I have lived here since 6/2005. The office employees are alot better than before and they are improving the premises. I have really been impressed lately and proud to be a resident.

We lived there for 10 years and found it to be a safe comfortable place. There were several kids for ours to play with. The mobile homes they lease to own are larger than most apartments and offer more privacy than apartments and small yards. They have a pool and play ground where we used to grill. They cost about $1000 a month for a 3/2. The mobile homes are nicer and newer than most areas. Management seems good.

I have lived here since 2011. Yes like every area it has had its ups and downs. But this is a great place to live. Management is very easy to talk to.

My fiancee and I have lived here since December and its been great. The front office always takes care of any issues we have and all of our neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves for the most part. I definitely recommend this community whether youre buying or renting!

Your typical Mobil home park, its located right off of Matlock and Harris. The subdivision is really well kept and has pretty high standards of its residents. Everything is pretty close together so theres not a whole lot of privacy. Although everyone in the community is fairly nice.

Do not move to this place! Maintenance is a lot to be desired. Rent is overpriced and goes up frequently. I wish I had done more research beforehand....

This maintaince people will show up at least 1 time a month with no written notice or any notice, and a lot of times during working hours,This place also gave me a 30 day notice of non renewal of lease. They stated they mailed me a 90 but I never got it. Everything else goes on the door but this one mailed!? No proof they sent it. If you are Hispanic dont move here the manager is racist

Beautiful and Clean place to live in. The manager Andrew Carver has done lots of improvements at the community and the good people have stayed. The staff together with Mission Arlington, have had Summer programs and After school programs for the kids. The community has a soccer and basketball court, pool and now a new Dogs Park. Loved to be here !

Very good place to get all your vapours need they have the biggest juice selections in north Texas over 350 flavors and when you there shopping the staff experience and nice and they will treat you with respect and they will listen to what you need

The management is GREAT! The increase in rent every year? NOT so much!

Been here 3 years, Eric was landlord when we first moved in, he was awesome, Andrew is now here, I love the community, and the maintenance men Jeff and G are great. We have had massive problems with Ants, which Eric was able to budget in an exterminator to get that taken care of, Andrew hasnt really done much other than have the maintenance men come over once to spray outside last year, and we have problems with our ac every year at least 5 times a year. Other than those few problems weve always enjoyed living here. They are very understanding with certain things, and always worked with us. This is definitely not a forever home for us, but it has been a great community for us so far. Ive been very happy to call this home for the last few years. I feel safe letting my daughter play outside, and I dont feel unsafe at night liken other places weve lived.

When we were looking around originally planning to purchase they seemed helpful lacked a little knowledge on the specifics but when we realized we couldnt purchase and wanted to rent we no longer received any response not sure why exactly but I have assumptions.

Lived in the first lot on the left off Sungrace and Harris circa 1998. Went to Mary Orr intermediate and JL Boren in Mansfield. Was quiet but had my bike stolen from the gated front yard that we never were able to get back but that was almost 20 years ago. Different trailer and had our own wooden gated fence that ran the length of the front where the new stone one and signs sit now with locking gate to the yard and front door. Never forgot this place. Moved to Ohio

I was there BEFORE ARC bought the park out & it was fantastic at first but then the owner sold to ARC & ever since it has been taken over, the park has gone down in appearance & people who are not legal run the place & have parties in their front yards as if they are out on a ranch! They are allowed to park their 10 vehicles any where they want, in their yard, your yard, in front of your house, blocking your drive way....where ever they please. But if you do or even have a tiny piece of your tire on the grass management WILL have your car towed!!! The management does not care about how long a resident has been there if you file a complaint they just turn it around as if YOU did something. I lived there for several years & went through several managers & every single one of them are the same. I finally had enough & the manager at the time gave me a sob story about someone next to me who wanted to buy my home so I did & come to find out she helped him restore home to sell to make a profit for herself! Please do not waste your time or money!

Once I move out of here I hope this place burns down. Andrew Carver is the worst of the managers that have been in charge since Ive been here. Never again will I live in any Yes Communities property. If you like loud, rude people this is your place.
