This park is convenient in location right off the freeway... but wont allow rigs older than 2000 to stay in the park. Apparently, if you have a 1999, you are allowed to stay one night, but not longer. However, anyone can use the dump stations. You just leave ten bucks in an envelope and drop it in the drop slot at the office -- whatever the age of your faithful RV. :) They have on-site laundry and restrooms for guests. There are a decent number of spaces available... picnic tables, hook-ups for 30 or 50 amp (I believe) and I am pretty sure fees cover water, trash, wifi and cable (but Im not totally sure on that). Monthly rates are available, and maybe weekly, as well.

The garbage outside of the park is terrible and with saying that i see the maintenance men from the park out side cleaning that mess up once a week. Its the cities job but the park is cleaning it up ALL the time. The staff here is very helpful amd work with you. Great prices daily, weekly, monthly. Everyone looks out for everyone. The bathrooms and laundry room is always clean. Theres a beautiful maintained park here with horseshoe pit and bbq area. You are right next to freeway so its a great hub for going to city or napa. Cant beat the prices. All the negative reviews are things that are really out of there control its outside noise, fireworks, gunshots. I feel safe and happy here. I only wish if i could add something it would be a pool and hot tub. Lol

Warning!!! Do not stay here more than a night, and only if you have no other choice. You wont be able to anyway if your RV is more than 20 years old, no matter how pristine it looks.Youll be next to a freeway, so youll hear that noise constantly. Access is a pain for the most part. Sites arent level at all. Plenty of dilapidated RVs park on the street beside the place. Theres a seedy motel next door to the south and a row of trailer parks to the north. Just beyond the motel is an overpass with a homeless encampment. Youll need to use that dilapidated overpass and make a number of complicated turns, particularly stressful if youve got a big rig.My partner didnt even want to come here based on the bad reviews and the sketchy area, but I figured whats the harm, were only here for a week max. Turns out my RV doesnt make the cut because of the age of its shell (its a conversion). Of course, the long-termers here have some pretty sketchy looking RVs, and look pretty sketch themselves, but I guess they arent subject to the 20-year rule, so I suppose the actual rule is dont have anything that looks unique or that the owner doesnt like.Fair enough - apparently they dont seem to be hurting for money, as all the spaces around me have been empty for our entire stay, but you would think my money would be as green as all these apparently brand new RV owners theyve been courting! Sad.Never again.

Great overall stay. Close to the freeway, nice bathroom and shower area. Camp site was very level and easy to get in and out of. Great place to park if visiting Six Flags or wanting to drive into San Francisco for the day. It is less than half the price than staying anywhere in the bay area. Not the best place if you do have pets, mostly all concrete and no areas to really get them much exercise.

I was not very impressed with this park. The RVs are so close that you almost hit the one next to you when you own your door, let alone trying to put out your awning... for the area though, I guess it isnt all that bad. You could do far worse. It is located in a good spot if you are planning on visiting San Francisco.

The park is clean and safe. Prices are reasonable. Easy freeway access. Bathrooms and showers are in good condition and there is a laundry facility. Sound wall keeps freeway noise from disturbing your stay. Depending on length of stay, there are some quiet spaces tucked away near the back of the park where mostly permanent residents live. Its not a very nice looking park and the roads could use improvement and the area on the frontage road its located on is a little sketchy. Its a safe place, but I dont recommend walking in the area outside of the park. Best to drive in South Vallejo.

Sure the spaces are a little close together, like anything else in the bay area. But the price for monthly rent here is unbeatable. Ive been here about a month and it is peaceful and quiet. You can hear a bit of distant freeway noise but its not loud.I was concerned about crime at first due to the surroundings but it seems that having so many neighbors in such proximity keeps theft down. Most of the residents Ive met are workers who are temporarily in the area, and a handful of retirees. The sites at the front are for short term people who generally stay a few days. The office staff here is wonderful. Friendly and accommodating. The common areas are well kept. Decent laundry facility.

Nice park, close to I-80 some there is freeway noise. Clean hot showers and clean laundry room. Spaces are adequate for all size RV and slides. Centrally located to Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco and surrounding areas. Friendly staff. There are a lot of permanent residents but they are in a separate section of the park.

In a ok area. Im going to tell you what to expect every now and then you hear gunshots, police cars, people sleeping in the cars outside on Road and some weird characters walk around outside on Road. But no one has messed with my trailer or anything outside. I have been here for 6 months and counting. Good price per month.

Just returned from staying here two nights.PROS: Nice spaces, lots of trees and picnic benches, well-maintained bathroom shower facilities, nice indoor common space with TV, coffee maker, and lots of books.Good location, near to the highway and within walking distance of a gas station, food mart, Starbucks, and - best of all - Tommys Tacos & More. (Tommys Mexican food single-handedly *made* my last trip delightful!)Near to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, and within a few minutes bike or drive to all sorts of stores and malls, from a Dollar Tree to Target, I like Tradewinds.CONS: Short office hours, no swimming pool or hot tub, too few grills and fire rings, and no real physical security, so the local underclass can easily stroll through the RV park and have occasionally, recently, broken into RVs. A security guard would do wonders for the place.Would I stay at Tradewinds RV Park of Vallejo again? Yes, absolutely!

Unfriendly people. If you dont mind gun shots, people coming in the park stealing, people rigging washing machines to run for free for them, half cleaned amenities, people coming in from outside of the park taking showers, doing laundry, rummaging through dumpsters, dog feces everywhere, stacked on top of your neighbors and very limited parking this is your park. Otherwise, steer clear

I know that alot of people have left bad reviews. But here is our experience we have been here for almost a year. The maintenance and office staff has been nothing but kind to our family. Our neighbors have been really nice and this community does watch out for one another. The shady area of Vallejo is definitely on the outside of the park. Our stay here has been very enjoyable. While Vacaville is over 100 degrees it stays cooler here. Costco, target, Safeway is just a few minutes away. Only people that we have seen that didnt belong was people getting bottles out of the recycling.

This park is convenient, has clean restrooms and marginally functional laundry facilities, and a limited number of 50 amp sites. The unfenced dog run is combined with the playground. Management prohibits service animals weighing more than 25 lbs.

This isnt a fancy place, but the facilities are very well kept up & very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. This is the best location of any of the few in this area. Right at the freeway 80 on & offramp, an easy drive to San Francisco, Napa, Travis AFB, and even Sacramento or Marin County.

We enjoyed being a ferry boat ride from downtown San Francisco, but were very disappointed to have our two bicycles stolen from the back of our trailer the first night we were there. Our rig was visible from the entrance. We were told there was a videocamera there but when we asked to see the tapes from the night of the theft, the manager said the camera wasnt operating. While we were telling the onsite person about the theft, several men were wiring up some more cameras, preparing to install them around the park. Maybe this will make it safer for the next visitors. Enjoy the location, but be careful. Its a rough neighborhood.

We stayed here in 2012 what an experience. Gun shots in the night. Hookers in and out of the motel next door , 2 campers had their tow vehicles broken into.We heard that thieves had actually stolen the campgrounds dryers one night thats why the laundry room doors are locked at night.Sign says Campground under surveillance camera No so. We saw the guy stick up the sign after 2 campers were robbed. . Stay at your own risk

I have been here for a year now, and suffice to say I am disappointed and will be moving on soon. The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, the workers are clueless, and management is lazy. Our neighbors are constantly blasting loud music and despite all of our complaints, the office refuses to do anything about it, even though time and again we have constant evidence of such. These same people also continually park up to 5 vehicles in front of their home, despite the limit only being 2, and almost every day they are parked in a fire lane. It seems like as long as you have an in with the management, you can get away with whatever you want, but if they dont like you, then they will do everything they can to personally make your life a living hell, and they need a complete overhaul in management for this trailer park

If you will stay in this park, DO NOT USE THE WIFI. After I paid the $3.95 WIFI fee online, a few hours later, 2:17am, my credit card lost OVER $1500 and GBP 200 pounds in only 4 mins. Luckily that I was still awake at that moment so when my bank called me to check these transactions 4 mins later I just denied all of them. I dont wanna say any bad word about this RV Park because the ppl there is at least nice to me, but be careful of you credit card data, this is the most expensive WIFI that I ever used in my life.
