Nice park for kids, elders and youngsters. I go there to play volleyball with my friends as this park has 4 well maintained volleyball courts with good sand but yes it (sand) is always cold (i.e what we feel). Aquatic center near by adds more feature to this place and now-a-days this park have fortnightly outdoor free movies too.

Sprinklers went off and drenched the covered tables and almost my sons birthday. The cake, presents, food, guests~ everything was almost ruined, if I would have been on time. Luckily I was running about 10 minutes behind.

I always enjoy this Park it small but my kids always have a lot of fun on the playground.

Safe place and lots of fun for everyone with food! Lazy river. Play area for the tots and a bigger slide for the bigger kids. Lounge chairs and umbrellas!! Grassy areas too! Don’t forget the movie nights they have, great for family time.

My 4yo son loves this park and we have been to almost every park in the area. He always wants to come back for the unique play equipment.

They added 2 more water slides, but covered over a large swimming area with concrete!

Love this place. Kiddos had so much fun! There is a slide for the bigger kids and a splash pad type area for the younger ones. Good place to relax in the last river. Prices to get in were very reasonable, but buying food there can be expensive.

Love the playground and the aquatic center. The kids love to ride their bikes on the paths and we walk or dog. It would be nice to have more trees, especially around the playground. Parents would like to sit in the shade while the kids play.

Great park and water Park! Great climbing toys for the kids and great areas to run and play. There are pickle ball courts and sand volleyball courts too! Great place to play!

The playground equipment is kinda taller then most parks. Lots of climbing walls and a fun tire swing. Last time we pulled up a 3 year old nearly drowned next door at the water park. Scary stuff. The water park gets five stars too.

The kids really love this place. The slides are a little steep, but nothing they cant handle. Theres a ton of things to do here. Lots of things to climb. Everything is well maintained.

This is our favorite park. Fun playground, nice Area to bike and walk and explore. Clean.

The park was nice, lots of people!! Id have to say that alot of these kids are pretty Ill behaved and impolite. But its also my opinion that their parents are to blame as when confronted. The kids parents start acting just like the kids!!

Awesome park, my kids love the playground. There is a water fountain and restrooms, though these are locked from about mid-Sept. to May, which can be a bummer, especially on sunny late fall and early spring days. Aquatic center is great, too. Weve had kids birthday party gatherings at the covered eating area, which is nice -- garbage cans and 2+ tables. It does get very windy here, however, because there is no tree shelter and wind typically comes from the south. And like the name suggests, its more of a prairie landscape as this is the edge of the suburban-rural area before you drop down into the Palouse hills.

The Aquatic center next door is awesome! Part of County Parks, so your city swim pass wont work, bring cash!Such a fun aquatic center! Great for kids! Theres not a big main pool, but a great water playground, giant slide and lazy river that loops around.

Nice park the restrooms are very close and well maintained. Was 95 degree hot and sunny so the slides were dangerous. We were really there waiting for the aquatic center anyway

I actually live close by. This is pretty much a seasonal water park. During the off times you are limited to a small childrens play area. However the park is going through a major expansion and will probably have to be rated for next summer.

Fairly large park with huge rock wall! It has a paved winding path to walk next to the aquatic center. Play structure is tall and hill between the two sections of playground can be a challenge for small children and parents. Covered picnic tables but otherwise very limited shade.

My question why does the city close it, in the middle of August, what a waste, very poor planning
