Peaceful and truly an amazing waterway. With Willow trees of over 100 years of age, native shrubs and ground cover, and the aged and rustic walkway which circles the pooling Boardman river (although high water levels have obstructed much walkway), and knowing that species of gamefish are still as abundant as they were decades ago; is still as enjoyable as ever.

Nice little park with fishing access. Cool to see the water rushing out of the damn. Has lots of walk ways and dock space for fishing. The salmon ladder wier thing wasnt running when i was there but i bet that is pretty neat to see. Lots of big trout swimming below the surface but couldnt get them interested in any of the lours or bait we had to offer. Bathroom available on sight.

In summers this is a nice place to walk

If you hang around long enough, youre almost sure to see mink running around. Plenty of shade plenty of sun. Can be busy during kayaking and fishing seasons. Lay park next door is a great chill spot. Or across the street hannah park.

Nice public area and got to see some salmon jumping in the river while guys were fishing. Good fishing spot.

Didnt catch any salmon, but it was nice to try. Water was pretty foamy today.

Its a great little spot but heavily neglected. Once upon a time the board walk went all the way around but it has been falling apart with no improvements. The city should really reinvest.
