Exceptional archaeological site in Vero Beach. Free one hour tour that lets you watch archaeologists actually working on finding artifacts and bones from 16,000+ years ago. Full of information about how early man lived and ate. Highly recommend a visit. Open January to May only.Update: this site is no longer active. Closed for good. Possible new site soon in local area.

CLOSED! Cant get even close to have a look at ....?They should be more interested to educate interested people and offer such opportunity. Where can I find out what they found here and see some pictures?
