A great, tight knit community for those 55+. Spokane needs to creatively guard these types of enclaves for older adults.

Nice place, close to shopping, gas, etc., for Seniors 55+. Community Center, pool and a fenced area to let your four legged friends run.

Old people live here. Mainly my parents and my grandparents. They loved it and find it a great place to stay. Not only that its close to most things in town. Including doctors and hospitals ;-)

To many damn rules. The entire trailer park is immaculate. Nice pool. Probably got a rule about spitting.

This place stays on top of their maintenance. The pool is always clean and ready to go during the summer months.

Best park in Spokane, clean and very well maintained..

U dont want to live or visit this place u cant come from out of town and stay with family for couple days they got people coming over serving papers to our family that u cant have anybody come and stay a couple days unless they are approved visitor and Im handicapped and have plates on my car also and they tell me I have to park and the far end of lot regardless of handicapped but yet the trailer directly accross from his place a car from out of town parked there for three days nothing said to them thou so BEWARE DANGER

The mangment fells its ok to kick me out of the park becouse my dog barks as everyone nos he tells meaney lyeis to benafet himsef so i have now a layer and all so talked to the veterans about this matter witch there not verry happy that he is trying to kick out a veteran it will not look so good to his staff or to thebbb
