Loved here for 2 1/2 years. Never had any problems with the community/ neighbors. Love the school district. Front office is prompt in returning calls. Maintenence is ALWAYS there with any problems concerning the property/ plumbing. Enjoyed our years here. Thanks YES COMMUNITIES/OAKS AT ARLINGTON!

The lot rent is too high and continues to increase every January I own my house so they do nothing the help the residents that own their home. Park is not maintained well and a lot of residents don’t care for their spaces. I had to paint my own street numbers on my curbs.

Has a park and pool that is free to use by residents(pool) and by citizens(park)

This is usually a good property but it seems that they dont care weather you live here or not. They will go as as to go back on their word & tack on higher prices but they have young people living here who go around stealing out vehicles breaking windows & a grown woman as n who had to be threatened by police to stop scratching up vehicles. So of your looking for a caring community this is not it.

The staff is very friendly and answers all your questions well.

Quiet mobile home community.

Management are liars and promise you anything to get you trapped here. They raise the lot rent every year with nothing in return. Neighborhood is noisy. The only good thing is the location and thats it.

I have lived at Arlington Lakeside for 20+ years. Like my neighbors and the office and staff are friendly.

STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE!
