The property looks so much better since the new Manager Luis took over. He has been so kind and goes out of his way to make it feel like a community. For a person to go out of there way to give food to the community is a blessing and I hope he stays here forever. Thank you for all you do we love you.

We just moved in the park not long ago and I must say Luis is so kind like from what we have read. He help guide us to the perfect place. And his accent is just adorable he has a smile that makes you feel at home. He even went out of his way to give us directions to local places for food and drinks! We have moved fro state to state for work and lived in a mobile home for five years and NEVER had we have a manger this sweet and knowledgeable. Take my advice and make Vallejo Mobile home park your HOME!!!!!!!’

I have family that live here and they have been telling me wonderful things about this park. They have been telling me the manager Luis has been making the park so much better than it was. They say they feel a lot safer than when they first moved in.

I have lived here for over 10 years and since Luis took over as manager the park is 10 times better than it has ever been. He is always polite and respectful, friendly and helpful. Every time he sees me he greets me with a smile and asks how I am doing. Any issue I have he takes care of right away and keeps me updated on whats going on when items take longer to complete. He is what this community needs!

Its quiet but if your looking for somewhere to rent its all full. Hardly ever has a space for rent.

I think that Mike and Fabiola is outstanding, good with customers, and doesnt jump down anyone. You have to deal with a lot of different and tough people here. Ive seen everything, and youre great.

Lydia Mitchell is the best. She has been so great to work with and has been very flexible with meeting me and showing me the property. She also was very good to work with holding my space for me while my trailer was on its way. I cant say enough good things about her.

Fabiola and staff are terrific! We had plenty of help anytime we needed it and both maintenance and management went above and beyond on several occasions. Contact Fabiola the manager with any questions, she is knowledgeable and faithful to respond. Would be happy to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Very nice park a lot of new upgrades and great changes they are making for us. they keep you informed about the changes that they are doing and they are close to the shops. the park is quite and the staff and residents are very friendly to you. it is a great community and i am great full and excited to see all the great changes they are making for us, keep up the good work.

New corprate management are the worst. They dont know how to run a business correctly. Last week one of the residents power went out and it took them till yesterday to have it back on and fixed. This place use to be a good place to live but this past year the new mangers ruined it. They are raising rent on the elderly knowing they get a certain amount a month.

I came here and not gonna lie it was looking kind of sketch. Went on google and yelp reviews and was horrified at the comments. There was no way I was going to be staying here with everything that was going on. Right when I pulled out a lady walked out and greeted me from my car... I guess I looked lost... she had a smile asked me if I she could be of any help. I told her I was looking for 20ft space and some amenities etc you know the basic. She was so helpful I ended up in the office. I felt so welcomed and at ease. Perfect timing!!!

Whatever you do do not give these people Cascade Corporate Management any of your money.. they will keep your deposit rip you off and then tell you that their managers did it on their own and they cant help you. Its amazing how they can pocket almost $1,000 of your deposit and if theyre doing that to me and other people that adds up... So if they do that to 10 people thats $10,000... They are scam artists ripping people off.

I would definitely recommend looking into residing here. The location is great its near gyms, hospitals, schools, a public transportation, and grocery stores. The office staff is extremely friendly and I can tell changes are being made for the better.

I don’t understand what’s really going on. I can receive a notice the day after the 1st stating rent turned in after the 1st is considered late but can’t receive a notice that the laundry rooms are closed? To add insult to injury 10pm at night banging and whatever else working on the laundry room. Kinda frustrating.... all in all good place to live.

I was skeptical coming here because of the reviews but considering there are not many options in the Bay Area and I was pressed for time. Why not? I called the office and both lady’s were so nice!! I expressed my concern about what I have heard and they agreed with everything I was saying. So not only were they honest but acknowledged the previous issues and I can see the improvements. I took a chance and I don’t regret it it was a short stay maybe about a month and no regrets. Granted a few things can be fixed and tighten up but overall for the welcoming and the honesty with constant improvements I give 5 stars.

I would have never consider this place a few years ago all the filth and crime going on but i was stopped and intrigued by the new name and wanted to see if it was the same owners/management. they completely changed!!! i talked to management and they where warm and very welcoming. i can definitely see a diffrence...

Took a tour and was assisted by Roseanna. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She pointed out all of the improvements and also offered me several different options. I loved that I didnt feel rushed or under pressure.

Call 3 times and left messages not once did they bother to return my call Also theyre overcrowded and it looks like a crack factory

Nightly, weekly, monthly rates. Basically a parking lot with hookups. If you have a fancy new rig, you wont feel comfortable. Lots of kids and dogs. I havent seen any homeless unless you go out of the park, kinda ghetto. I have no problem walking to nearby Starbucks. Close to highway and anything else you need. If you want a resort , go somewhere else. This place is cheap and doing a great job!

Came here and the staff and neighbors all seem nice and friendly. It’s pretty quiet and I have no issues so far. I’ve read the reviews prior to coming here and it’s not as bad as what some say. I see a lot of improvement goin on and i think it has a lot of potential!

What a turnaround! New management have changed this park completely. Clean and safe place to stay for all!

We have stayed at this RV park 2 separate times and have always found the Manager and crew helpful and friendly. Recently, needed to contact her for forwarding mail, and she responded as politely as if I was still staying there. We like the improvements made to the RV park. It is less than a block away from a nice grocery store, Fitness center , and strip mall with a coffee, dry cleaners, and 2 good restaurants. Certainly the nicest RV park in the area!

Big park, always with a space available, nice hard working residents, Rosana is professional always helpful manager, definitely a good park to stay in, close to public transportation, and the ferry to San Francisco, good restaurants and shopping centers.

The management is diffenitly bringing things together. I will miss this place.

We have lived in our home in the Vallejo Mobile Home Park for the last 30+ years. We have our home set up for total wheel chair access and we have no plans on moving from here. Our home 30 years old and IS PAID FOR.While there are some problems with the park, that happens in all parks and in ALL CITIES AND COMMUNITIES in the San Francisco Bay Area.We have had NO PROBLEMS with the park managers and it support staff, and have found the present managers and staff very friendly.

The managers are very nice and friendly, doing a great job at cleaning up the park. Clean facilities with laundromat. Long term tenants but tight spaces and narrow roads. The area is convenient and close to everything.

Before you post notices on resident’s doors telling them to keep their spaces clean, maybe you should do your job and keep the facilities in less than 3rd world conditions. Maybe wasn’t such a bright idea to fire the cleaning lady.

I have been staying here and have been trying to catch the office open for the last few days. Ive tried calling and cant get anyone to answer the phone either!!! Washroom has been closed down for 3 days with no warning!! I have money on the app that runs the washers and cant even use it before I leave!! It gets real frustrating...

The park is full Facilities are older Office is often closed but park will accept RV s on temporary or permanent basis depending on space availability. Recommend you try TRADEWINDS first . Its nicer.

Often power outages, burglaries, can be dangerous, could be a decent community but owners need to step up their game.

It used to be all right place when we have the neighborhood watch going now they got the homeless coming to thrash in the place the new area manager Lydia tries to run the park by intimidation is very rude to the tenants I have not spoken mine afraid of being evicted have helped out with the neighborhood watching this Park and my effort to help this park out is not appreciated by upper management all they care about is Raising rent instead of fixing problems they want to put a bandaid on it

Great place to stay, my family has been in this park for over thirty years and its still a great community! Great management, good facilities and best of all, extremely close to transportation, shopping and outdoor activities.

Worst part of our vacation. Reserved a spot for just 2 days. Got there, no one there to direct us to our spot. Nobody even answer their phone. Small spaces, had trouble getting motor home in there. They were informed when I made reservation the size of our motor home.The people who reside in their mobile park are very rude. They act like they own the place and dont want us there. After several try calling, a guy who reside there were able to get a hold of somebody who supposedly work there. He was they one who told us about the problem. The spot where we were supposed to go was occupied. Supposedly the person there refused to vacate the site. They could have called us ahead what was going on. After travelling for 14 hours, all we wanted is a relaxing time after we get there but it was a terrible nightmare. DONT go there, Let the trailer resident own the place. We didnt even feel safe staying there specially the way the trailer residents look at us when we pulled in. Location was in a bad part of town. I cant describe enought how terrible the experience was.

Small quiet community for the retired mature folks.because I live their and I am happy and fortunate to reside here.

If only zero starts was an option! By far the worst place weve stayed! Unfortunately all the parks in the bay area were full up and this was our only option. I really wish we had chosen to boon dock instead of staying here. We didnt feel safe. I didnt let my kids play outside. Its not in the greatest part of town and people in the stores near by even warned me to keep an eye on my kids due to the crime. This place is dirty and dumpy. I didnt even like leaving the RV to go grocery shopping! The pictures on the website are very misleading! The park is filled with old junk RVs and mobile homes. On the day we checked in, I spent 45 minuets cleaning piles of dog crap and cigarette butts off our lot. We moved in at the end of March and left the 8 days into May. Thankfully a space had opened at a different park. I knew we would lose our $200 deposit because we didnt give a 30 days notice. What I didnt expect was to be charge extra. Wed paid Mays rent ($600 + utilities). The office lady (who was really nice) said once corporate processed our paper wed probably get something back. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. The corporate group kept the $200 deposit, the $600+ for Mays rent and then then charged us an additional $20 rent and day + utilities for 8 days in June. I wanted to call the corporate office, but guess what theres not number at all on our closing cost paperwork. Beware of this park! Its a rip off!

This place is known to be called, TALL TREES, famous rapper Mac Dre says, you can search tall trees, or the bottom of the Cees, get iit? Hahaha !&& They stopped doing weekends ... I believe its monthly only now.

The neighborhood is rundown and restrooms close at 5pm dont open up till 8am
