Great customer service, loved the vibe of the environment and seating arrangements. I came her for a friends birthday celebration and for some reason I thought it was mainly for kids nope. The experience I had was great and the food was delicious, I will definitely be back and if service stays consistent I will update to 5 stars.

Like any other Dave & Busters this is a Dave & Busters. Seems to have more square footage than the ones Im used to so that part is pretty nice. the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable and the place is really clean. the only reason that this place did not get five stars for me is because of two reasons. First some of the games that we played or wanted to play were in ill repair or not working. For instance the tomb raider game was very fun but one of the guns seemed to be jammed and did not reload easily. things like this put a damper on the experience that Im used to from this entertainment chain. Secondly half of the games that were in there were games you could play on your phone. I dont know about anybody else but when I go out to an amusement center I dont want to play games that I can play on my phone. In spite of all that, this is a good place and I would recommend anybody nearby to check it out.

Very cool place. Hadn’t been in ages. Love how it is all set up! It’s meant for the kids...the game area but I had fun shooting hoops...attempting to catch ghosts...playing air hockey, racing Mario kart and showing off my strength. Love how easy it is to swipe to pay for a game. The set up of the bar in the game area is sweet and bartender was very nice!The drinks are good. Cool environment where you can watch the game and keep the kids entertained!

Great place for the family! So many game options for kids and adults even with some games closed for socal distancing. Lots of space to move around. Manager constantly checked on guests to make sure everything was going well. When we had an issue with one of the machines not working like it should, it was fixed immediately. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service here this time!

Wow.... the layout of the building is so bad. Very small space for the games and more focused on the restaurant. Compared to the one off 121, this is horrible. Doesnt even have coin pushers except plinko and whatever the themed one is. I went in and played two games. Im now on my way to the 121 location

The crowd control was good. Just enough people to not feel isolated. My only frustration is the abbreviated menu during these corona times. I would have loved a salad but they dont have not even one on menu!

This was our very first time ever at Dave & Buster. My son was so EXCITED because it was his birthday. We went in. No one was at the front. So we went to the game area. There was only 1 waiter, who was way to busy to tend to the few tables much less greet us. We walked around the entire game area to see if we could ask someone, anyone. Needless to say, we walked out.

We had a great time!!! We were able to enjoy all the games while still within the COVID-19 healthy guidelines.

The staff was pleasant everyone greeted me and my family! They wipe down every game constantly and have had sanitizer everywhere! There bathrooms are clean and smell fresh!

My family and I went here on a Friday afternoon at around 3:00pm. It was virtually empty at the time. There wasnt a hostess so I located an employee and confirmed we could seat ourselves. The waiter was nice and personable. We ordered our food and ended up getting the game play packages for the kids. You can get an entree plus a $20 game card for $29-$32 depending on the entree. The kids menu ha $4 drinks no refills which is a drag. The food took a really long time even though there were only 4 other families in the restaurant. When it came out it wasnt hot and didnt look anything like the picture in the menu. It was trash really. My sauce even had a skin across the top, probably from a microwave. We were extremely disappointed with the food. Top Ramen would have been an upgrade and Im not exaggerating. The taste was worse than the presentation. The arcade portion was fun but we had quite the time with the cards. The machine doesnt print the tickets it loads then on your cards. The problem is, some do it instantly and others say tap or insert card to get tickets. So by the time we realized the latter, we had left half our tickets on the machine. We started tapping to load the tickets and of course kept accidentally buying another round at the same game. This was very annoying. It happened because the message to tap for your tickets doesnt immediately disappear when its successful. So you think it didnt go through, tap again, buys another round. All in all, the kids had fun. We will go again for GAMES ONLY with the knowledge of how to use the cards. Restaurant, never.

Absolutely amazed with my first visit to Dave and Busters. Customer service was on point from the start. Greeted at the door and was taken care of from there! Beer samples and food! Enjoyed the games as well. Not a bad selection.

The arcade games they have are pretty fun and they have a good diversity of games

Place is alright.. Not too bad.. Food is pretty decent.. Drinks are insanely priced.. $11 and some change for 2 draft beers was for sure out of line.. But that was for 1 bartender.. Another one charged us over $13.. Not sure what thats all about.. That seemed to be a popular complaint was the drink prices.. For sure not gonna do that often.. When youre already getting food and buying gamecards.. For sure drink before you go or go to one of the other places accross the parking lot and get some better quality and better priced drinks.. There always tends to be a ton of kids running wild in there.. Kinda a buzz kill but it is what it is.. Its not my favorite place.. Sure have been to alot better places.. Including other D&B locations.. We dont plan on going here much if ever again.. But for some i guess its alright..

The appetizer was delicious. Unfortunately it’s becoming more of a Chuck E Cheese’s with kids everywhere and not enough adult games. The service was okay, just need more staff. We waited a long time for our server to check on us.

The waitress Jada ID# 972253 was terrible. I ordered a Tortilla soup and she forgot to give me a spoon. Her excuse, a simple, “Oh I forgot.” How does one that is in the business of serving food i.e., waitress /waiter not think about checking the orders as they come out to make sure the tools needed to consume what they would eat are there? At the same time, I asked for ground pepper and I didn’t get it. Again she said, “I forgot.” She honestly is not very smart, does not care or just not functioning mentally either way there is no excuse for her lack of attention to detail.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

First time ive been to a Dave & Busters that had a menu, our waitress was really nice and had a variety of games. Overall really fun place with really nice people.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the environment was clean and sanitary.

When every other place in this area was having an hour to two hour wait times, we were able to walk in and find a seat almost instantly around the bar area. We got there just before two birthday parties were about to arrive. The waitress was knowledgeable and very polite. The food came out the exact way it was ordered. It was very delicious and we even shared with each other. Great for families, date nights or even for a single person to go get a bite and/or drink. Many options at this location.

I love the atmosphere. Its a place for everyone to have fun and enjoy your food. My waiter was horrible. Did not take order in time. Took a long time to get my margarita. Did not ask is I need anything else

The place needs a deep clean and more staff. It took me an hour to get a drink from the bar.

This was a great experience for our school. Lunch and games ended our year with a Christmas party. Food was great. Service was great. Time on the games was great. Plenty of parking for our group of 120 people. We took advantage of the special for Wednesday games. This will be a consideration for next year.

Love this place. Great place to hangout with the kiddos. I took my son and his friend here and they ate and played games while I enjoyed a delicious kale salad and caught up on some reading. I enjoyed some time to myself and my son and his friend had a good time also. I will be going back. And our server was EXCELLENT!! He was so attentive, cordial, hospitable, knowledgeable, patient and observant. He kept checking on us and making sure we were ok and didnt need anything. His name was Mr. Gates and he went above and beyond his duties tonight. He was AMAZING!!!

The experience was not that good ! We were not greeted when we arrived and the chicken in Alfredo pasta was not fully cooked. The place was also not as much entertaining as other Dave and Busters.

Always a blast to come here. We always bypass the bar and sports area, and head straight to the game section. Like a big arcade! Fun games. Wish the prize selection was bigger, other than that, I would definitely recommend!!

Always a great place to go when you just need that fresh arcade sense of fun! Any ages are welcome (there is an amazing bar for those 21+). They also have a lengthy food menu with a wide variety of delicious foods!

Ive ordered the Pepperoni Pretzel Pull-Apart and i love it. The service was excellent. The shakes were amazing, and the staff was friendly. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Good was good Chris was an amazing server. We were there for quite awhile with two kids playing individually and he was still very in time to my needs as I was sitting the free with the other child. Oh man this place. We attended a birthday party this afternoon and talk about unorganized. We were in a shared party room so there was three servers but we had no idea which one was ours. Sporadically, someone would come by and ask for drink orders but there was never a formal introduction of a party host. The server we did see the most of never told us her name, never smiled, and had to be asked our requests twice before bringing what we needed. We ended up being there longer then our 4pm end time because of the slow service of the server and the food. It was just a mess. Luckily, the arcade keeps the children preoccupied. I would recommend not having your kids party there. Spend $200 where they actually care about your party having a good time.

Always a great fun place with a family vibe. Newly remodeled ticket redeem /prize area. Bigger game units. They rotate types of games often enough to keep it interesting. My family of 4 stopped visiting as much due to the big prize tag. Yet its worth every dime, if you can.

The ribs were good and the games were pretty good. We played the VR game on Jurassic Park and it was good enough to scare the kid! Overall it was fun, I just wish there were more games with a better selection, but at least there werent any claw games.

We had fun playing the games but the food was terrible.Ordered a few different dishes and none of them had any flavor whatsoever.

Very unhappy with the service and food. It took over an hour to get our food once we did items were missing in the oder, our drinks were never refilled even after asking. Chicken fingers were flavorless, fresh tomato and basil shrimp linguini looked and tasted like shrimp spaghetti, grape tomatoes and basil never found in my plate. People sitting next to us ended up leaving after asking someone 5 times to clean their table and were waiting for 45 min for someone to come get their order for drinks. Horrible service, this was our first time here celebrating our daughters birthday an we will not be returning.

The service was excellent. I really wish I could remember our waiters name, but he truly was outstanding. He even agreed to do a tik tok with my daughter, made her day. Management of there is any way you could find out who he is... Give him my vote for employee of the month!

Quite fun for going every once in a while but wouldnt want to go more than once every few months at best.

It was cool but always room for improvement. I gave it a three because I compared it to the one in new Orleans which I feel was a little bit better. But now that I look back the one in new Orleans is new so they probably added newer stuff. But we still had fun and probably will go again. They make good drinks as well.

First time here at this location. Met for a going away party. The place is dead but yet the service seems more dead. I ordered a frozen margarita that never came so I couldnt tell you if it was good or not. My coworker ordered food and asked for ranch and it came well after her food got cold. Loved visiting Dave & Busters! Good fun and atmosphere and the games are awesome! My only complaint is that a lot of times, you only get one turn to play the chance games. I remember growing up that you would get at least two but typically three chances to win a game. It is expensive to pay that much for one measly turn. I would love if D&B would give 2-3 chances per play.

The food was good for the most part. We ordered the pizza pretzel bites and didnt find anything special or appealing about them. But the rest of the food was good. Servings were generous. The drinks were good. The wait staff was not the best. He got several things wrong and blamed the kitchen each time when it is his job to check that everything on the ticket he wrote matches with whats on the plate. The game area was pretty decent, although 2 out of the 12 or so games played had broken parts to the game. Both times the guns didnt align or move properly.

Always a good time when I come here with family and friends. Staff is always quick to get our drinks and food going. Games are well kept, rarely do I see games out of order. Clean environment. Come here all the time!

The machine kept breaking down, its more expensive then online states. At one point I couldnt find a single worker and its very loud. I will say once I did start finding workers every single one of them were very nice thank you to the staff for making the experience a little better.

Was alright, seemed smaller than some of the ones Ive visited up north. They only bring 5 wings out at a time during the unlimited wing deals, and the service is kinda slow, so you dont really get to enjoy eating a lot of wings. We had fun all the same though, and everyone seemed nice.

Fun and busy. Definitely come when its not crowded, there arent nearly enough tables for large groups (6+).

We came at 1030 ordered at 1115 and got food at 1237 am. Why did we have to wait so long? On top of that, our plates are dirty like it was just rinsed and gave to us. Our waiter never asked us for refills on our drinks, nor asked if we liked our food or came back to check up on me or my husband and our friends. Do not recommend at all. It is now 1249am and I am still waiting for my food. Horrible service! I have the photos of my plate that was dirty I’m my google maps review . This is a fun place to take family. The games are for all ages. If you have allergens let your server know they will show you what menu item you may select.

There was not enough seating. And way too many small children. I felt like I was at chuckie cheese! There needs to be a 14 or 16 yrs old and up rule after 7pm. Games were good, drinks were a little weak and staff was attentive.

It was very frustrating that the app did not work and the kiosk did not work for uploading points to cards on a busy Sunday afternoon. Every time we needed points we had to go stand in line again. Wait staff was also unprofessional and bickered about serving a large party in front of customers. I did notice staff checking to make sure children were supervised, which is good. I ordered the wonton nachos and they were lukewarm and way too sweet. Could definitely use some improvement.

Staff was great, food was delivered quickly and tasted great. Several healthy options on the menu. Game room can be pretty loud but the main bar offers a great place to sit and relax while everyone plays.
