What a great little community!!

This is a very beautiful community 55+. Very quiet with many units on the lake where the shore birds are prolific. The clubhouse has all the amenities.

I work at Heron Cay and I must say this is a beautiful community!!!

This place is fantastic, goes well beyond my expectations, very safe and quiet neighborhood

I heard thiswas a niceplace to live..the sauna is broken..and the hotub is broken..some streets r well manicured someare not..not a Lot of consistency from the office when we asked about things..residents say the mngmnt does not keep stuff fixed.. think we will pass on the free rent 4 a yr

Nice mobile homes, clean, and good prices on utilities for the owner/renters. It is a safe neighborhood for anyone who is looking to be more isolated from city life, and to enjoy beautiful surrounding scenery, also close to I-95.

Mom and Pop live here, they love it. Very nice community, clean and friendly. Great pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room and they get together and do many fun activities together at the main pavilion.

Visited this mobile home park to check there prices for homes and the fees for living there. They had new and used mobile homes for sale, in my opinion the homes were not top quality but average for what you pay for. You have to adjust to living in a mobile home park in such close quarters to everyone else and you definitely have to learn to downsize because there is not much room for storage here. Mobile park fees are on average much higher because you are leasing the land your home is on. This park was clean and comes with a lot of amenities but also a lot of rules. Might consider this park for future purchase.

Didnt take pictures, but it was clean and nice. Damage still from hurricane to some and my aunt has new home and now tape on walls inside they have not fixed. Very quiet there though. I would recommend.

This development was clean and had a nice layout. Neighbors seemed friendly. But unfortunately the back entrance gate didnt work properly when keying in the code or using the remote control.

This development is nicely kept, has a few nice amenities but the HOA fees are definitely high.You can find units inexpensively, but the high HOA fees definitely would keep me away.Seems to have a high volume of renters versus owners.

New Management is horrible. They keep taking things away and raising lot rent.

Too many cars being parked on the road making it hard to get down along with some very cluttered yards I remember this place years ago it was nice neat and clean and well taken care of not so much now

Weve enjoyed Heron Cay as a winter retreat for 9 years, such longevity gives us a well rounded perspective-all the ups & downs.Ive looked at communities from West Palm to Cocoa,& Vero Beach is our choice, far less busy, easy access to the gems this city offers, & within Vero, Heron Cay has a reputation of absolutely the prettiest, well maintained Retirement Community, boasting amenities unparalleled. One can join group activities, as bocce ball, ceramics, learn to paint, attend dances-so fun! -or choose to just relax by the pool, our favorite. If escaping snow, yet living on a limited budget, manufactured home parks are the very best solution-large enough for family visits, but sized to keep housework minimal, AND, unlike a condo, I have a yard(park mows), & the freedom to garden-or not, We know our great neighbors, meet lifelong friends, and live with the security our gated access offers. The park is tucked away from busy streets, yet only 5 minutes from shopping, 10 from the beach-& all for under $800/month! Are you kidding, it IS affordable to all. Come November, whether a snowbird or permanent resident at Heron Cay, were all 55+, & all on VACA! - one is transported in mind and body, feeling again young, rejuvenated, we fall in love all over again- its priceless! Every day I feel blessed to be here, sunny days , bluest skies, warm velvet nights on our deck, gorgeous tropical Florida!
