Im not sure what happened but this KTR location needs to re-train their employees or maybe just hire people with at least half a brain. Ive had to wait at the front desk multiple times because there is no one there. Once I waited over 10 minutes for some guy named Matt to come and take my money. I get lucky sometimes and there is a different employee there who actually makes sure that everyone is having fun and attended to when needed. Im looking elsewhere for a place where my kids can have some fun.

My kids love this place. Skateboard and scooters on one side, trampolines and jumping activities on the other

First time i walked in i was instantly happy, so much fun, look forward to coming again!

Awesome place for exercise and getting some skateboard action in , family oriented and fun for adult skateboarding too was there with my 2 year old and we shared the skatepark for a couple hours than headed into the rest of the park where we also got a workout

Fun place to skate, beat up kids in dodgeball, and do backflips and stuff. Ac as greatish in the summer.

This place is awesome. Kids have a great time. Been going here since it opened.

Had a birthday party here and it was a great experience! The birthday rooms are very spacious and make you feel like a VIP. We had a small fridge with for our drinks and plenty of counter space for our gift bags, cake, and pizza when it arrived. Our host was absolutely amazing and made sure things were running smoothly. The kids had a blast playing. Theres a lot for them to do. Parents could go out with the kids or stay in the room where there was plenty of seating and a TV. The room allowed parents to sit and giving them a view overseeing the entire facility. This really exceeded what we expected and all of this made our birthday party experience absolutely wonderful and memorable.

I think this place is Awesome! Dodgeball, Small obstacles for kids and adults, small skatepark area, seating for the adults, food and drinks as well (for those that dont bring food). Great atmosphere for a first time experience. Looking forward to another visit.

It is a fun place to hangout with friends and have kids there to play

Its a great indoor skateboarding venue for kids if needing to practice. Bring your own skateboard or scooter though. Though its family friendly, it definitely is primarily for ages 15 and under. I found the rental fees to be a bit pricey as you could purchase a skateboard or scooter for similar cost from other retailers. Staff was friendly at registration, but not really helpful once inside. It could have been an off day, but customers as this location in Scottsdale, made being there uncomfortable, so if I tried KTR again I would be interested in seeing how the other locations fair.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Despite claiming to provide nice facilities for families their staff is not responsive to the needs of actual families. I consulted with an employee before bringing both my kids to toddler time and then when I arrived I was refused entry by Matt Beadling because one of my kids is 6 months too old. I pleaded, as my kids cried, for a one time exception since ktr had misinformed me and I had already driven 45 minutes with my two children in the car to reach their facility. Matt Beadling told me that it would be safer for me to bring my 2 year old to the adult time than bring my 6 year old to toddler time. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he gave me a number that routed me to his own phone so Ive had no opportunity to speak to any person of authority on the matter. I was very excited to go to this facility and had even invited friends and family, but I am now advising all my friends and family that it is not a family friendly facility and I highly recommend you do not bring your business to them.

This is a very cool place with lots of things for kids to do. But if youre looking for strictly a trampoline place I would not recommend this place. The kids have to wait their turn to jump on small trampolines. If youre looking for a trampoline place with no restrictions I recommend Altitudes.

The kids loved it once they got comfortable with the environment. Lots of kids that were regulars playing so that made it easy for the kiddos to see what was going on and what they wanted to try out first. Staffing was everywhere on all of the elements which was great. Only reasons why not 5 rating is for two things. One I wish there was an ambassador program for the newbies coming in to help ease new kids to this environment. Second would be that there were way to many larger kids in big packs being way to rough. One of the lifeguards though Ian G. was tough but fair with managing the herds. Over all it was the best bang for the bucks to get the kids heart rate up and have a blast while doing it. Thanks for the great time #KTR !!!

I would give it five stars the kids always have so much fun there it is a little pricey that is my only complaint

This place is killer!! The kids love it and they can totally tear off and shred at will.

Come here about twice a month and my kids love playing here...the only problem is the staff lifeguards...they dont treat all the kids fairly and seem to favor the older kids over the younger kids and trampolines arent first come first serve...seems like they are based on age...update...came here again and apparently the brown kids get picked on by the lifeguards and the manager didnt seem to care with arbitrary rules made for brown kids

It’s over price for food and there was to many kids that would get in your way and it’s small other then that it was good

This place is fun for all people of ages and interests there is parkour course trampolines and a skatepark the skatepark is a bit small but everyone waits there turn to go it’s a bit crowded sometimes but overall the staff are great the place is clean and really fun place to go and I recommend to buy a membership if you want to go a lot and stay as long as you want

The website advertised toddler time on Tues and Thursdays with a special promo for $5.00 for 1 hr. I was charged $10. I informed the girl at the register but she was unaware of promo on site and still charged me $10.00.

We have been waiting years for KTR to open in Scottsdale. We used to drive an hour to the Chandler location because it is just that much fun. The new location has something for everyone. Toddler zone for the little kids (that they kindly guard against bigger kids like my daughter who tried to use it), skateboarding area, trampolines, dodgeball, some kind of jump into a ball pit area, a parkour set up (think soft, safe huge blocks and walls for kids to tumble and jump on or scale), and a big cafe for the adults and siblings to lounge in. If youve been to other KTRs its most similar to the Chandler location I think but they seem to have more trampolines which is nice since we never got a chance to jump when it was busy. You can host birthday parties and it looks like they are doing some parkour workshops. I also saw that BMXs are allowed in the skate park side Monday/Wednesdays 7-9pm and Sundays 4-6pm.Its one of those dream places where you can go on hot days to let the kids blow off some energy. You can also drop your kids off (hello free and fun babysitting) and run errands or go out for dinner. Im personally looking forward to dropping my kids off there since my favorite massage place is in the same shopping plaza! My only suggestion would be to add some more healthy snack/drink options to the cafe/snack bar for the parents and healthier minded families.My understanding is this is a family business so thank you to them for opening a fun place for kids to play!
