Always helpful there is a hotub and a pool and pool table

What a wonderful lovley park. Well kept. Beautifully ladscaped and very clean. Smiles and waves from all directions in this happy little community. Pool, fitness room, car wash & No children. Praise God for these glorious amenities !

The people who run this place are so attentive to the needs of everyone who lives here! Great community for 55+.

Very nice has a newer workout facility sauna and equipment!

I work with GSC Meals on Wheels and we can now deliver hot meals daily to this location. We have clients who live here, already receiving meals.Well maintained MHC with easy freeway access.

Don’t live there, was doing an inspection and got a look at the park. Talked with a couple of neighbors and they were positive. The rules are strict but you have to have strict rules to have it nice. Looks like a great place and it’s gated.

Safe and secure

My Aunt/Uncle live there and are happy. My parents are moving into a mobile once its done being updated etc....Quiet and safe!!!

Nice place for a MHC. They keep the park looking nice. They have a lot of rules but most are needed to assure a nice, neet place to live.

Its a beautiful place. I would recommend this mobile home park to my family and friends.

Confusing to drive around

Very nice community. Friendly and safe.

My Dad lives at the park and enjoys it for the most part. There are some politics to maneuver around, but the amenities are great. Pool, community center, people get together for cards, games and potluck meals. 55 and over population, gated, and quiet. Close to Spokane, but out in the trees. Its nice.

Great community, my mother resides there and had a beautiful triple wide home( huge) also lots of activities for residence to participate in along with a rec room and swimming pool tho appreciate

I visit Cascade mobile home park twice a month. Its always clean, grounds well kept up, and Staff Ive met welcoming.

I met my mother-in-law for the first time after 4 years of marriage her and her husband are quite the hoot
