I was very impressed at the pandemic safety protocols being followed by Talking Stick. The casino feels clean, a result of the deep cleaning thats been done and the prohibition on smoking. Everyones wearing masks, lots of hand sanitizer stations, plexiglass dividers between players, even at the blackjack tables, and frequent announcements remind players to socially distant. They even check everyones temperature on entry. Well done!

Ignorant security guard. Ghetto attitude. Sorry my mask isn’t appropriate. It is a double layer cloth mask as mandated by the cdc. But that’s not the issue. The fact that she kept telling me I told you you can’t wear that. That isn’t a mask first off I don’t know what that means. Second hand sanitizer and Mask doesn’t answer any questions I had. I’m leaving no spending my money here.

Lovely setting for a fun relaxing weekend! Starting with a friendly valet service leading to a very informative check in staff. Beautiful room with a view of the pool. Food and wait staff at Ocean Trail that definitely aligns with the finest Louisiana Gumbo restaurants. I especially applaud Talking Stick and Casino Arizona for their taking the first steps to make their establishments non smoking throughout! An especially good decision in light of the ongoing Corona virus. The other casinos should follow their lead. Highly recommend this lovely casino resort!!!

The head of security is rude. Why would I want to spend my money in a casino where her ego is more important that my good time. Last time Ill be visiting there.

Pool is great plus drinks made right music playing.Room is clean and awesome views.Covid has made it very hard to eat so you need to call and place your order to your room so inconvenient when they have so many people in the casino spending $$$!!!They charge you a resort fee, for what? Going to the pool and buying cocktails and gambling..ummm not worth it. I will get a hotel down the road and eat at a nice restaurant that is open then gamble if I want to at the Casino.

Its my casino of choice as it has a cozy atmosphere where I dont feel lost. Staff feels more geuinethan other casinos in this area. They are attentive and so accommodating it feels okay to think about coming back even if I dont win!! Really Genuine atmosphere for a casino!!

Nice clean rooms. Bed is comfortable. If you need anything. Once you called, you got it right away. Lots of fun games. I havent won anything yet, but I hope to win something.

This Casino was a lot more cautious than the Casinos in Vegas. They checked temperatures, reinforced masks and they constant reminders to wear the mask. The only downside is drinks are not free, so heads up. It sucks too because the drinks were not strong either, had to return a few drinks because of how sweet they were. Last call was at 1:45AM and after 2AM apparently you cant any alcohol on the floor AZ law not sure though havent done the research, security told us to chug or throw, so we did the right thing we chugged lol. Have fun.

Very neat looking place. Currently no smoking allowed inside the casino. I liked how the outside of the building is lit with neon lights. Machines were tight

Front desk was amazing. Service was great. They didnt have any hidden charges. Beautiful view. Its a must stay. The bath rooms and beds were great and very clean. Our maids were friendly and room service was on point

They were very Covid protocol aware. At no time for we feel unsafe. It is a very relaxed atmosphere without smokers. Poker room seemed very dynamic while everyone was chill.

The Covid updated are well done and the casino is very clean. It is even smoke free now. Plenty of fun machines as well as great places to eat.

Most of the staff is rude and the whole experience is a disappointment every time I go here. The last time I was here, I had been home for 8 months being my grandmothers caregiver since the Covid pandemic started and for my birthday, decided to hire a caregiver to stay overnight so I could get away and be able to sleep through the night. I came to check in and my bill was 50 dollars more than I was quoted. When I questioned the discrepancy, only then was I advised there is a 50 dollar hold for each night of your stay. Thats not a problem for me, the problem I have is that the clerk didnt think he should advise me of this hold although Id just confirmed what I was quoted to pay. I found that rude. How dare you quote one thing and then charge something else without advising the customer. With the locals discounts my room was 278 for one night and that included over 100 dollars in discounts. That stay was worth 150 at best and the regular price is about 400 a night for the executive king. What a waste. This place is severely overrated. Prior to this visit, I was at a bar table and was never served, I had to go to the bar to get my own drink although there were servers working the tables. Just bad service. Overrated, overrated oh and overrated.

Theres a lot of slots + a good variety. A White Russian & a Coors .l Bottle = $15.75!! And I had to go to the bar to get it. Floor service was poor. Awesome smoking area!

The place was super clean and they check your temperature when u enter. You need a mask to enter but a certain percentage of people remove it. Since the casino is no smoking now, it is nicer to stay longer. We used sanitizers there and after we left.

4.5 friendly, high-tech. Food is high quality. Got a cheesecake and latte, asked the staff to make a cinnamon dolce latte, like starbucks. they were delicious

Plenty of multi king keno/poker machines which is all i really like to play. Plenty of table games with black jack, 3 card poker. Room over looking pool was very nice- nice shower.,comfy beds/ pillows..coffee maker, fridge. Great views. I love this casino! Wish it was closer to Surprise which is the only not good thing about it.

I honestly dont think its possible that Talking Stick resort could have done anything to make my stay any more perfect. The room was absolutely beautiful! The staff couldnt have been any more friendly if they tried. Not to mention the facility is gorgeous! Ordered room service twice and it was perfect! My biggest question is how they do it and charge as little as they did. I realized I got a really good deal, but would not have objected to paying the regular price one bit. Thank you for making my stay at your resort such a great experience!

Talking stick is a very nice resort with casino. Our room was very nice and clean.. scenic views of the mountains and pool. The patio was spacious and would have been great had there not been a swarm of gnats because of the man made lake.

The Salt River Pima make this Hotel and Casino an enjoyable experience!

This casino has the best customer service. Theyre very accommodating and friendly who will go out of their way to help you in any way.

They have done a great job reacting to social distancing and masks. With all the changes, I think theyve done a great job. Rooms are nice and comfortable and the pools and hot tub were fun and welll run. Staff is friendly and they were all happy to help or answer questions I had.

If I make it out of the parking lot I will have been lucky, because the mesa police department likes to cruise the casino parking lots and run all the plates of cars and when they find someone that has a suspended license they wait for them to leave and they pull them over and take them to jail, and impound their vehicle how super smart is that?!

Ok tonight however on Thursday a security guy named Jason wouldnt let me stay bcuz I refused to put my service dog on the floor even after I told him I had seizures and she couldnt detect them from the floor. He showed me some bs policy but I showed him ADA law and he said he wasnt going to argue with me about it and that I needed to leave. Ummm..OK. he can argue with DOJ and other attorneys about policy vs. Ada law. Good luck Jason

Very nice hotel rooms with awesome views. Great amenities and very clean and well kept facility overall. Staff was a bit over barring in terms of security personnel but atleast the place is safe from anything unwanted or abnormal activities or people.

Great experience but drinking was still allowed and a lot of people were not wearing a mask because of this. There needs to be no drinking, smoking or eating on the floor.

There are a lot of fun slots plus tables but i believe they can totally control when the slot machines pay out or not.

Great casino! Alot of fun, various machines and denominations to choose from, lots of different entertainment also! Signs are clear driving in to point you wherever you need to go (casino entrance, self parking, valet, etc). Had lunch at their wander horse buffet. 23.95 a person monday through thursday (weekend prices are double) but the food was well worth it! Between all the different casinos we have stopped at, this ones buffet takes the win!

Food and staff are always great. Food keeps coming and rarely have to wait. Worth the price.

Their rooms are 10 star. Bed was out of this world. Did not want to leave. Very nice, excellent price. Cant be beat.

Well I went to the cashier 5 times and withdrew 500 dollars each time, then I hit two green 7s and a triple lucky and was told my id was no good . The reason r hey gave was, we have a lot of fraud going on . Well it sounded like they were ok defrauding my bank account doesnt it. Bad sportsmanship!!!!!#^$*#!.

Nice clean atmosphere. I saw a guy hit a 646 free spin win. He had won $346 by landing on the free spin symbols by itself...I certainly wasnt gonna stand there till ALL 646 spins were played...but, Im certain he finished well. I walked around for a little while...the high limit room wasnt doing so well. A guy hit free spins that only paid him $70...not as impressive after seeing the guy hit all those wins playing on the .01 machine. Im not sure if that guy was playing max bet when he hit 646 free spins. Anyhow, everyone else, as I was playing to be playing...no real wins.

Fun place to play blackjack, roulette, and slots. They have multiple restaurants, including all you can eat crab legs. They also have music shows to attend with some really great performers. The rooms are nice and the pool is very fun with DJ music. They also have a Top Golf range next door. I dont recommend coming on weekend nights and if you do be prepared to wait in line for just about EVERYTHING.

Very nice casino. We really like the spa and swedish massage. I would recommend this spa to most. Ocean Trails restaurant is very good. Loved the large shrimp cocktail and crab gumbo.

We saw Felix Cavalieres Rascals. It was a great show. Although on some parts of his songs(the high notes) he couldnt quite hit, hes got great backups, Felix is the Lead and his voice is still powerful and he put his voice to those great classic hits that brought back soooo many memories. The Showroom is a small 2 story venue and every seat is close. I won my tickets off of Talking Sticks FB page and they were VIP tickets in the balcony. No one in front of us, we were very close. We had a great time.

Everyone is different... I personally used to love There slots and tables years ago. I do however love their buffet and hotel used to stay here all the time. Over the years I think their slots got tighter havent won here in a long time. They do however have great staff everyone there is friendly.

As far as casinos go this casino isnt very special at all. Right now theyre doing a bunch of construction so plan on parking away from the door and before you go make sure you eat cuz they have hardly any food available out here. Other than that its just like any of the other Native American casinos.
