First off. Any drinks and souvenirs are WAY overpriced. However you do receive two complimentary drinks included with dinner. Coffee, soda, water. Food was surprisingly excellent, service was good. The beauty of the horses and the horsemanship of actors is a sight to see. Show is a bit hokey, but it is a lot fun. Our knight drew us in and we had fun time. We went for an office party and were all adults, however we all had a great time. All the kids in attendance were completely swept away in the royal knights and their display of courage.

I took my best friend here for her birthday. We had a great time. She was knighted before being seated and they announced her name as Queen in the arena. Jousting between the knights were fun. The horses dancing was great. The feast was Amazing Covid-19 safety measures and social distancing were also in place. Great great time!!!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here late October. We upgraded to the VIP package and I would definitely say it was worth it! Our seats were great, the food was good, and the show was amazing. Our servers were attentive and very friendly. Medieval Times will definitely be near the top of my list next special occasion or evening out! Covid-19 safety measures and social distancing were also in place which made me feel even more comfortable during our visit.

Lots of fun with this show! Good food too. Waitress, Megan, asked about allergies & made sure everything was right. She didnt forget our allergies when it came time for dessert either. Social distancing was respected the whole time (except in the lobby). Drinks were served before we went into the show & folks took off masks in the crowd to enjoy their drinks. Makes sense but made me want to get to my seat quickly.

This was so much fun! Live jousting and fights! The sparks from the clashing weapons was a fantastic touch! The horses are beautiful and well trained! The dinner was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with it! I highly recommend for a fun two hour excursion! Its a little pricey but well worth it!

Always wanted to come to one of these since watching The Cable Guy. Really fun experience, it’s very well put together, and well prepared for.Food was delicious, no utensils unless requested but personally it tasted better ripped apart by finger? I dunno but there’s plenty of napkin and wet wipes for the hand.The show is well done, choreography could use a little more believability but it’s all for fun obviously.

SO MUCH FUN!!!! What an amazing experience! My 16 year old and I had a blast and cant wait to go back. Everything was done very well with employees staying in character and social distancing in these new times. I highly recommend going here the food was delicious and the experience one of a kind! The training and work that goes into the show and the beautiful horses is evident! HUZZAH!!

Show was absolutely wonderful and food was good. We got VIP which I think should include a alcohol ticket or a special thanks from announcer something else besides the photos. But overall, our experience was wonderful. It was a surprise from our best friends for our birthday. I will say if you are concerned about social distancing. Do not come here. They take your temp, you wear a mask but the lobby and entering and exciting was extremely crowded. So that defeats any precautions they took. This made us a little uncomfortable but we wanted to enjoy the event and fingers crossed everyone was healthy. Fix those things and this would be a nice safe fun event.

If you want to watch the best show with some delicious food then go here. You can go on birthdays, special events, or really any time just for fun. Anyways just go its such a unique experience and its incredibly fun.

My family and I had a great experience. We had kids ranging from one through thirteen, they were all completely occupied with the show the entire time. The show was completely captivating. The food was good, very flavorful. They ask whole getting beverage orders if there are any dietary restrictions. The alcohol selection was good, the mixed drinks are a hit. They have lots of light-up toys to buy for the kids. This was an overall great experience, definitely planning to go back.

It was fun! But definitely a one and done kind of fun. I suggest pre gaming beforehand if you’re going to partake in libations. $$$$

The entertainment was AMAZING!! We did have a hard time understanding the Queen but could hear everyone else just fine. The servers were fantastic. Everyone wore their masks correctly. Food was ok but we really went for the entertainment. Souvenirs were a bit pricey so be cautious of that.

My first visit here! Delicious food you eat with your hands, cheering for your knight as they joust like the modern day arena football, and a wench bringing a wide variety of alcohol? Dilly Dilly of a good time!Otherwise, the service was great and the workers were very pleasant and entertaining. My daughter enjoyed the horses and it was lovely the knight gave flowers. Definitely great for the family!

We went for my birthday and had a great time. We felt they did everything they could to keep social distance and maintain a safe environment. The food was great and the show was a lot of fun. The Dungeon museum section was closed but well probably return after COVID to see it an experience this place again.

Even with COVID restrictions the show was wonderfully entertaining and complete. Where other attractions have felt restricted this one came through. Great staff very immersive but safe.

First let me say their team did an amazing job adjusting for COVID. So if that is a fear you have rest assured that you can feel safe here.Secondly the beer was good and my daughters loved their slushees. The bartenders were fast and very professional.The service was beyond terrible in the arena and is the only reason why this experience was not 5 stars. I would like to add that I believe it was just our section as because it’s arena style seating allowed us to see everyone else being served appropriately.The show was great and really helped with the offset to the service. My daughters loved it and that alone made it okay.Was cool to check out if you haven’t been but I wouldn’t say it’s somewhere to go twice because the service doesn’t justify the cost.

Second time coming here with friends and its still a blast! All the staff are super friendly, the food is surprisingly good for being simple, and the show is great. Pretty healthy looking horses, fun actors who try and engage the crowd.

Loved Medieval Times in Scottsdale. Such a FUN date night with my wife. The safety precautions were great, they are doing everything they should for COVID-19 precautions.The Food was amazing, if you go have an empty stomach LOL. Loved the chicken. Sara our wench was great and very efficient. Staff everywhere was friendly and accommodating for everyone!Will be back!

I would not recommend purchasing any upgrades. We upgraded our 8 tickets to queens royalty because we went to the show for my daughter’s 7th birthday. I thought having good seats would be nice for the experience. The seating is good anywhere in the arena.The photo that was taken was terrible. The photo came with the package. If they were trying to sell the photo, they would have taken the extra time to take/print a better photo. 3 out of 6 of the people in the photo either had their eyes closed or were not looking.Then the final thing was just sad, as a parent. We brought 4 of her friends with us.. one of the staff members gave her 4 friends a flower but not her. I’m not sure why she was left out.The show itself was entertaining. Don’t buy the extra stuff.

Very entertaining and exciting! Food was amazing and the staff was attentive and fun. Distancing was maintained seating and entering was very organized! We loved the experience! I plan on returning.

The dinner was tasty and it was kinda fun eating with our hands. The show was amazing. The jousting, sword fights, falcon flight, the costumes, Where do I stop. It is not cheap but it was worth it. My family and I will talk about this for a long time.

So much fun for all ages. The dinner show is a must see. The horses and riders are well practiced and so fun to watch. The actors did a great job of setting the tone and mood. The jousting is exciting and really fun especially if you get into the spirit of the night. We loved the dinner and a show, theme and venue. Service was fantastic from start to finish. The show was different than the Las Vegas show, so Im glad we went. We had 1/2 a chicken at the Scottsdale show. All the food was excellent. Our servers were working hard throughout the experience to stay unobtrusive but give us everything we needed. And how can you not love dinner at a castle!!!

Awesome time. Even with covid rules, we still had a great time. The show was amazing, food was good. Only thing stopping this from being a 5 star is: there are no retails posted at the big bar where everyone lines up. We ended up paying around $80 for some drinks and the cups they came in. Unless youre purchasing a slushie for kids, get your drinks once youre seated. Other than that, the smile on my daughters face and her cheering was worth every penny.

We always have a very nice time when visiting this castle in Scottsdale. Its a different experience than Buena Park California as you cannot visit the stables. Tonights performance was delayed due to technical difficulties but management gave every guest a free flag to make up for it. We did the celebration package which included a personalized announcement, slice of cake and photo. Our knight didnt win but it was a great show with great food and beverage.

Food was amazing. Loved the show. The horses were gorgeous. The knights had amazing talent. If I could give this place 10stars, I would. Take your family!

Had an amazing experience. The Lord Marshall David was awesome as well as the entire show. We live in Tucson and have been telling all our friends that they need to go. Our family is looking forward to our next visit. HUZZAH!!!!

Terrific show and performers...nice servers .food was good .just wish if was easier to get drinks ...but there was so many people that they can only do so much. Our server was working as fast as she could..two hours well spent..

The show was amazing. Kids and hubby were super happy and having a great time. I havent seen my boy this happy in a long time like cheering and rooting for 2 hours. I will definitely recommend to anybody and will go back.

During the pandemic they are doing everything they can to keep you and your group safe. The food is excellent, the show is amazing, and everyone is always in character. Welcome to the 11th century. Its an experience worth seeing.

We love the meal and the tournament! The horsemanship and falcon demonstration is very impressive!!! The act of the show is entertaining and all employees stay in part the whole evening. Very enjoyable. They did great and assured our safety with temperature checks, masks, shields, extra wet naps, and social distancing with lots or organization! Always a great time!

Went to Medevil Times for our daughters 21st birthday. We had an awesome time. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was good. The show and the horses were amazing. Will definitely be back.

This is entertainment. Their fights were loud and fast. The horsemanship second to none. Nothing like it and incredibly cheap. Always easy to find tickets on sale. Go!

What an interesting place this was. I did not know that a this concept of dinner and medieval show existed in Arizona besides Las Vegas and wow was I surprised. Came here because of a team builder and left a very happy person. The overall experience was great and all of the staff members that worked there were always in character which was awesome. The show was well choreographed and timed. The meal part was good as we were served soup with bread as the appetizer and then half a chicken and vegetables in which we had to eat it all by hand! Like old times! It was quite an experience. Definitely come with big groups!

I loved the one in California and now Im so happy they have one here in Phoenix Im going to be coming more often when I visit my family, friendly staff even though I was late Accommodated me and my family. Such beautiful horses and I love the fact that they were all enthusiastic to work you could tell the difference between someone whos acting and someone who loves acting.

It was AMAZING! This is a true dinner and a show. I was expecting a very corny show, it was fun and done very well. There are a lot upgrades that we didnt do, we got the basic package and had center seats. The horses were beautiful and did amazing tricks. The hawk was a great watch. The lancing and sword fights were fun to watch. The food was the most shocking part, it was good! For being mass produced it had good flavor, cooked well, and tasted great. You know its a hit when its over the kids want ro come back and do it again.

We had a fun afternoon. Food was decent, entertainment worked best if you kept a sense of humor about it. Crowd was into it. We did not like the blue Knight at all. Go there 15 minutes early, which was plenty of time. Social distancing was respected.

Went on a corporate team outing for an employee whos relocating. it was a lot of fun very interactive The audience is included in the majority of the show. All but one staff member we interacted with stayed in character and helped with the immersion.I recognize the focus is not necessarily on adults but the way they handled the liquor sales was a bit of a letdown. during the show they close the bar to one bartender and move everyone else inside but even then it was still over an hour before a bartender hit our section. so youre left to choose between missing 20 or 30 minutes of the show standing in line or being thirsty for an hour.The food was pretty basic but tasty so not really a detractor but definitely didnt add. Still had an absolute amazing time and recommend that everybody give this a try!

Amazing show and food. I am so glad we picked Medieval Times for my grandsons birthday celebration. He enjoyed very much and we did too. Defiantly returning very soon to take my other grandchildren.

Wonderful experience. We were celebrating a 71st birthday and it didnt disappoint. I have an allergy and they accommodated me. The only complaint is they sell very colorful swords, hatches, etc and I had 2 kids in the row in front of me swinging them throughout the show. It was very distracting.

Purchased tickets for a 1:30 show. Show was apparently canceled day of due to lack of sales. Never received an email or phone despite claims that they did both. Claimed they left multiple voicemails. Drove over an hour one way for nothing. This rating isn’t for the show but your lack of communication on the part of the company. The tickets are non-refundable once you purchase but the show can cancel day of with a few hours alleged notice. Unacceptable

I will say the entertainment was a lot of fun. The actors put their heart and souls into their every move. U had to be careful and not choke on my food while I was cheering my knight on. Speaking in the food subject....Yummy!!!! We were served a half of a whole chicken. The seasoning on the birds skin was so yummy. Nom, nom! Baked potato, corn on the cob and tomato bisque served with sliced buttered French bread. We ate very well as we watched elegant horses canter and dance around the area and our knights jousting for the queens delight. What a fun evening we had!

Great food and great entertainment! My only (minor) gripe is the fact you are focusing just as much and that very delicious food as you do trying to focus on the live action. And for a little extra $, you can be knighted and be part of the show experience as they announce your name, should you be knighted. Definately worth the cost, and definately worth your time.

A very good time. I would prefer if the Dishonorable Knight were less misogynist though. Let him just emphasize the queens limited military experience. Id also like if you allowed female knights and squires.

Fun place. The show was very nice maybe a little bit long but very fun to watch. Food was good. Interesting eating with your fingers and drinking your soup but very enjoyable.

What a time! Dinner and a show! The knights were fabulous, the horses were magestic, and the action was great. Our meal was delicious (the chicken was well seasoned and juicy). The only thing is... The drinks are a bit pricey.

Place was amazing, had great interactive fun. They give you wet naps so you can clean your hands before eating since you do eat with your hand. You do get a meal with your ticket so that is a plus as well. Due to covid-19 they do take precautions and dressing up is always welcomed!

A must for the whole family! The best 50 or 30 dollars per person you will spend. That includes Dinner and a show. We got extremely stuffed with the dinner and the show was spectacular! So much fun! Full bar available. Drinks are pricey but I honestly didnt mind! 100 percent recommended!

Great experience for all ages... The show and the food was awesome. Cant wait to go again. I love how dessert was included after the meal... I forgot about that, i was enjoying so much at once with my babies. So glad my two year old was free, she watched YouTube on my phone until food and ice cream came. I say 4yrs and older will enjoy this. My 4yr old keeps saying the tricks the horses did were cool. My two year old wont remember anything.

Went with a pre-reserved group. Very crowded and not very organized. So loud we couldn’t really understand what the announcers were saying. Strange floor plan, everyone has to exit through the gift shop line???Pros: unique theme, friendly staff, large portion of chicken, amazing horse show, fun and entertainingCons: not worth the $ even for a group rate, you sit in spaced rows so not much interaction with friends you came with, extremely loud and difficult to understand the characters’ British banter, & no stout (!)Overall fun, but expect a crowded, all-ages, Medieval “theatre” experience, complete with a modern bar w TV’s and light-up toys for sale for the kids. NOT for those wanting an authentic Rennaisance Festival experience.Masks required, impossible to social distance here. 3 stars for the effort they put into it all!

As a knight myself, I had a blast! Everyone was so nice! Erin (our server) was soooo wonderful and accommodating! Even though red knight lost (boooo blue knight!) I WILL be coming back at every opportunity I can!

It was really entertaining! The food was mediocre. Which was disappointing for the price per head. This is a do it to experience it kind of place but then falls short grab in repeat customers. I gave it 3 stars for the entertainment only.

The knights and horses were gorgeeoouuuus!! We went last night for my sons 19th birthday. Food was just ok, but let’s just say that with men in tights I didn’t come here for the corn - it was all about the mutton! I loved the beautiful horse dance with beautiful music and when they would walk on their hind legs.The knights had very enthusiastic interaction with their guests, giving us all pride for cheering on our winning knight in blue. The music, the mist , it was magic. I could only imagine the hard work and training that goes into putting on such a performance! The service was very friendly and helpful for our event and I do recommend this place for an amazing memory. There are few places in Arizona that are of this caliber for elaborate entertainment and I do greatly appreciate having a Medieval Times here in Arizona!

Really fun for my 10 and 12 year old boys. My only complaint is the 4 oz of beverage you guys gave when it said it was included in the meal.. No refill! Its hot outside and for 2 hours, that did not wash down our meal...so we were thirsty the whole time. Besides that.. It was cool
