Ive not seen any postings from office regarding the fact that this park is an ALL AGE park....kids kids kids are welcome....for some thats a blessing

Let me tell you something about these people. They do an excellent job of running a park. I actually dont live in the park but my acreage abuts the park so I see a lot that goes on there. That should be a testament in itself. An outsider (neighbor no doubt), impressed with its mobile home park next door? I am. Ive met with the managers there on different occasions and they are on the ball. Its an all age park but their screening process is so thorough, I dont know if I would even qualify to live there (LOL)! The point is that setting aside the unfortunate stigmas that adhere to mobile home parks, youve got a pretty good one here. Their fees seem pretty reasonable for all the amenities and services you get for them. Take a look, you might be pleasantly surprised!

I have my camper here and during the months I’ve been here, I’ve loved it. The prices beat anywhere else in the area I’ve looked by a long shot. The office lady, Sheri, is very nice and goes above and beyond. Great communication too!

Worst place I have ever lived. Last night one of my neighbors and myself were broken into. There is no security at all and almost no street lighting. Management is a joke. They dont care about the safety or well being of their residents. You have to call the Sheriffs Office for help. There are plenty of nice parks with good management and safer conditions. Think twice before you move here. Your safety depends on it.Jeanne Bonin

Trailer park....my elderly parents house was broken into and someone attempted to steal my dads motorcycle and other things.my mother wrote a review about this place and how she feels that one of the reasons was because of the lack of lighting and then received a reply from the owner saying its fp&Ls problem and to contact them but then they tell my parents to move if they dont feel safe, really nice....no concern for residents safety and now that we have written these reviews we are expecting to be written up for problems with our homes even though nothing is wrong with them.will write another post if we do get written up for a violation to let you know.read my mothers review dont take my word read it for yourself and the owners response

Lived here seventeen years,I gotta love it!!

I only gave it a 1 because 0 isnt available . I stayed here through the winter in my rv paid 2200 bucks for 3 months and was told if i left early because i was here for work that i would get my money back that i didnt use. Well they screwed me out of about 400 dollars . Dont stay here its over priced and not worth it.

The staff is racist and the place is over priced, the rules are unacceptable I would’ve gave this rating a 0 but they don’t have it

The only family mobile home park in vero. The maintenance fee you pay is no longer apparent in the park.
