Fine park to spend time in. Kids jungle gym by the center is adequate and fenced off, making it easier to keep an eye on kids just by watching the gate. Field is fine. Trash cans are occasionally overfilled or knocked over. Always spotting random litter around the area. Not much to say in its favor nor vehemently against. Its just a run of the mill park.

Now that they renovated the Water Tower, its pretty nice, colors light up to match the holidays...park is for sports and the tinys to play in the playground...community center for seniors...parking lot so..dont have to to worry about that....or just park ;)

I love to take my grandkids there its always clean no garbage no broken glass or drug dial Familia or no sexual gross items laying around that the kids can step on and they got the big ball field there plenty of room for the children and run around kicking a ball around and the people that go up there a friendly and respectable and their kids and nice and all the kids get along these are my go up there I always bring extra drinks and extra you all lollipops and candy for the kids and most of the time its sugar free because wen your at a park kids see your kids with candy or a drink I always bring extra cups and Ice water because kids dont care they thirsty they will ask or stand there staring people up.their very friendly its number one in my book for that side of yonjers

The Lower field, which was once the home of a defunct, professional baseball team. The Yonkers Hoot Owls were a minor league baseball team based in Yonkers, New York, playing in the independent Northeast League. (Now known as Canadian-American League). No restrooms available, with concrete slabs for seating. Riddled with garbage and plagued by drug paraphernalia. The city has let this park fall into the abiss. The Upper Field, is a turf, multipurpose field with no lights. Mainly used for soccer and the occasional high school varsity baseball game.
