This place is becoming more filled with low life degenerates, the office manager only cares about your money. DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE, you will regret it.

Just sold my house that we owned at Heritage Plantation. The neighbors we had were the best, hands down and I will miss them.Its a nice park to live in. Plenty of activities if you wish to join in or if you a bit of a loner, like me, people respect your privacy. My only complaint is the flooding that occurs during heavy rain storms. Drainage should not be the issue that it is considering the amount everyone pays for lot rent.

I usually take my kid to see her dad who lives here. Easy to find his home, havent used the pool yet. Just a drive out West to get there. Other than that, no issues.

Lot rent seems excessive for an older park, lawn service and trash removal seems very haphazard. Management seems to run a few parks in the area, So I guess lack of competition makes for Mediocre service and Expectations

I have lived here for 13 years and it has steadily gone downhill, ever since. Management is horrible. Drainage is horrible. Management threatens people all the time for STUPID little things; but wont take care of the major problems here. Speeding, loud motorcycles going up and down the streets, continuous dog barking by RENTERS!!! complaints filed and management tells us to contact animal control. WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT IS THAT????? They are more worried about how much money they have coming in, instead of worrying about the residents. When I moved in here; it was a nice quiet and peaceful place....now, its gone to TRASH. And its all because the only thing management cares about it bringing new places in here to get more money. The prices they ask for the new places is ridiculous and its no wonder they dont sell them. They have to rent them out and we get people like the new neighbor that constantly lets her dogs go crazy barking at ANYTHING and ANYBODY that walks by. She goes out and leaves the dogs alone and they get up in an open window and bark and bark and bark. Its out of control. SOMETHING needs to be done done about the LACK of management in this place !!!!

I probably shouldnt do this, but what the heck, Im only going to live once.Weve lived in this park for 5 years and its been like living in a soap opera.We are forced to pay for a lawn service that is truly terrible. Once they used their leaf blower and blew a bunch of rocks and debris up into my driveway putting little dings in my car that they refused to pay for it. Another time, they cut my pineapple plant to pieces. Ive heard other neighbors complain about this lawn service.The worst part about the lawn service were FORCED to pay for is if they do a bad job, we get in trouble. If they dont weed eat and the weeds get high, we get warning letters from the office.

Lot rent goes up every year..Pool often closed..Pool was closed Thanksgiving week when we all had family and friends in town..No activities for younger residents

Nice people in park...but management is horrible! Dont follow park rules and let some people do whatever they want to do. Turning into a trailer trash park!

Trailers and lots for sale..pool kept up and hall for gatherings as weddgs, receptions, dances and white elephants.

Older model trailer park with tight streets located just off I-95 in Vero Beach

Floods a lot due to poor drainage and the streets are a disgrace needing work. Lot rent and trash keep going up every year. To many Rules.

As for the people here many are very nice as for the place very poor up keeps of the properties in here streets are very bad and flood all the time and they do very little of fixing around here they do alot of preying on the the elderly the people who live here should file a class action law suit
