We were visiting Seattle and find out Christ our Hope Church was near us, and gladly surprised that a Mass was about to start. Nothing like to stop for a moment no matter where we are to worship...

This is a beautiful intimate church. If you are able to walk there, I highly recommend it as parking can be hard to find. You enter the church through the Josephinum canopy and the sanctuary is on your right. The infinity baptismal font that greets you sets the tone for the glow that lights up this space. The Mass is respectful, but not stiff or stuffy. The homilies that I have heard are encouraging and as a new Catholic, I enjoy the questions asked of me and the call to action to live out my Catholic faith proudly in all that I do. Even if you are not Catholic, I highly recommend visiting for the beauty and traditions that are the hallmarks of the Catholic Church.

Its so nice to have a church in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. It offers some peaceful place to just sit and pray for the weary travelers and tourists.

Beautiful small church inside the Josephinum, diverse congregation, wonderful staff! Parking is a challenge even on a Sunday.

This parish is alive and represents the diverse nature of Seattle. Small, quaint setting and very welcoming! Super convenient weekly Mass (Wednesdays at 6:30pm) and Sunday evenings (7pm). Truly living out Gods call of compassion!

The people at the front desk are very nice. I stop in on occasion to ask if theres any apartments open yet for rent. Although I do want to live there the truth is its just comfortable. One day I was invited for lunch. They make you feel at home there even if your just passing through.

The people at this facility were congenial and the building is beautiful inside.

It was so great that they conduct hourly Ash Wednesday services!! I was traveling to Seattle on business and they were very hospitable to us visitors.

We were visiting today and truly were inspired by the priest. He had a great sense of humor and everyone there was very welcoming. We appreciated how everyone introduce themselves prior to the Mass.

The Christ Our Hope Catholic Church location located in the downtown Seattle NW of Westlake Mall on 2d/Stewart St is where I have been successfully able to find solitude/ peace-of-mind when trying my best to understand the words written in the Holy Scriptures from this Creed of followers.The RealInternetMan

Wonderful prayer community. People are very welcoming and friendly. Liturgy was vibrant and sermon very inspiring.

Lax with the rubrics, but I do appreciate the Sacrament of Reconciliation being available to the downtown worker.

Lovely chapel and appears to be homeless shelter on site. Pleasant staff.

Really enjoyed my time at this Catholic Church Christ Our Hope this is the second time that Ive been to a new experience at a Catholic Church really enjoyed myself it was a singing Mass with a lot of symbolism and a true Spirit of giving enough with you back to original Catholic values helping underprivileged in the area I suggest if youre in this area visiting and youre a Catholic you come check this place out and see that the spirit is alive Amen to that.... we were visiting from bitter woman St Joseph Church on the southside of St Petersburg Florida where I truly found this experience for the first time as a Catholic here I stumbled upon it if youre in that area check this place out peace out....

Uplifting beautiful Pleasant. Isnt it nice we say Merry Christmas again! Its amazing what this country has become. A crucifix floating in a jar of urine is art! A cartoon on the false prophet Muhammad its considered hate speech and worth the death penalty. Muslim Students at Catholic universities, you are generally there for free, are suing the church and universities to remove the crucifixes from the rooms because they are offencive. Well its not going to happen! God is great but the god of Abraham Isaac and Jacob

This church is truly alive and living the values of hospitality and service to all in the downtown of Seattle. Sharing the building with low income housing and the neighborhood with high rise condos, the cross section of society is present and active in spreading the Good News. The worship space and parish center are stunningly beautiful, almost as wonderful as the people who gather here. What a testament of authentic faith!

We went here for Easter and I was amazed at try church architecture. The mass for Easter was also very touching and inviting given that we were visiting from the Bay Area.

So graceful for this organization I am....they are so generous and an example for all in a healthy and considerate way to live a great life full of positive results.

How does one rate a church? Odd. I will say that for a rather austere outside, the interior is pretty.

Fr. Paul and the staff at Christ Our Hope and the Josephinum serve a great need of low income permanent housing and a Catholic parish for them, including tourists, young parishioners and people affected by homelessness. Soup is usually served after mass which is welcome from the usual coffee & doughnuts. The music is also quality run by a team who care about liturgy. Daily mass at 12:10 at Plymouth Congregational is a regular bridge of communities in Seattle. Come and pray during the day or join for bilingual mass. This is THE Catholic parish to go to when in downtown.

Wonderful converted old hotel provides shelter for Seattles homeless. The hotel ballroom has been converted into a chapel. Father Paul and his staff are doing great work
