!

We ordered the Ultimate Nachos... and got Sad Nachos instead. The meager portion was mind-numbing. The service was non-existent. I finally used the table button to get someone to come by again to cancel my drink because the movie was almost over.I brought the kids here with us the last couple of times and thought it might be nice to try it with just the wife and I.I wont be back.

Seating is better at other locations, these were like office rolling chairs instead of the comfortable recliners theyve got at a lot of locations, also wasnt impressed with the food menu, its not vegetarian friendly. Still a convenient enough location and was clean but will def be choosing other options in the future.

I enjoy coming here with family and friends to watch movies. The place has a semi upscale feel to it and children aren’t usually present. The prices are kinda steep considering you can go to other places and the bar area is pretty clean. However, there could be some updating!

I expected it to be busy on a Valentines evening but the place wasnt packed out yet the service was poor as if it was. I ordered a drink that never came even after she told me they didnt have Stoli. Their business processes need to catch up to their business idea. The exception to the rule was the wonderful gentleman at the door who truly knows the meaning of customer service! Great idea. I give this place 4 stars because the seats are so uncomfortable, but the outside/inside scenery is so spectacular!!! Great for a romantic date, intimate. I say that only because before you arrive at the theater, you may think about purchasing/or leasing a beautiful place to reside, because of how it is nestled in the mist of such beautiful buildings.

The seating isnt comfortable at all it is literally rolling office chairs, the nachos were cold so I sent them back and they brought more which were cold also..had to stay after the show to make sure I wasnt charged for them after sending them back twice. The sound kept cutting off and on in the main parts, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that has more comfortable seating and better service.

Ended up at this AMC to watch the new Tarantino film since the one at Phipps Plaza was packed. Never really been a fan of dine in theaters, and this one was no exception. The seating is by far the oddest Ive ever seen. Its pretty much just red leather office chairs that arent as comfortable as they should be. The biggest problem is that the theater doesnt slope down enough and youll 100 percent have peoples heads in your way.If you have no other options for a theater this one will suffice. 5 stars for Once Upon A Time In Hollywood though. Great movie

The theater was OK but the service was terrible. Multiple servers were rude. They Messed up my order, with no apologies, and my food did not come back till the movie was 3/4 over. I heard other customers fussing in the back about the service. Would never go here again

Guys the person taking care of the admissions was great but all the rest was horrible,I waited for over 30 minutes and our waiter never came to me, all people around me was served even food before i got the chance to receive my menu. I talked to 2, 3 of the staff members and nothing was done, i had no serviceI am wondering why, maybe because i am a foreigner or i was the only person they considered different in the room? prejudice?So i went over the staff and asked my refund and initially they did not want to give me the money back, so the manager was requested.He sent tickets to go to another movie theater but never came to talk to me or apologizePlease never go to this amc, a shame for the brandRegards

I really enjoyed myself here. The wait staff seemed to be a little confused but they eventually get it together. Im not a big fan of seeing all of them congregate in the corner by theater 6- - they look like theyre just hanging out and their conversation is not appropriate in front of customers. The food is really good. I would recommend the dry rub chipotle wings and the Brussel Sprouts....very good!!

Pretty cool experience. Pricy food while watching a movie. Not sure its worth the big money for what you get but was nice one time. Eat first and save your money.

A bit pricey, but decent food and comfortable seats. Its nice to have a table to sit at and eat during your movie. Its a little hard to find, youll have to park in the garage for a few or park at the shipping center across the street and treat walking over. Unless youre feeling froggy, Id use the crosswalks!

Last night was my first and LAST time going to this location. The service was absolutely horrible. I understand being under staff but then I waited by the bar for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. After being acknowledged, the bartender was nice and provided good service. I would suggest they get a barback to help the bartenders. Also when we got in the movie, my order was taken and I was very specific about what I did not want on my burger. I do believe she rang it up correctly but I notified the gentleman who brought my food that it was messed up and he took it back. Eventually the server came back and I told her it was wrong and that the guy said they would be remaking it. I waited a full hour for them to REMAKE my food and still did not receive it. I had to get up during the movie and walk out to the bar to tell her to cancel my order. There was also no manager present to apologize for the inconvenience and even offer an explanation as to why my food was never remade. The professionalism of the staff at this location sucks. We also could hear the server printing receipts during the movie which was also very annoying. All of these things COMPLETELY ruined my experience and I will NEVER return to this location again and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone unless you like POOR customer service.

This AMC is terrible! The chairs are literally OFFICE CHAIRS. Such as, rolling office chairs. In fact, it was worse than my office chair. It was not at all the kind of experience I would have expected at ANY AMC Theatre compared to the others, let alone the one in buckhead. Dont waste your money on this extremely uncomfortable experience. Dear AMC-- you have a GREAT location! PLEASE RENOVATE YOUR THEATRES! I would love to visit this location if you put in even regular chairs.

I wish it was a little easier to find for us out of towners but it was a PERFECT place for first movie for my toddler. Wonderful service and really cool setup just how I wish movie theatres were in Akron,. OH area!

We were very disappointed with our experience tonight. Really bad. An hour after ordering our drinks and food, two drinks arrived, one a Martini instead of a glass of wine. We ordered a salad and two entrees and an entree never arrived. The staff was clueless. The entire theater was annoyed by the poor service, most never receiving their food. When we asked someone what was going on, they replied, “We have movies in every theatre, tonight.” I would assume that would be their goal. We will not be going back even though I have been a fan of the place for years and through three or four name changes. Worst experience ever. Has it gone under new management???

This place is a dump. It’ would benefit from a good cleaning and remodel. A big disappointment and we’ll never go back.

Great movie. Snacks were priced above average. Wings had a chemical taste,and portions were small. Seats and tables dirty.

Adding tips to credit card receipts and signing someones name is a crime. Corporate and management act as though its nothing. If you visit here I hope you take pictures of your receipt. Local news stations will be notifie .

Thought this would be a nice treat for Mothers day but they screwed that up. They took our order and never brought us our food. At the end of the movie they said they forgot to tell us they ran out of the items we ordered. This happened to multiple people. Service also sucked because they were short handed.

The only issue is that its quite hard to find the location itself. However, this is one of my favorite theaters. Food is great too!
