Overall a very good experience. It’s definitely designed for families that have kids under 12 years of age. There are a lot of kids activities throughoutThe lines to the concession stands were long. They were out of things like cotton candy mid afternoonI do not recommend this unless you have younger kids

Denver Downs is a great place to take your kids during the fall. The staff is very friendly and the grounds are kept clean. The corn maze, zip line, pig races, bouncing area, all kept my little ones entertained. The weather was also perfect so it made for a great couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon.

This is an excellent place to take your kids, particularly if were not in the middle of a global pandemic. I have to take into consideration the health and safety of myself as well as every other guest at the property when Im writing a review. They have signs out front that say masks recommended and yet they have employees not wearing masks. If you have a health condition that prevents you from wearing a mask (I call BS) then you probably shouldnt be surrounding yourself with hundreds of other people who are not wearing masks.... So put a mask on. Just put it on. Youre not going to be less free in doing so, youre going to be less dead. So aside from that inconsiderate behavior of the business and all the chumps who show up without masks, its a great place to take your kids. It might even be a good date night if you want to listen to some music, take a walk through a corn maze, and just relax. Just make sure you have decent health care coverage.

Wonderful place for the whole family!! The owner is so kind. So much to do for the kids and live music for adults. Been pumpkin patch ever.. The staff is super helpful if you host an event there. We were with upstate warrior solution and Lee personally thanked my husband for his service. I could not be happier with our experience. 5 stars doesnt do them justice.. I would give them 10.

Wonderful atmosphere! For all ages! Came during the day and played some games and went through the corn maze. Games are mostly angled towards younger kids but my friend and I (both in our 20’s) enjoyed it too. The paths in the corn maze are a little narrow but definitely a great maze! Left for a few hours and came back the same night (just show your all-day receipt to get back in) and was welcomed into a beautiful fire lit evening. Live music on stage, bonfires with hay bale seats, lots of activity, and love the silo! Gas fire pit and plenty of seating. Love the funnel cake and lemonade too! DEFINITELY would recommend for ALL AGES!!!!

Amazing place for the family! Gate fees are a little high $17.50 for 3 and up but once inside it is well worth it. My grandchildren had a blast the kiddie corner is awesome playground for the kids. A kid bike maze and sand pit an obstacle course and huge hay lot rope swing. They have been 8 mining and even a zip line. The food prices were really good and you get a lot for the price! Cant wait to go back!

I love taking my kids here every Fall. Its a great family place, and we always have fun. My ONLY gripe is the cost of admission. It was $72 for my husband, myself & two kids. Cost seems to rise every year, too. Im not sure well be able to afford it next year. Other than that, its good wholesome family fun.

If you enjoy waiting in line... Overcrowded, unorganized, all about the dollar. We used to have a good time here. Never again. The corn maze is impressive. Update: thanks for the response. Ill try those times. Suggestion: it is sort of a free for all. Young children seem to get run over by the older kids. It would be great to have teenage volunteers or employees help to keep some order with activities.

We had a wonderful time at Denver Downs. It was our first time at the farm. Everyone was very friendly. There was so many activities for the children. There were not many food choices, only such things as popcorn, nachos, and chicken fingers. If you do not care for the food choices, there are plenty of outdoor seating to pack a lunch. This is a wonderful way to spend sometime in nature.

My first visit ever and was very disappointing. I was expecting to see more animals than the ones I saw, and have the kids pet them. Spent $70 for admission and $50 in snacks just to have the kids play around in a playground not much better than the ones for free close to my house. Do not get me wrong, money is not the issue, the concept is awesome but the logistics and attractions need much improvement to be worth at least the admission cost.

Took wife and kids. Main issue was I paid for my tickets online, I got the feeling from website that that was encouraged. Each ticket came with a processing fee so I paid about $9 more than I would have at the door. There was a long line when I got there, but I saw a separate line for online tickets. I walked over there and an employee yelled at me that there was only one line. I asked the lady why I had to pay a $9 processing fee for obviously no reason, and she apologized. Said she knew it was a problem but all she could do was apologize. Other than that sketchiness, place is better for very young kids. Your 12 year old and up won’t have as much fun as you think, especially since it’s so expensive. And watch out for fire ants.

Extremely disappointed in Denver Downs this year. It was too crowded and the lines were insane. Normally, its an enjoyable experience and lots of fun. Not this year! Dont think we will be back. If you enjoy an overly commercialized fall outgoing with millions of other people, Denver Downs is right up your alley.

First time Ive ever taken my family to Denver Downs after living in the area for 13 years. Sadly it will be our last. After so many people said such great things, it was a huge disappointment. Yes, with Covid temps are being taken and employees are wearing masks. However, no limits on how many people are permitted into the farm and no social distancing once so ever. I dont like people being on top of me in general but this place is way overcrowded. No masks, I understand. Its outside and it was hotter than hades. Im very pregnant so I appreciated that bit because I could barely breathe because of the heat. However the amount of people constantly on top of my family and I isnt worth the price tag. I also recommend more shaded areas for customers. I watched a child pass out due to the heat today. I felt like I was in a huge herd of cattle. Plus being pregnant and hardly anywhere to sit, Im in so much pain. The idea of the farm is great, execution definitely in need of improvement. Also, nothing to do with the farm but some of these people/customers need to learn some manners. I dont know how many times other parents cut in line after my family stood patiently waiting. The lines were ridiculous and then people cutting you off left and right. This whole experience was less than desirable.

This was my first trip to a corn maze. We took a couple of the grandkids with us and had a blast! They had a big crowd that they handled very well. The tickets were $17.50 each which I thought was pricey until you get inside. Other than your food and drinks, just about everything else was included. We went through the maze, the grandkids got to zipline, they played dodgeball, there were pig races, rubber duck races, big trikes, an obstacle course and a few other things to do. And once youre in, youre in. We were given a receipt to hang on to so we could go out to the car and get back in if we needed to.All in all it was a great day. The weather was beautiful, the crowds werent too bad although there wasnt a lot of mask wearing. If youre looking for something to do with the kids this is a great option. If you’re looking for a pumpkin, don’t go to Denver Downs, they don’t have a pumpkin patch to pick pumpkins unless you want to pay $18 per person age 3+ in addition to the price of the pumpkin. They also have a concrete patio with 20 pumpkins on it if you don’t want to spend $18 per person to visit the patch. Hugely disappointing for a “farm”. If you’re looking for a festival, it’s still pretty pathetic. You pay more than you would to go to the state fair to walk in a corn maze and view farm animals. Ridiculously overpriced.

I was able to visit Denver Downs the day before their fall opening with Signature Homes Greenville is our Town to talk with one of the owner/operators, Katherine , and discovered there is something for everyone! Preschoolers, tweens, teens, and parents will all have a great time ! A few highlights include the Pigtucky Derby, the hay loft adventure zone, and huge jumping pillow. Did you know that Denver Downs Farm has been in operating for around 250 years? The history of the farm is fascinating - and learning how the farm has changed with time to remain profitable while serving the local community a great lesson for local history. Weekends through November offer live music, bonfires, fair-food-fare, and the famous silo bar lemonade! This season, try a new hard-cider-slushy while listening to great local music around a bonfire with friends. Everyone at the farm was busy preparing the pumpkin patch, corn maze, and beautiful grounds - so take an afternoon or evening and enjoy - all while supporting local business.

Lots of fun family activities - probably a full days worth. Youll see the expected pigs and goats, a hay ride, and a corn maze. Youll also see some unique attractions, like barrel races, a trampoline, life- sized foosball, and a zip line. Theres a pretty garden beside the pumpkin patch where can catch a monarch. There are also sunflowers next to that as well. The only drawback is that its $15 for everyone. Our group had ages ranging from 7 yrs old to adult. Everyone pain the same price, $15. They seem to employ a lot of people and maintain the grounds really well. There are portable toilets, no fixed bathrooms, but they do have sinks with soap just outside the toilets.

Acres and acres of corn with many paths through it. There are twelve check points throughout the maze to find and you can scan the barcode to get credit for each find. It is HUGE! They have a petting zoo, fire pits, an obstacle course, a couple stages for live music, cornhole, a giant rocking chair, tractors, and of course the hayride. Great family fun! My older 2 enjoyed the cow tractor and the pillow and rope course. The price to get in is fair considering what they offer.Today the lemonade stand wasnt opened and it was too early to do smores. When we got hungry we resorted to a small yellow food truck. I dont remember the name right off hand but they advertised big boys on the side. Definitely wasnt big boys quality in food. It was $10 just for 2 hot dogs with burnt fries and a water bottle. After the kids and my boyfriend ordered it was about $30 for poor quality food. I paid and he asked if i wanted my receipt. The guy lied to me and said I should get my recipe text to me.We advise to bring your own food or leave to get something if the yellow food truck happens to be your only option. We were looking forward to funnel cakes and some of the lemonade. I think if we go next year it will be in the afternoon. Because of covid the hay ride isnt an option either. Over all the kids had lots of fun and Im sure they will remember it.
