Not too bad but it tends to get really busy and crowded on certain days especially on weekends when baseball and soccer season is In has more than enough room to move around but the playgrounds however isn’t that good it’s small and has limited play areas the swings are nearly all broken and too low to the ground the only good things here are it’s a BIG WIDE open area it has basketball & tennis courts and a restroom, however too many people here tend to bring their dogs and this isn’t really allowed. Since it’s mostly a play area but they do it anyway so be aware of that also gets REALLY hot and real cold in the winter since it’s big so easy to sweat since there is no drinking fountain apart from that it’s a great place for any outdoor activities. And is in a very quiet safe neighborhood not far from Woburn Winchester and the highway and hospital .
