Getting better but never know who is the manager though but tuw place is getting better wish we had more lawn services offered to tenants that dont have lawn care tools or fpr tue older ones to keep up on out side duties we cant get done fast enough or. That we are unable to perform ourselves lime tree trimming and. Removal of non working appliances for us that wouldbe wonderful and helpful too

Management doesnt listen, lied to me about the condition of my trailer & what had been done to it before I moved in. ( like the roof just being redone, it was winter so we took his word) no hose hookups to water the yard but expected to keep it looking great. Water heater exploded when I moved in, had it replaced, took a shower, my entire bedroom wall was soaked because the pipes were broke in the bathroom. Kitchen sink pipes arent even hooked up, just dangling under the sink loosely, the floor is sinking under the new carpet so I know it probably needs a new subflooring & the carpet was put on just as a bandaid. They take your downpayment & then look for every reason to kick you out!! I swear my trailer is only used to flip people in & out as a way for them to make $ on down payments. Beware & stay away from this place, seeking a lawyer to see where I stand on this shady fn place!

Not a place to want To live at. Your responsible for everyhing. management. In place they dont. Take responsibility for any thing. At all. And we dont own nothing but. The place we are living in. So. What are you really buying. You cant move them out so you basiclly stuck right here until you sell it to someone else one day and you will want out of here one day

This place is a dump. If youre trying to move into this place youve made some seriously poor decisions in your life. The cops are in here all the time.

The roads into park are terriable very hard on the auto. A lot of old falling apart Mobil homes

I am very happy here in the park. The owners are hardworking and honest people.

Decent place to call home. New owners is a plus and their renewing the park.

When they took over management, they decided to leave a septic tank open and forgot to close it. My son fell into the hole. He almost died. They didnt care.They harass everyone every time you take out the garbage. They blocked my vehicle and threatened to call the cops because I was helping my father in law (who has had surgery and cant lift anything). Their workers will surround your vehicle and threaten you constantly yelling stuff like You think Im scared of you?If you value the lives of your children or parents, dont move here

The manager and 2 of his workers cornered us with their vehicles and came to our car screaming at us because we took out my dads trash lol!!! They are pathetic. I feel sorry for the residents who live there.

Its not good the people here or nice its the people who own it or making it like hell the managers of the place get up at 4 every morning and they start to make a lot of loud noises the rules hear are bad you cant have a fence cuz the managers half to see what then youre yard your best to move to airway or Spokane were you can get houses for cheaper cuz a double wide they want $7,000 for it
