Nice and decent place to stay and at a very good rate .

Very friendly place, cute little mobile home park with visitor parking and a good amount of space.

I love the prices, this the only place I will not get ripped off while Im visiting the Bay Area for work in the Refinery.

The park was nice & staff were friendly! No complaints here!!

The lady will stop withdrawling the weekly rent out of ur bank an then come to an say u owe this or that well im sorry if u didnt geg a a move out notice then y would u stop withdrawing the rent out an say its all our fault u arebt getting paid she if it was me i would of been a visited to see whats going on. But no she hasnt bern down to check on any of her other properties for as long as we been there and we vacated after she gave a notice but then turned around an let us stay in one of her other rentals The lady she is a complete b###h

It was ok but now iam not even there anymore and they keep charging me. Be aware!!!!
