We call it squirrel park. It used to be a nice spot until the municipality had the water turned off and the bbqs removed. Up to then it was nice, a good group of regulars, very dog friendly. Now? One star,.at best.

Decent park near our home. Shaded picnic tables and restrooms. It is usually kept pretty clean until covid I’ve seen a little more trash. Yes we have seen some possibly homeless/unkempt people there. And a lot of other places let’s be honest guys. We can’t live in a bubble. Have compassion and be courteous to others and you’ll be happier in life. We have never had an issue with anyone there.I didn’t like that they taped the playground off for covid regulations. But I don’t think they had a say. I may carry antibacterial and wipes with me but I know not everyone does.This park is right across the street from a fire station so that’s awesome. If something happened to one of us I know we’d get a fast response time. Not much in way of parking just street parking and not a lot of it. It is a pretty small park so there’s not really a need for more.Last week I took my fourth grader to visit the park and there was another little boy there with his dad. He was playing with a soccer ball and let my son play with him. They had a grand ole time. Remember just introducing yourself to people and having fun playing together? I wish we all still did that as adults. How cool would that be?

Nice area to walk my little dog around. The ground is very uneven with many squirrel holes, must be careful when walking around.

I like this park a lot. Its a perfect park for my 2 year old son. The play areas arent too big for him to be able to climb up on and they arent too small to where hes going to be bored with them in 5 minutes. They are just the right size for him to enjoy himself for hours. When I came it wasnt to overly crowded like some parks he had the whole playground to himself for like 45 minutes before other children came. Besides that there were just a couple other people relaxing on the grass area and on the benches. The one negative thing I have to say about this park is that its directly next to the 405 freeway so its very noisy from all the cars. Other than that I have no complaints. Another bonus is the on-site restrooms. Im glad I found this park and I will definitely be bringing my son back here again.

Cute playground for the kids clean well maintained perfect for family get together

Peaceful, clean and lots of shade trees to relax. Tables and barbeques. There is also bathrooms, I personally have never been in. The only issue I personally watched, is dogs messes are beging picked up by the owners. A child running into the park had stepped into one of the dogs messes.

Squirrels are great, random homeless guy is not. Bathrooms are easily accessible but no soap. Nice trees and shady areas in the grass adjacent to nice benches and playground.

Its a park. Theres a bathroom (50/50 chance of it being unlocked), playground for kids, and a homeless person or two, usually minding their own business.Lots of mosquitos at night though

Good park smaller than other parks but perfect for a quick play. Restrooms are usually opened and pretty clean.

This park is really cute and it has an area with jungle gym equipment. But there are a lot of transients about. I dont feel safe here.

The park is amazing. Ive had several birthday parties there and its the best park.

I use to ride my bike before the park was built back in the late 60s. I was just a kid.

It used to be nice place to hang out with family but now the are not to safe and a little duty

Yeah, I would give it 5 stars if it was still Indian Village Park, but they decided to change it to Margie L Rice Park for some reason.

Fun place to play and lots of parking on the street. A bit to easy to kick a ball into the street though. Bathrooms available and play equipment for kids.

This is a nice little park, great area for the children to play around at. Also their are grills near every bench, so if u would like to make u some food while your at the park you can.

Why does it smell like beef here and I saw like a dead ladybug and it looked weird.

I live right around the corner. Used to be run down With Hoodlums(I was one of em) lol. Now a days The Park Has Calmed down. Chill Vibe. They might still have bbq pits there. Fosho there is tables for parties. Better grab em early if thats your plan. During Parties(Almost Every Weekend) Parkings Horrible. Plan Ahead.

Park is clean but there are some shady characters around. Good thing there is a fire station right in front.
