I live there my whole life 4 years now & my house in deer park got broken into three years ago & I felt like this is were I belong now & this is my first time doing Rates now & Happy Halloween yall .

Most of the people are quite nice. The clubhouse is a large facility and they have quite a few events that go on so you should never be bored.In comparison to my mobile home location I would give this only a 3-star because only some of the Yards are kept up I think the management really needs to have a yearly checkup to make sure the yards are picked up and the railings and steps are secure.

This is a mobile home park for persons aged 55 and older. The Shriners own the land and could do a little better if theyd loosen the purse strings just a tiny bit. That said, the crew does an excellent job of keeping the park clean and safe.The people Ive met are friendly and stay active walking their dogs or participating in the many activities in the club house. The park is along a curve of the Spokane River and is full of mature trees so walking through here is like being on a nature walk; lots of quail, chipmunks and even deer. I enjoy visiting my family here very much. If youre looking for both peace and quiet as well as a place to make some dear friends, move here!

Well it used to be a great park, now it’s a place for old folks to live and hide from the general public, some say that they go there to die in peace...

Amazing historical location with natural beauty. Nestled next to The Spokane River, a cozy, campground feel. Clubhouse with planned activities, library, full kitchen and living room area. Pool and hot tub as well. Absolute paradise in the natural beauty of the old Natatorium Park site. Lovely people, lovely place!

Was on a trail near this place

Place kinda gave me the creeps. It looks like it is empty but people I guess love there. They have a bunch of cameras just at the gate which I get but there is a line between safe and hostage.

The people who live in Sans are all Wonderful and Very Friendly also the Manager is such a nice Lady! I did not live there but i took care of my Sick Best Friend everyday so i have gotten to know many Residents even the People i dont know i just see when im driving in or out of Sans all say Hello! Or just give ya a Friendly wave! My Best Friend just recently passed away so I will Miss coming to Sans Souci, but when i come to the age of 55yrs i will Definitely Take up Residency there!.

The roads in the trailor park for 55 and older is AWFUL to many harsh speed bumps and potholes are awful too.Quiet and beautiful there.
