C19 has decimated this place (in terms of patrons). Good bowling/laser tag/video game location. Good beer selection at the bar (as well as happy hour prices). The cheese sticks were especially good. They passed the cheese test.

Fun place for the entire family. I just think they should do more precautionary prevention practices and procedures. I really didnt feel safe. I only noticed two large bottles of hand sanitizers. But what disturbed me the most was that when we were assigned a lane there were alot bowling balls there that werent disinfected or wiped down between players. The tables or seating area either. Oh. And not to mention there was no indication that the shoes were even disinfected. There shouldve been someone visibly wiping down and disinfecting everything in the presence of your customers to make them feel safe and to show appreciation for patriotism. I understand its not realistic to wipe down the games after each player. But however you could put a system in place to cut the risk of contamination. You could close the area every 3 to 4 hours for about 30 minutes to do a quick spray and or wipe down. And put signs up stating your best practices during this pandemic. I guarantee your customers will love you for it. Please uderstand that this isnt a criticism of any sort. Im really big on customer services and will do anything to help were I see a need. So just take from this what you need and leave what you dont. A line from TWD. Lol! I like to always end my reviews with that. Seems so fitting. Take care and be safe.

Plenty to keep all entertained. With pass, we bowled 2 lanes (max 4/lane, 7 of us) did rock climbing wall (theres a red button at the top if you want to time yourself on the wall), played laser tag a couple times, golfed at Putt-Putt, did some arcades, air hockey... Left for dinner, came back to rock climb, bowl another game, & let kids play a few more arcade games. Fun-filled day!

For the value, its hard to beat. Great arcade games, a few bowling lanes. For how nice it looks, youd think itd be more expensive, but its not. Apparently the same family owns this and the Putt Putt directly next door.

Fun place for bowling and laser tag. Kids bowl free all summer there are also options for adults to pay a flat fee for the whole summer also. You only pay for shoe rentals and you get 2 games per day. I purchased the adult pass for 2 adults and it was 26 bucks for the entire summer!

Weve had nothing but exceptional birthday party experiences here. We enjoy it so much that we actually did the twins party here two years in a row. They think of all the details and you dont have to worry about a thing except inviting people and they even give you pre printed invites. Theres never a shortage of food and the staff are very accommodating. They move the kids smoothly between activities like a well oiled machine. From a parent perspective, its such a relief. Additionally, the cost is an incredible bang for your buck. After experiencing a couple miserable parties elsewhere we were able to truly appreciate the value in the experiences and customer service you receive with these guys. My kids have now hit an age where they probably wont have big parties anymore but to anyone whos looking.... This is the place to beat. Both years we did bowling and Lazer tag with pizza and video game cards. Everyone left happily exhausted. On a final note, clean easily accessible bathrooms right across from the party room!

It was my first time at Alley Cats and I did enjoy myself. The customer service was great and Daniel was awesome. However, the pizza was not flavorful and the drinks were flat. In terms of the atmosphere it was very family oriented and I will be going back for the festivities.

I love this place, they have bowling, laser tag, rock climbing, games/arcade, and batting cages. We try to go every Tuesday since its half off. Plus its always clean, and the employees are super helpful.

We had my daughters 5th birthday party there today 7.21.19. We did bowling and games. There were 12 kids from age 2 -7 and my 14 year old nephew came too. All the kids had fun, and our party host Kenya was very sweet and helpful. She brought us bowling shoes handed out pizza cut the cake, and helped us pull off the surprise party. The party rooms are spacious, there was room for all the kids and parents. The pizza and cake were good too. I had never been to the place before the party so I was a little apprehensive, but overall very pleased. Much easier then having a party at my house and cheaper than main event.

It was clean and well kept. Bowling lanes were great and had amazing options for guest balls. The staff seemed less then interested in really helping anyone. Overall I would still recommend if in the area.

We took our nieces here over spring break - It was a blast! We played laser tag (Super cool course) - Putt putt - Games & the girls had a ton of fun! Definitely recommend!

It has a little bit of everything for all ages to enjoy. Its very colorful, very busy, and action packed. The only drawback is that it is very loud, but what can you expect at a bowling alley/game arcade? Fun for everyone!

The rooms you can rent could use some upgrades but other than that its nice. My sons loved the rock climbing and Lazer tag. Their bowling area is really nice.

This place is really fun for youngsters. The arcade has a lot to choose from and the bowling areas are nice. It has a more grown up VIP bowling area and billiard area. Its nice that it’s attached to the Putt Putt next door but the putt putt area is really run down and old looking.

It has great games for the entire family. Its just not ran very well. Its also priced to be way too expensive compared to other entertainment options. The food is substandard as well. So, whether its a birthday party or just a day with the family, it would be a rare choice for us economically. Plus, if we decided to do this type of activity, Main Event or Dave and Busters are better places with better offerings.

Great place to go in the morning on a weekday! There was no one else there for the 1st hour so my boys didnt have to wait for the games. They LOVED laser tag! 4 stars because some of the games didnt work properly and just ate our points. Employees were nice and we had a great time, overall though.

Had a great time at Ally Cats Entertainment! I would say this place is more accommodating for a younger crowds like kids but it does not shy away entertaining adults as well with bowling and a bar in its location. With a Groupon special we had a large amount of points to play all the games available and try some of they cotton candy. Most games are meant for kids but still fun to play. All game rewards are converted into tickets contained in the card, which can be used to get prizes. Over had a great time during my date.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Seemed most patrons had a handle on their kids. Nice adult crowd there as well.

I went here on a trip with my school, and I was impressed by the facility. I was expecting it to be boring, but I was wrong! Im not a fan of bowling, but there were other things to do besides bowl. For instance, the laser tag was actually pretty fun! I did a few rounds of that, even though Im not the best at laser tag. I was able to sit outside and enjoy the sunlight with the benches near the batting cages, which is always a plus. The golf course looked nice, but Im not too interested in golf. It was well-kept, and if youre a golf fan, go for it! Youll have a nice time. The only reason for the four-stars is that the rock-climbing wall wasnt attended for half of the time that we were there, and I didnt want to bother any employees because they looked like they were working hard. I know, I know, partially my fault. I recommend this place for groups, just note that youll want to bring money; the arcade games are possibly the best part after the laser tag and some of the more high-end prizes are worth earning the points for.

Not too happy with my experience. 1 - it is overpriced for bowling. 2 - the person I spoke to when I was paying for the bowling was mumbling I could not understand a word he was saying. 3 - the wait staff has no clue what the other is doing. We had one waitress, then a different one, then back to the first waitress. 4 - it took a really long time to get a waitress to assist us. When we first got there someone came to take our orders right away. After that the waitress was a ghost. I actually had to hunt down one of the waitress to help us. 5 - it was so hot in there. Everyone was using the menus to cool themselves down. I think that is the basic information about our experience.

Whether you like bowling, playing arcade games, laser tag, putt putt, batting, pool, or rock climbing...alley cat has something for everyone. Definitely will go back again we had kids aged from 18 months to 9 year old and everyone had a blast.

We went for a church event this evening and it was wonderful. The bowling is fun games are all fun and the kids (some adults too) love to play as long as they can!! Food is meh lol what do you expect though!!!! Fun place to get some appetizer type foods if hungry while beating your family in some bowling!

Adding on to my previous rating:We had booked my daughters birthday party here, she and everyone else had tons of fun.But what was really touching was that yesterday she received a personalized card in the mail from the awesome young lady that hosted the party.That made her super happy, she posted it on our fridge♡We will definitely make this a place to go to more often♡

Got there at opening. Saw there mountain falling apart in water. A golf club broken in water. Full cup of drink on a house. One course shut down.was trashy. Looks like its run down. On the ally cat side its higher price on games then putt putt side. Use to love comeing here. No more.

I had a great time coming here with Theodore, Crystal, Makayla, and Mia to play all of the arcade games, I was busy playing the Sega UFO Catcher to win a lot of prizes to give it all to Mia, especially Makayla, even myself, but anyway it was blast.

We have been here several times and we have so much fun! They bowling is affordable and the lanes are kept clean. They have big screen tvs in the lanes and fun music playing as well. They have a full service bar to get adult drinks and the kids can get regular drinks. They have a decent food selection if u get hungry rather than just regular snacks. When youre done bowling they have a great laser tag arena. They also have a pretty good selection of arcade games to win tickets for prizes, and they have rock climbing too. Connected next door to them u can play mini golf and go to the batting cage. So much fun in one place!

Had my sons birthday party here! It was great for the price but would have been better if the bakery hadnt messed up our cake order. The staff was great about trying to fix the problem but I still end up paying for cupcakes from a friend. They maybe could have compensated us a little better but customer service was great nonetheless.

I was visiting with family and this was amazing. The batting cages and bowling was super fun. I wish we had something like this locally. They should definitely expand their locations nationwide. I have nothing bad to say about this place or company.

Bowling, laser tag, arcade, bar, 4 party rooms you can rent, convenience food that you order & pick up at the counter.Bowling is $25 per hour per lane (up to 6 people) plus about $5 per person for shoes. You can bowl by the hour or half hour.

I am highly disappointed. My son school took a trip here and me and my wife got to be apart of it.The kids had a blast but....the power jept going out they charged me 8.00 for 2 drinks, the pool tables are very worn as are the pool qs, the bowling lanes seem to be ok but could use a good waxing, the balls that they have needs a waxing period. They are not up to par by any means mine and my wifes hands kept getting stuck in the balls(yes we had proper sized ball, me large her a medium). Last but not lest it was really hot in there. Probably due to the power going out 4 times in 4.5 hours.I will not be back to play pool or bowl or arcade on the main side.Now the side with put put golf was better. It was cool compaired to the other side. The whole place looked cleaner. And the air hockey tables was the best ive played on in years. Drinks cost more for some reason. I give the put put side 4 out of 5.

We had my son’s 8th birthday party there and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They took care of everything (even the cake!) so I got to enjoy being with him for his birthday rather than trying to entertain all the guests. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating and the kids had a blast playing laser tag and games! The hostess even sent him a very sweet handwritten thank you card in the mail after the event. Definitely recommend.

Held a party here. Lots of fun for the kids, the folks who work here are really great and do a good job with your party. My only complaint is the pizza is so-so, even the kids thought this.

Hosted my sons 12th birthday party here. There was bad weather on the original date & the Planner was flexible, on the day of, in allowing my husband to move it to a future date. Cici was our party host & she was kind, attentive & had good energy. There were plenty of activities for the kids & they stayed busy the entire time. The pricing is fair for the packages you receive, but be prepared w/ extra cash if you are attending a party (game cards). We will be sure to come back to visit this Summer!

Alley Cats overall was fun, but a little pricey. Bowling for 2 adults and a toddler was $55 for 1 hour, including shoes. Did love that they offered bumpers that automatically came up for the 3 year old when it was his turn. The bathroom was clean, and overall the facility was clean, BUT, we were there 20 minutes after they opened on a Sunday morning, so they should be clean! We will return for more family fun!

Used to come here twice or more a week for the batting cages when I lived in Arlington. I think it was called Putt Putt Fun Center then. (They didnt have the bowling alley then, so thats a new reason to visit.) Always had a blast !

Came here with my cousins while on a business trip. Loved the lasertag, and the games werent bad either. Really liked the bar too, makes being around so many children less hair-pullingly maddening!

Fun place, great for kids. The games break down, and they could use more variety in their games. Climbing wall is good, laser tag is fun. Bowling lanes are kept nice.

Had a birthday party here for my 7 year old and it was great! We had a hostess that stayed with the kiddos the whole time playing with the kids and making sure everything was going well. The cake they supplied was from Texas Star Bakery! Soo good. Wasnt over crowded too. Would recommend to anyone!
