Wonderful staff and location

This is a great little mobile home park we found by accident while trying to find a last minute site for a few days in Vero Beach. The people are friendly and the site we are on is huge and has a pad on either side. We will definitely be back for more!

I have lived here for 4 years. The lot rent is very inexpensive. It is a safe, quiet place to call home. It is great how close the stores are. Walking distance to Publix, Family Dollar, McDonalds etc.

I have lived here for a year have paid my rent faithfully take away pool the garbage is always dirty the ants are bad I asked for a reduction in rent told couldnt do it this place has gone to hell dont come here!!!

Whats not to like lol

Booked with Camp Host in November. Called him the night before arrival because we were late 1 day. He told us no problem. Travelled the 475 miles to campground, and they had no place for us. They originally told me we never made reservations. I had both calls recorded and played them. They still declined fault, had no empathy for what they caused and were ignorant and rude. They let us park our camper next to a car fealership and the main road while i found another place to stay, didnt even sleep there, and then wanted to charge me $230 after i moved camper.

My brother lives there, so I will be going over there a lot.

A great place to have fun and the people are so great just a group of seniors living life there way

Great place to retire full time or just being a snowboard is fantastic also.

This is a great place to stay, if you are 55 or older, it is quite and the people are very friendly.

No one in the office on Friday afternoon, no Wi-Fi, very limited TV channels (3) no bathroom or showers. Average rates will not be staying there again.
