This will be the worst place to live. The rent goes up every year. They have the worst Management, very RUDE. Unprofessional. RATCHET. Especially the Manager Angela. Think twice in putting in your investment on any of the available homes. Or putting you home on there lot. Once you get on her bad side. You will loose all that you put in on your home. Give you a hard time to resell or move your home.Other then that, its a quite community, the school are the best in that area.

Nice neighborhood, horrible business practices. I lived there 4 years, never late on rent but since I owned the trailer on the land they raised my lot rent from $400 to $530 at an average of over $20 extra a month each year. Then since I still managed to pay they decided not to renew my lease forcing me to choose to either pay the costs to move the trailer to a new location or abandon it so they could put a lien on it. They gave me the notice at end of October and gave me till January 1st to get off their property. No reason given, likely just want to resell my home to make more money. If they start raising your monthly lot rent be wary, you may be losing all you have soon.

I have lived here 2 years. I have never experienced any problems. Its quiet, clean, office staff and maintenance staff always friendly and helpful, I love the trees, I love seeing the kids out playing on the playground, the pool is always clean and opened on time for summer, I love the fact that if needed the kids have a place to eat breakfast and lunch for free along with crafts and activities to keep them busy and entertained,I also love the free gifts for our homes that they keep in the office every month, I love my neighbors....well with all of that said I think its a awsome place to live and raise your kids.

Good prices on your new home

Its a nice quiet place to live, however I do believe the management is prejudice toward white people. i have never been late on rent but I am spoken to like a squatter and just this week I was accused of changing the locks ( never did and can prove it). Its just crazy. the other staff and maintenance people are wonderful. I recommend it if you can take been talk to like you are less than human.
