The nicest thing I can say is that the son was OK but the mom is a busy body who told me several tenants business the day I met her. Dont deal with her. However, she undermines everything he says or allows. I had the worst experience. I wrote it all down but chose not to post it. Trust me dont do it.

My favorite place to stay when I come to the Bay area for work in the Refinery..

I have called the owner of park 3 times now on some tree cutters on Newell st about their music being loud to where I can hesrbitnin my house.Ihavr called owner 2 times already and the tree cutters still have their music loudvwherr .I have to turn up my t.v real loud to hear it.Therr are always a few that come in here and have no respect for anyone.This is a moblie home park not a camp gound.

I really like and enjoyed staying here the whole month. It was comforting to me,enjoyed grilling out,taking dogs for walk and whoever said refinery workers are trashy is trashy their selves and miserable people to just talk bout anyone.

People I know stayed there didnt seem to b a bad place.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. We have refinery workers who are renters and the worst people to live around. Most of them come from out of state. They throw their trash everywhere and pee in the front yards, they dont know what garbage cans are. This place looks like the ghetto. So for Reed Roberson to say this is a beautiful place to be is a JOKE. Both Reed and Bernice Roberson are SLUM LORDS . So if you dont mind living in a place with rats, roaches and bed bugs come on down. Otherwise you probably will want to stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place. Also, there are holes in the floor, no stoves or ovens and the park floods every winter. The lovely renters party until wee hours of the morning with no respect or regard to the homeowners that live here. Reed and Bernice dont care what they do because its all about the money. Thats another thing she charges anywhere from $800.00 to $1000.00 a week to live here if you rent. She goes by how much perdiem they get. So unless you want to live in the ghetto I recommend you stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place. Like the person from 2013 said you have been warned.

Need to improve garbage area, thrush from of the mobile house,Swimming pool need to clean around.

Homes were very nice but weird things going on at this place .
