Its nice and fun I actually enjoy not smelling like cigarettes when we leave for onces. only thing I didnt like was having to take my mask off you just never know who was there and if they dont have symptoms. its dangerous and its concerning to be mandatory for us to remove the mask I didnt see them spraying lysol after our mask removal or before.

No smoking! Nice! Much cleaner, not smelly like an old ashtray. They have up solid dividers between machines so you can play without worrying quite so much about the person next to you. I dont go often. I think the last time I was here was 3 years ago... But they dont have to pay for a giant light display like some other casinos, so I perceive they pay out a little better. Go and have fun, but dont lose your rent. Play only what you can afford and look at it like video games and buying entertainment, instead of looking for a payout.

Came here Thursday night with a couple buddies from work. Had an awesome time!! Especially since it was second time ever at a casino. I was playing Buffalo slots game and boy did I leave happy!! Well Good Afternoon everyone... Yes the Casino ahhhhhh. Excellent! Lots of beautiful people not wearing face masks/protective coverings. I would say that at the CASINO it was like being in Arizona back in December 2019. If I saw 10 people with masks on....well you get the picture. I bet 50 % or more of the new cases in As are CASINO RELATED. As for the Casino employees didnt see many wearing facial protections as well... I wont be returning anytime soon thats for sure...

We liked this casino. Its a smaller one, but it had great food in the little deli for a great price. Plus, theres a good variety of slot machines, including some older ones.

It was fun as far as casinos go. Even during covid, there are a few table games open and of course many slots to choose from. I respect and appreciate the effort of the casino and staff to keep everyone safe during these crazy times. I have been here a handful of times in the past and theres only one reason I dont give 5 stars; between myself and the people Ive gone with, not one of us has ever felt like a winner leaving this casino.

Casino Arizona is conveniently located off the 101 and 202 freeways between McKellips and McDowell Roads in the East Valley. The location is one of the longest standing for gambling models in the Valley and their staff is always accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Rarely if ever have I had to experience delays in getting paid out on larger wins and I utilize their point system to enjoy meals and free plays.

I dont think the employees that were working on the night I went there liked their jobs. Everyone looked so angry. The casino itself was great! I didnt win anything but I had fun trying.

Good precautions in placeTemp checked at door due to covid .I felt safe for the most part.They could throw more winners out there i didnt hear any jackpot bells the whole time. Alot changes from a year ago all and all ok experience

Its a tweakers hangout paradise. They regularly serve free soft drinks and the womens rest room is always clean. The food is your typical greasy spoon but at a reasonable price. Free parking as well.

Its always a bit crowded at times, but thats when I do good. Havent tried any of the food there, but I know the bartenders can make some good drinks at the bar.

Didnt enjoy our first time here much. No new player rewards and tried a couple newer machines made after The Walking Dead TV show that had awesome sound and the high rise screens and rumble chairs. We SO bad wanted to see what they could do but the machines ate money up so fast without getting to see what the game did at all.So NO enticement to want to play more only ate up $35 in mere minutes...we were very disappointed so sad as we came here to celebrate our 25th Anniversary too was not fun only stayed about 30 minutes.

The slot machines are too tight. Ive spent a lot of money between there and talking stick and have been shown very little appreciation. The few promotions I have received do not reflect what Ive spent. Overall Im pretty disappointed in the lack of customer appreciation.

They do not seem to do as many, if any at all, promotions like they use to. When I use to come before I could swipe my card and there would be at least 3-5 promotions. Last few times Ive swiped my card, it says no promotions. They also have too many of the slot machines that it makes you feel like youre winning but youre really not. What I mean by this is, you win say $0.10 three times in a row, it makes the noises like you won and and flashes, but you get $1.50 so really you didnt win you just lost $0.10 less. Way too many machines like that and not enough of the older style machines. I also dont like that you cant pull the lever on any of the machines now and because of covid you cant smoke inside. Still had fun but like eh fun.

Casino Arizona has the best buffet out of all the major casinos. The crab legs are cooked perfectly and taste sweet and juicy. They are as fresh as frozen crab legs can get. The service is great, everyone is really nice and it makes for a wonderful dining experience. I personally have not won much here but I have seen others win big so I will try my luck again sometime! The casino floor is clean and it is nice and cool inside without being too cold. The games are plentiful and fun. Definitely a worthwhile casino to visit.

The eagle buffet is amazing.being from Pennsylvania the casino in Arizona is much different. I think what shocked me the most was seeing children running around. In Pennsylvania no one under 21 is permitted anywhere on the casino floor. I came home with a little bit more than I went there with with, so all-in-all was a good visit. Hope to return all my next visit.

I love the sense of urgency for covid-19! They scan your temperature at the door hands free, also give out masks if you need one! This place is safe and always inviting everytime I come! I definitely recommend you come have some fun too!

It is nearby. Card tables have War at 5, 10 or 15. Every now and then you hit a big payout at the slots. I certainly do not like the fact that all the slots are rigged and nothing that can be done to reel that in. Still there are big payouts. Oh, almost forgot...they have a reasonably priced buffet. Not even a one because NOTHING LOWER stopped by this afternoon with Lori and her Service Dog Ruby a 4 1/2 pound Poodle. Security said they needed to check with a security supervisor about her Service Dog he asked what service the dog did we explained it alerted her (us) to up coming seizure he told us that the dog needed to be on a leash and had to be on the floor. I again stated that the dog was in a carrier at chest high to sence if a seizure was to come he again said that Ruby had to be on leash and on the floor that is the rules. We turned and walked out and we will NEVER go back. Have never been told that before about any rule.

Video poker machines are super tight ...didnt see anyone getting a pay off. Many people in casino had mask below nose....security should be telling them to pull it up! Card game minimums, during a weekday are $15....rediculous, thats $45 a hand on 3 Card Poker.

Im not sure if I was discriminated by their employees. The slot attendant asked me to leave my machine for another guest to play while Im still playing and had money in the machine, because that guest wanted to play my machine? I guess because Im Asian, and the other guest is not. Ive never experienced this before in my life at any other casino. So my advice to anyone whos considering going to Casino Arizona should go to a different casino. There are more than 10 casinos here in Arizona which treats the customers much better and payout more. Also, you can not sit at the slot machines if you feel tired or needed to take a break from playing. They would come up to and ask you to leave your machine. Theyre in to taking your money. Felt like Ive wasted my time to speak with the manager on duty because they would defend their employee. The service is atrociously horrible.

Great experience. Won then lost then won again. RV parking is too much at $25 per night without any dumping site or ability to take on water. Considering dumping and water averages $15 at truck stops and MHPs. With the prospect that RVers are going to choose to park here to gamble that cost should be compted or adjusted to be more inline with surrounding services offered. There really isnt that much of an attraction here to justify the expense. That is, of course, if Casino Arizona doesnt really want RVers to frequent the casino and spend their retirement money here. In which case the cost of parking provides a good barrier to entry. Just saying. All in all a good experience here.

The doorman smiled and nodded, said Looks good. Have a good time, he extended his right arm and I entered into the slots area.Apparently, Covid-19 hasnt slowed the business here much, if at all. Most machines were being used by people whos expressions made clear, that they believed themselves to be just a few pulls away from the big winner.I put a dime in the first vacant machine I spotted, pulled the level... and won $75,000!!!!Nah, Im just kidding. I was only there to pick up a buddy who found himself unable to drive. He was $200 in the good when we left, so not only was his liver a bit heavier, his wallet had gained a little weight, too. I addressed it with the casino but they refused to credit my card with the amount lost cutting that it had been done a few hours previous to my taking note of it. Which is totally untrue.
