This place is a true example of what a mobile home community should look like. Well maintain yards, nice looking manufactured homes, clean and well maintain roadway hard surfaced complete with speed bumps, children are fine at play, its place to look at I like it.

Looked clean & well maintained. The employees were friendly & very helpful. The pool was clean, even though its winter & the visitors center open & inviting. I would love to live here!

Very friendly and informative employees. I loved how the front desk associate helped me get a new library card even though I had a big problem with getting one. I also love the Spanish section, this is amazing because I get to teach my nephew Spanish and he gets to read plenty of books to help him develop in the second language.

No parking & very unkempt.

Horrible place to live, the manager is extremely rude, they don’t take care of the tenants, over charge for what you get, play ground is all broken, stray cats all over the place tearing up trash, constantly adding rules to make it almost unbearable to live here! It’s TX and they want to say remove your window units cause they are an eyesore?!?! No extra parking for your guests so you can’t have friends over at your own home because the parking up front is always full! I have a special needs son and can’t even take him to play, have to remove his air conditioning that he has had since he was born.

When we moved in 3 years ago I never intended to stay let alone buy. Its a quiet and family oriented community. I love working with Minnie and Rachel. Nothing in life is perfect but Arlington Lakeside is pretty close.

The bills are expensive as heck and the trailer owners are really mean but the trailers are good

Everything is perfect , but the guy manager , is always the alking about something wrong with the house . Thats the only thing that messes them up And everytime theres a construction at the trailers , 20$ higher everytimeeee .

This is a Manufactured Home park... for mobile homes... I was seeing a customer that lives there... from what I saw, its a nice community...

Been living here almost a year Minnie has helped us out our toilet backed up on Thanksgiving day office was closed she checks her voice mail sent maintenance to fix our toilet the same day she is very helpful I just love her. Wouldnt want to live anywhere else. So thank you Minnie for being here for us.

We have lived here for over a month now and could not be happier. The word I think that describes this neighborhood is family. The adult neighbors are really nice and welcoming. The kids are disciplined, respectful and play in the streets safetly like kids should be able to do. You see parents outside watching, sitting at the playground and watching from windows. The weekends seem to bring the families together listening to music and just sitting on their porches. It becomes very quiet by about 8-9 every night. I feel this move was the best decision for our family.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! Horrible move in experience, ants everywhere in my house which management wont take care of, sent us NTV on delinquent payment which wasnt even late, maintenance doesnt leave notes in the house when exiting the house after doing make shift repairs, A/C has gone out multiple times within 2 months, put in service requests and a majority do not get done, broken promises, and MORE! If I could break my lease I would!!!

New to the DFW area about a year ago and had been having difficulty finding a place and found this remarkable community for me and my family. Very quiet and CLEAN community. Very friendly staff

They hour of operations is a lie it’s 1:30 and they are close when it says they don’t close till four in Saturday’s my husband is a truck driver and he’s only here three days out of the week and we would like to get in here but no way to get a hold of the info we need.

At first, the staff appeared to be real friendly, but after couple years to get to know them, they are real selfish and only care about how much they are making. Each month they raise the rent to tremendously high levels (500-700$) for a mobile home that i dont even own. A couple of neighbors across from me are constantly fighting and are obviously druggies. overall not worth the time and money here.

A quite and nice friendly place to live

I bought a trailer at Arlington Lakeside in Arlington Texas, Minnie the agent was very helpful in showing different properties that were available on site. I have now been living in the community since February 2016 and i just love it. Not a bad community like other properties. The staff are more than help and professional in addressing concern any residence may have. And i would recommend this to any of my friends that may come to Texas and looking for something affordable. Whether it is renting or buying.***Updated December 2017****After almost two years and multiple lot rental increases each year, trying to get a hold from anyone at Yes communities corporate directly is a nightmare i have decided to move my home to a totally different community and out of the Yes community properties altogether . Reason for lot increase is to keep the property up for the value. You have basic amenities for this property. No fitness center, you have a pool. I could accept the lot rental increase if their was people cutting the yards, if you was to ask me. What am im paying for. I have been to some of Floridas mobile home and at least they have fitness centers, pool, walking trails, and added security at the very front. And guess what they lot rentals are 300.00 a month or less. So i ask myself what am i paying for again because it is not a peace of mind. I have seen most apartments appreciate their lessees better. I would not recommend anyone living here I recommend bayshore communities or another property than this one. Im sure many other people feel the same way but tend to deal with it. You will not Nickle and dime when this property doesnt have the resources for it. Rent is due on the 1st-5th on the 4th of every month they putting letters on your doors. I given a post dated check for the 5th. That is not considered late idiots. I dont expect to see letters on my door if you have the check in your hand especially if Im working out of town. After two years Im done with this community. They will not learn unless people start moving their trailers out one by one. Go Euless, grand prairie anywhere else but here.

Bad experience. After eleven and a half years living in this community, and for no reason was asked to vacant. Not recommend this place to live in.

GPS does not match up with trailers very hard to find someone

Their are alto of code violations here like electrical boxes not bolted on a cement platform in the ground their for electrical hazards and leaning electrical boxes

Park is a great place lived here many years but since management change been a terrible place to be wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I have lived in the community for almost two years. Minnie and Rachael go far above and beyond the call of duty. Anytime theres an issue it gets resolved asap. I had an issue with the cities sewage and they had the maintenance man come and fix the issue for me
